07/04/2025: getting better and better for everyday.

04/03/2025: Had to have a quick meal. Got a really good durum roll and once fries. It tasted good and there was plenty

20/07/2025: No more bakers in town. Still pitch black French bread. The rolls are crunchy and dry. Too bad, because the baker was really good, but he's far from it now.

13/07/2025: Got an almost completely black bread. It was fine inside, but it had been in the oven for far too long, so the edges tasted burnt.

27/08/2025: My parents and I chose to have dinner at Clara's on 26-08-2025 and we sat on a sofa outside by the hallway so we could easily be seen by the waiters. After sitting for 5 minutes and waiting for a menu that never came, we started talking about moving on because it was super unprofessional for a customer to have to sit and wait so long to get a menu that they should get within the first few minutes of sitting down. After a total of 10 minutes had passed without getting a menu other new customers get shortly after they sit down, we decided to leave. With the high price you pay for food at your place, you should expect far better customer service than what you offer. We were also at your place 2-3 months ago where I ordered a burger that I said should be well done but got it completely red inside instead and my father ordered your burger and got a too old Ketchup bottle he didn't dare take anything from. One would expect some quality and service from you when you set such high prices.

13/08/2025: 2 x sweetdeal on fried pork ad libitum The potatoes were half raw and some had black spots. The pork was pure fat and the pieces that weren't were very dark and tough. The wait staff seemed nice. We didn't get much food that day, but glad it was only sweetdeal's price and not full price, but a really disappointing experience and you don't feel like coming back.

07/06/2025: The food is okay, but damn it's disgusting they can't get a handle on people not wearing gloves, they even have gloves and alcohol on hand but NO ONE uses it. I'm from Rødovre myself and have eaten there a few times but will choose not to from now on as the hygiene is so bad. Hope they get a handle on it.

13/06/2025: Smooth place with little waiting time even outside peak hours

05/05/2025: Came today and ordered 2 chicken burgers with fries and something to drink. My mother had eaten there with my brother on Saturday and it had been good there, so she also thought we should eat there now that we were in the Rødovre center at mealtime. But hold off on some boring food. The chicken was so dry-fried and black all along one edge that the knife could hardly cut through. And the fries were the most bland either of us had ever eaten. Some of them were totally soft, as if they hadn't had enough and others as if they had been inside the heat 2 times and then the rest were tiny little pieces that were completely dry, almost leftover garbage. We were so hungry and tried to eat what could be eaten and when we mentioned it to one of the young girls, how boring it was and didn't want to do it again, we just got a dirty answer again that it was up to us, that we wouldn't come again. No, we will never come here again with that serving and insolent girl child. The 2 young men who were served the food at the same time as us, they also left after only eating half of theirs.

06/06/2025: Good ice cream, but the woman without a headscarf could use some training in service and customer satisfaction. We can all have a tough day, but you smile and don't talk down to customers about having to clean up after yourself. They're not that busy, either, so there's no need for the arrogant remarks.

31/03/2025: Super bad style by Rajissimo I was dispatched by an angry lady she scolded me because I wasn't quick enough to say my order. Would not recommend this place.

27/08/2025: The coffee is like the coffee in Espresso House. No complaints. But the place is severely understaffed - always. You can stand for a long time and wait in vain for service, while busy clerks make... coffee for online orders? Something else?

15/08/2025: One of the worst Espresso House outlets in Rødovre centrum that I've had the misfortune of visiting. Ordered my usual Matcha latte hot (all in Danish). First I got a cold matcha and when trying to return had to face the anger and rude behaviour of the employee. Then she made a Chai Latte and insisted that I asked for that. Literally throwing the cup full of the beverage in front of me. Espresso House - I like you but your employees are making it hard to be loyal to you!

02/08/2025: Stay far away from this place. I normally eat everything so I'm not weird but this food experience is not worth the risk. I ordered take away from them through just eat. All 3 dishes were inedible. The Greek salad. Smelled of rotten tomatoes. My spaghetti with meat strips consisted of overcooked tiny noodles floating in creamy soup. And as you can see in the picture I don't need to describe the English steak. The picture speaks for itself. It was like eating sand. Seriously I was so disappointed and upset that I tried to force myself to eat a few bites crying. But couldn't bring myself to. Especially when I tried to convince myself that the salad couldn't be bad. I felt nauseous from the rotten smell and the sour taste.

08/07/2025: These are the best chilli cheese tops I've ever tasted. Seriously, I'm dreaming about them now. I can't think of anything else. Love love love

11/06/2025: One of the better fast food alternatives. Unfortunately it has become quite expensive over the last few years, so stay away.

05/09/2025: Waste of money, really little meat is put in their food, compared to the cost. Probably the last time I order from here, even though they are the closest to the address. The quality is 👎🏽
