17/08/2025: The place is closed during working hours, it's a shame that you can't get in on a day off, although the card says that it's open

05/08/2025: Ate here unfortunately I had to hunt for my food but when I caught it it tasted extremely delicious

16/09/2025: The food was way too salty and I got a stomach ache afterwards. Unfortunately a really bad experience.

26/08/2025: Really bad bagel chain and it's multiple stores. Have encountered hair in the food several times, the staff doesn't provide good service and talks more than they work.!!

07/08/2025: A disappointing experience – not a place I will return to I visited this place hoping for a good dining experience, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. We ordered iskender and beyti – two dishes that are usually safe choices on a Turkish menu. Unfortunately, neither of them lived up to expectations. The beyti came with rice that was both cold and lumpy – it almost seemed like it had been sitting on a hot plate all day or had been reheated several times. The meat itself lacked flavor and the texture was dull and dry. The iskender was not much better – the meat was tough and the spices that should have lifted the dish were virtually non-existent. All in all, it was a very boring and tasteless experience. We left without finishing our meal – and that is saying a lot. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and I will not be returning.

27/05/2025: Terrible experience - not recommended. I specifically asked for my kebab without yogurt sauce as I don't eat dairy. The staff assured me that there were only vegetables in it, but there was yogurt sauce in it anyway. When I pointed out the mistake, the owner was rude and refused to make a new one even though I had already paid. We also ordered a pita without meat, which came with meat in it. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I will not be returning.

30/09/2025: Unwilling service Dry and boring cakes

27/08/2025: I went there with my mom and we had double up on cakes. They were absolutely delicious. Same for their sandwiches which we bought for home.

28/09/2025: Not the best service or understanding of customers. Maybe they should spend a little more money on qualified staff.

27/09/2025: Had won a piece of pastry and was given the end of a cut one with almost no cream on it.

07/09/2025: The food lacked flavor, the coating was slimy and also lacked soy sauce. They didn't ask what I wanted in my poke bowl and for the price it was just a poor experience

30/06/2025: Super bad service this morning. Snarly, uncoordinated and not very friendly. Throwing food on the table as if they weren't hired to serve. Strange way to do business.

27/06/2025: To the Manager in Charge, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unacceptable experience on June 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. At this time, there were two employees on duty, one of whom – the tall woman – was extremely disrespectful to both customers and the surrounding area. It seemed as if her sole purpose was to scare away customers, and unfortunately I must say that she was successful in this. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and may result in the loss of loyal customers. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
