27/12/2023: I took a box of sushi (quite expensive btw) and the cashier didn't allow me to eat in there, she was so rude and disrespectful, she said call my manager if you want to complain instead of suggesting me where to seat and eat, when I was paying she also attended in a bad manner and didn't allow me to select my payment in euro when everywhere it’s allowed, don't know why people want a job if they are not going to do it properly…

20/11/2023: Absolutely garbage! You should be ashamed of what you’re charging for poor quality! Never again! 4 pieces of sushi and some broccoli and a water is almost 200 DKK. All you can eat at a good place in Copenhagen was 239 DKK

06/03/2024: Got a pasta dish with chicken which tasted nothing. They forgot to bring me bread. Will never come again.

24/11/2023: I ordered food for 17:00-17:15 and they came already at 16:00. This resulted in my food being ice cold and the fries dead before my wife got home from work. I tried to explain to the driver that they had to come back with a new pizza on time, but he didn't understand any Danish or English. The food was also close to lousy, but of course it was also over 1 hour old.

26/12/2023: Ordered pizza and 50cl Fanta and when I went to get my order I was offered a 33cl can because their system was down. I said that's ok, but I paid for 50cl. Instead of just giving me 2x33 she told me I could get my money back. So my choice was to eat with no drink or get less than I paid for. Thx.. I chose the first option. Went to sit down and noticed the wooden boards had huge grooves between the boards full of old crumbs and other bits of old food in between. Not very sanitary. Pizza was below par, too thin and not even cut. I really don't recommend this place AT ALL.

23/12/2023: Good pizza, a little overpriced

13/01/2024: The tables were dirty, not only I had to clean up the left dishes after someone else, but when I started to clean the table with a wet wipe, the dirt I saw on it…disgusting! Unfortunately by then we already ordered our food so I thought okay, let’s eat quickly and leave. But then we received our food…again, horrible. It’s like frozen food, microwaved but not enough and it was still a bit cold! 😳 as you see on the photo, the cheese didn’t even melt, cause it was just cold.

10/01/2024: Heavily overpriced for what they give you. Food was cold when it arrived. More worth it to walk further down the airport. This was the first place we came across and went it because we were so hungry. Should have went to see what else there is. No hot drinks.

However, the service experience was just average, lacking in clarity and efficiency. The ordering system was notably chaotic, leading to confusion among both the staff and customers about whose food and drinks were being served. While the overall taste and quality of the food and coffee were good, the disorganized service impacted the overall experience. For those seeking a breakfast spot, particularly at Kastrup, I would recommend exploring other options. While Espresso House does a decent job with their coffee and sandwiches, there are better choices available in the area for a more enjoyable and less confusing breakfast experience.

22/12/2023: Lady barista screamed at me when i was trying to take my own coffe. When she minutes later arrived at the conclusion that it is in fact, mine, she said: oh fair. Bruh
