01/04/2025: The cakes are super delicious, but what flabby and bad service you have to look for a long time. There are two young girls who are more busy chatting than serving the customers and when there was service, it was in a super flabby and not service minded way. There needs to be a huge tightening up on that account. So one star is still too much, even though the cakes are delicious.

04/01/2025: I was with my grandson at your patisserie in the Rødovre center, probably the worst experience, we got 2 cocoa which were ok, and then an apple tart and a tart with caramel, they were definitely not from today, they were rock hard and not for to eat and for DKK 40 per piece, and when I mentioned it I was told that we had probably got some of those that had been left from yesterday😡

27/05/2025: Terrible experience - not recommended. I specifically asked for my kebab without yogurt sauce as I don't eat dairy. The staff assured me that it was only vegetables but it still had yogurt sauce in it. When I pointed out the mistake the owner was rude and refused to make a new one even though I had already paid. We also ordered a meatless pita which came with meat in it. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I will not be returning.

23/02/2025: They make the best durum with chicken I have ever tasted. I usually stay away from durums as I am very delicate. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Enough dressing, lots of meat without it being too much, good filling. The meat was so nice. I regret that I only bought one. I have found the best place for a good lunch. I will have to try other things from there. A million stars from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

30/06/2025: Super bad service this morning. Snarly, uncoordinated and not very friendly. Throwing food on the table as if they weren't hired to serve. Strange way to do business.

27/06/2025: To the Manager in Charge, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unacceptable experience on June 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. At this time, there were two employees on duty, one of whom – the tall woman – was extremely disrespectful to both customers and the surrounding area. It seemed as if her sole purpose was to scare away customers, and unfortunately I must say that she was successful in this. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and may result in the loss of loyal customers. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

16/04/2025: I find it hard to imagine those girls have any kind of barista training or just a course, it seems like they have no sense of what the individual ingredients in a coffee drink do to the drink. They seemed annoyed and unprepared for customers arriving a quarter of an hour before closing time

07/12/2024: Always delicious bread and cake. Sandwiches are a bit boring and it is expensive to shop here

25/05/2025: TERRIFYING SERVICE! We bought food for 14 people for a family party and had it delivered. After unpacking it turned out that we were missing food for one person (one sandwich). I managed to find the delivery company, but they couldn't help and told me to contact the restaurant. I then spent the next 30 minutes trying to call them. You can choose "Rødovre" from the main number, but they never picked up. In the meantime, my own food had gotten cold. And now I had to drive there myself to get in touch with them, one of the guests still hadn't had anything to eat. I was met by 2 extremely unengaged employees, whose first reaction was that I must have overlooked the missing dish, because they had made it. A little later they found it lying on the table... I asked why they hadn't answered the phone, their answer was that you "couldn't call them" (read: the employees who were at work didn't bother to answer the phone). The sandwich had been sitting there for about 40 min on the table, so they had to make a new one. In the meantime, I pointed out that I had paid for delivery and because they didn't answer the phone I was forced to leave my company and drive there myself (and now stand and wait for the food). I thought that at least they should refund the delivery fee, but they couldn't do anything about it, and said I had to write to the "head office". I did that a couple of weeks ago, and they have completely ignored my request. That explains that this level of service is not just related to the 2 employees, or to the Rødovre branch, that's obviously where the bar has been set from the central side.
