10/05/2024: I was at Joe and The juice in Holte, where I stood at the front of the queue for 10 minutes. I was neither spoken to nor contacted. I would think this is very poor customer service.
When I have been waiting for 10 minutes and can finally order my food, I ask if it is possible to get some compensation for all the time I have been waiting, to which they say no.
I think this is very inhumane as it takes way too much of one's time. + the man who is standing and working does the work monstrously slowly, and there are 2 colleagues sitting at a table and chatting pleasantly.
Monster bad experience
Now I have paid for cold food that tastes strange and 2 shakes that are way too thick and also taste like shit

03/08/2024: Super nice food at very reasonable prices. Good, friendly service and good atmosphere. Was here also a year ago and had the same good experience. Would love to come again.

17/10/2024: I sat down in their cafe interior.
But you get the coffee served in a cardboard box and the bread in a bag, so you can sit and sulk without a plate. There was no heat on even though it is October 17. I froze and both I and others were chilly sitting there with a jacket on..
Thinking of going to Emmerys next time, where you get a plate and a real cup and it's warm, that's all that's missing if you spend over DKK 100 on a cup of coffee with a bun and, for example, a piece of cake.
The bread is ok. Nothing special I think.
