01/03/2025: The food and service were excellent. Right in front of the park, no waiting. A parking lot not far from the restaurant.

08/01/2025: Simple and honest pasta salad, far from anything fancy, but tastes good. Also nice hot dishes. The staff are the friendliest in the entire municipality.

29/11/2024: Warm pasta with chicken was the description. If there was chicken in the dish I received then I couldn’t find it. Pasta was cold. There was ketchup on top. Basically after three or four spoonfulls I threw it out. This ain’t pasta 4 me

27/01/2025: I recently visited Det Sunde Køkken Lyngby and was impressed! The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The staff were very friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a delicious and nutritious meal! Will be back soon ☺️

04/02/2025: Just this evening we went to a birthday dinner with our old demented mother at Gordion. It was definitely not a good experience, when two of us ordered a chicken in curry we specifically asked for it to be very mild because otherwise we didn't want it, when we got it served it was way too strong, we contacted the waiter and pointed out that we couldn't eat it. Instead we had to order two other dishes. Contrary to expectations, we had to pay for the dishes we did not eat, we made them aware of that, but unfortunately they were unaffected by our accusation. But stupid as we were, they had received DKK 150 in tips before we saw the bill, really bad style. It is not a place we will return to The Smith Lyngby family PS, this is obviously how you treat a regular customer for many years

02/02/2025: Really delicious food - have tried both steaks, pasta dishes, wiener schnitzel, all of which have been perfectly cooked. Sweet and attentive service. Remember to book a table - there are many who have found this gem 😉

27/02/2025: The old Post Pub in new clothes. The transformation has been very successful. Now the place is open an creating a good eating environment.

11/03/2025: A real gem in Lyngby, we loved the food!! Amazing how they offer Thai beer and wine . And really appreciate the decorations, can see a lot of effort put into it. Better to make reservation as the place was full even on Monday evening

10/03/2025: Were we just unlucky? Or what. From the time we arrived until we got the menu card. Went there 15 min. Then another 15 min. before the starters came. Then we waited 45 min. on our main courses. The appetizers were fine. The rice was overcooked and was a big solid lump. There was not much chicken in the main course, but lots of large pepper pieces. Not any of the better Thai food. Unfortunately. Home and eat cheese on crisp bread, then the hunger was satisfied. A bit of a shame, but a bad night. The waiter was too busy as he also acted as a cook. An otherwise nice man when I managed to get in touch with him.

13/02/2025: We had booked a table at Peter Lieps Hus in connection with Dining Week 2025, and I had invited my best friend to Dyrehaven. We had a great experience, that's for sure. It started with the walk from the parking lot at Klampenborg station, over the bridge, through Røde Gate and through the forest to Peter Liep's House. It was dark and it was cold - and you could hear the animals in the forest if you stood still. We arrived at the lighted house just before reaching the hill. The inn was warm and cosy. The food was fantastic, no doubt about it - and more info will come later! We had ordered a 5-course tasting menu, and also ordered a "snacks" and wine menu.

20/10/2024: Was with a large group of 21 people at the board hut yesterday 19 October. When we arrived, we were made aware that there was illness among the staff. It was clear to see they were busy. The staff coped superbly despite the lack of colleagues. A lunch plate was ordered for everyone. It was OK for the price. Good atmosphere.

19/10/2024: A really cozy place with some really great Danish food and the staff was quite nice. Would gladly come again.
