30/06/2025: Super bad service this morning. Snarly, uncoordinated and not very friendly. Throwing food on the table as if they weren't hired to serve. Strange way to do business.
27/06/2025: To the Manager in Charge,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unacceptable experience on June 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. At this time, there were two employees on duty, one of whom – the tall woman – was extremely disrespectful to both customers and the surrounding area.
It seemed as if her sole purpose was to scare away customers, and unfortunately I must say that she was successful in this. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and may result in the loss of loyal customers.
I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

22/07/2025: Bought an Ølandsbrød and three croissants for a total of 110 kr. 45 for the bread 65 for the croissants. The bread had a very dense crumb without air bubbles and the croissants were completely soft. I could have just as easily bought it in Netto, then I would have saved money but got the same “quality”. Didn’t Lagkagehuset once make good bread? Now it just seems like they are driving the quality down and raising the prices, and hoping no one notices 😕. Bad business model.
05/07/2025: My mother had ordered a cake for my birthday which is today 5/7-25 I show up 1 hour before the birthday starts to pick it up but when I arrive and talk to her who works at the cake shop she says there is no order with them I have proof that they have been called and a chocolate cake ordered really bad service so now I am on my birthday without any cake as I have not had time to drive around and find a new cake

08/02/2025: Love the 1.5 hour wait, and then when you arrive early and see an empty grill and have to wait another hour..
07/02/2025: Would not go here again, they work really slow and inefficient, also they only make 1 pizza at a time, so don't feel the price is worth it at all when you have to wait so long. Don't waste your time and go to pizzaTiT instead.

11/11/2023: Actually quite good food. We would have gone to Kongedybet but it was completely packed. We tried this place and were actually really positive about the quality which was far better than when we usually go to the competitor.
Although there was a bit of a lack of atmosphere, as there was a bit of an old shop, the food and service were of quite high quality, it was a bit of a woolly place but we were actually positively surprised.
Really delicious food and at a VERY affordable price
05/11/2023: One portion of salmon was not fresh, neither in taste nor appearance. I had to throw it out.
It's a real shame, because then I can only give three stars.
Everything else was very delicious.

26/01/2025: As always good sandwiches and juices. Unfortunately not the most service minded staff, who did not ensure that trash was cleared and tables were wiped etc.
13/12/2024: Kom med familie og bestilte 4 sandwich og 4 juice. Fik den forkerte sandwich, hvilket jo kan ske, men da vi henvendte os til personalet var der dårlig attitude, og vi fik for 2. Gang det forkerte. Det tog i alt 30 minutter før vi alle kunne sætte os og spise sammen. Alt i alt en dårlig og kaotisk oplevelse med dårlig kundeservice
