06/09/2026: Was disappointed with the food, don't think their chefs have the enthusiasm to cook anymore.
22/08/2026: We ordered four burgers and a manor steak, which were tasteless and definitely not worth the price. I definitely think the microwave in the kitchen needs an upgrade after that experience. The male waiter had an attitude throughout the entire process and was not that service minded. Therefore, I would definitely not recommend eating here.

Highly recommended.
29/08/2026: Ordered burgers, the steak looked like something you can buy frozen and the fries were not good at all.
Both had bad stomachs for 2 days after eating there.

05/06/2026: I've tried their pizza, burger and sandwich, but the food was unfortunately not to my taste. The quality and taste did not meet my expectations, and the dishes seemed generally quite tasteless.
It might work as a quick hangover food to wash down with a Coke, but it's not a place I would choose again

20/09/2026: We found this place close to our accommodation and went in with no expectations. The variety is impressive. We ordered a pizza and a durum roll, and both were so filling and tasty that we forgot to snap a picture. If you're super hungry, you should definitely check this place out!
01/08/2026: The worst, food is burnt when i check after i got home. No meat. Not hospitable people after all.

29/10/2025: I have visited Espresso House in Rødovre on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the visit. However, on October 16 this year, we were seated at the entrance to the kitchen. There is a ramp to the kitchen for the staff to drive their carts in. I sat in a corner near the kitchen. When I got up to go and buy more drinks, I tripped with my left foot on this ramp, which you have to step over to get out and it hurt like hell. I later asked them to block that seat so that no one else would have to trip on the ramp. I am unsure whether the staff has taken my complaint further. My left foot turned both blue and yellow and now today it is red. I had to see a doctor, get a bandage and take painkillers. Luckily, it was not a fracture. I live in Stockholm and go to Espresso House here in Stockholm almost daily.
27/08/2025: The coffee is like the coffee in Espresso House. No complaints. But the place is severely understaffed - always. You can stand for a long time and wait in vain for service, while busy clerks make... coffee for online

20/08/2026: I visited this place on August 19, around 1:30 PM, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I came all the way from Canada specifically to try this place after seeing good reviews for another branch, so I was really looking forward to it.
However, the experience at this branch left me very disappointed. The staff member (the girl) who served me came across as judgmental and unwelcoming, and the overall customer service was far from what I expected.
If you’re a tourist or traveling from abroad to visit this place, I would recommend being aware that my experience with the customer service was very poor. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my experience today.
08/06/2026: I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a good experience here. The coffee eclairs were delicious, the coffee was good, and the girls working there were nice and service minded 😄👌🏼 the place was also full of customers on a random Monday, the atmosphere was cozy. Would come back and try other items on the menu

18/10/2026: Waited over 2 hours for the food to be delivered, although at a distance of 600 meters from the pizzeria. It's too bad. They have started to skimp on the dough and the filling, that it almost tastes like burnt. The quality is 👎🏽

20/08/2026: Very poor selection of dishes, just a couple of options in cooked asian food category, the rest is basically fried foods and mostly a salad bar. I wouldn't call this place a "Thai restaurant", just a Salad Bar Buffet. The flavor also not very good, just boring and cheap.
13/05/2026: The food was really not very good, but it wasn't cheap. The place is decorated without taste. On the other hand, the service was nice and friendly.

19/09/2026: No understanding of allergies
If you suffer from a food allergy then do not eat here, I am allergic to nuts and called to ask if there are nuts in there cheese cream, just to be sure: was greeted by a really unprofessional female employee who just replied “I don’t think so”.
Really not recommended if you are allergic to a food
07/09/2026: To eat, we choose to go to Royal Bagel at Damhustorvet 3. We order a Bagel menu and a baguette menu.
I eat half of my bagel and am about to eat the other half when I find a piece of hair in my bagel. I tell the employees behind the counter, where one of the employees says "Thank you" and I can hear the other female employee telling her colleague if she should make me a new one, where there is silence.
When paying, I take half of my bagel and the hair I found in my bagel, and show them it and where one employee just looks me in the eye and the other says "thank you" again.
For me, it's not about them making a new one or that I don't have to pay, but just a "sorry" and good service at the very least.
When I say to the employees, what can I use a "thank you" for? At the very least, you can say we're sorry and be accommodating instead of having the attitude you have towards your customers. I also have a "that's right THANK YOU" again.
I never usually write a review, but I just don't think it's okay to have to face such a comment.

22/08/2026: I ordered before I came, in the app, and I arrived 10min before with my 3 years old boy. The employees took all other orders and prepared them for 17min before they did my order when I asked why is talking so long.
Definitely last time I’m coming here. No wonder they have so low reviews here.

14/09/2026: Worst experience ever !! They didn’t mentioned name on coffee that what we ordered. Staff is also unprofessional.
10/09/2026: Their skagenbrød is really good and so is their coffee. But the other things I have ordered are not so good. Today I got a croissant that was even drier than a bake-off at a gas station. It's a shame especially at the prices Lagkagehuset has. Their service is much better than the products they sell.
