03/10/2025: I waited 40 minutes for a simple burger and fries after ordering. Then it was boarding time without getting any food. Incompetent!

Friendly waiter(super polite gentleman)
Not possible to choose temperature on the beef burger, meat have to be killed twice :(
Tried Halloumi burger. Simple, fast.
Indre by is way better
Was sited on the dirty table

18/12/2025: My sandwich was 70dkk but has almost no filling
13/12/2025: The person serving couldn’t have been less interested. She was looking at her phone as we arrived, looked bored as we gave our order for 2 coffees, then immediately went back to her phone. Her colleague gave us a latte then looked surprised when we pointed out we had a second order: the phone girl hadn’t even got that right.
Don’t get your coffees here, there are plenty other places at the airport.

03/01/2026: Absolutely horrible waiter!!! Don’t eat here. We ordered cheese wine and dessert. Waiter told us we weren’t ordering enough to stay at our table. And placed a fake reserved sign to move us along whilst we were still eating and drinking. His demeanour was disgusting.
02/01/2026: The waiter gave us a rude welcome.
The whole team laughed when we complained about the staff's general attitude.
The service was slow, the staff were unpleasant, and the food wasn't good.

12/12/2025: Compared to stores, sweet snacks are cheap.
05/12/2025: I bought a gingerbread iced latte and a chocolate bun. There was way too much sirup in the coffee for my taste, but the bun was alright. They had order screens, which was nice and I got my order quite fast.

29/12/2025: The coffee is terrible, small Americano with 1 extra espresso shot. Looks and tastes like water, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Adjust reciepies.
27/12/2025: Too bad they have to ruin their Macha with boiling water and insist it CAN only be made with boiling water. In addition, the attitude at the bottom and the behavior is arrogant.
When bakery becomes too mainstream, you lose the art of the profession of quality and the customer. Shameful!

16/12/2025: They lost my order. Eventually when I did get it the acai berry special was frozen solid. Clearly made earlier and kept in the freezer. Terrible.
10/12/2025: It’s not as good as the other stores, the chicken or turkey inside the sandwiches is very cold and the tea is just a regular plastic teabag in hot water

The service was bad at the start, got better, but we had to ask for it a couple of times. Still the waiters were not to not really interested.
Don’t think we will come back.
The kitchen also closes at 18 on a saturday evening, so several hungry people could not order dinner, but we got our food 🙂

Sandwich was ok but half chicken was dropped out with no care in the world

Coffee - got an americano as they had run out of filter, unfortunately it was too hot and tasted like that.
09/09/2025: A good place for a quick lunch before or after your flight.
It has two sections - one mostly coffee with some food, the other more food options and fewer drinks.
Prices are typical airport premium.
Our pizza has fresh and tasty.
Staff are busy and helpful but could be friendlier. However, our server was patient while my fellow traveller couldn't remember the PIN for hew payment card
