17/08/2026: I came here because my flight got delayed and I had a voucher from the airline to eat in selected places so I had nog big hopes but… For the price I paid, I am really dissapointed. The service was bad, no smile no hello no nothing, my server basically just pointed me to a table. It took ages for him to take the order while there were basically no other tables, maybe 2 or 3. my starter, the tartar, was bland, not bad but there was no seasoning. The burger was ok but not cooked medium-rare like I asked, it was medoum-well. A table next to me with another server that arrived while I was eating the main course got served the the burger and cleared way before mine(I was done eating before he got served), clearly his server paid more attention than mine. So overall, especially for the expensive prices, not a good an experience, I will not be back.

04/10/2026: I had a positive experience here. Great selection of hot beverages. I enjoyed a Latte while waiting on my delayed luggage to arrive.

18/08/2026: Not sure why so many people had negative experiences here, I was there for lunch today and it was quite nice! I had the salmon poke bowl menu with seaweed salad and an elderflower lemonade. It was initially expensive (190 dkk) but it filled me up so it felt worth it to me. The food was quite tasty because it was covered in a flavourful sauce. They also had individual soy sauce packets to take for free with your order. The salmon was cut into small cubes, but not like minced meat. Still easy to eat. The pineapple was sweet, and the vegetables were fresh. The service was also quite quick. Maybe this depends on when you go. I think there were 4 people ahead of me and I got my food within 5 minutes of ordering (and finding a table). The guy who gave me my food was also very nice. The lemonade was more like juice because it was quite sweet. That would probably be the only thing I didn’t love. The seating area can get busy and loud, but if you don’t mind that, then it’s fine! They had a nice 80s rock playlist going that was fun background music.

12/08/2026: Very small cappuccino at dkr 53,00, not very much taste execpt of warm milk. I was disappointed.

22/02/2026: The food leaves more to be desired. Luckily they have a good selection of beer.

24/09/2026: Ordered flat white and totally off the picture and taste below average, same qualities with the pastry. Positive things is a location and a lot of seating place. CPH could do better improvement for traveller experience .

17/09/2026: I placed an order this morning at 5am, an americano and a bun with cheese and butter ( they were allready made!). Anyhow, I was waiting in the queue for 25 minutes. At the end I had to abandone my order to catch my flight. 102,50 Dkr down the drain. There is clearly a misconception of what is 'Takeaway'. Very unprofessional.

11/09/2026: This new vending machine is really bad, we had to buy 8 things, for each thing you had to click no to coffee. Besides that you go to the main menu after each thing.

10/09/2026: Incredible what this chain gets away with. I bought a fruit bun from them and it was dry and tasteless. It’s the 7 Eleven of bakeries in Denmark except their coffee is worse than 7 Eleven 🤬

08/09/2026: All went well in general, friendly staff and products are just as expected. But it is not ok, with today’s technological possibilities, that one price is displayed on a screen and another price is being charged without the staff being able to change.

26/08/2026: Ordered 'plenty' of butter. The knife barely touched the bread. Nice coffee.

06/08/2026: Avoid buying anything at the airport shop. I’m always buying food at this chain but the particular food in the airport shop was disgusting and cost more than shops outside.

27/01/2026: I was really disappointed with the pizza I ordered today. The quality was far below what I expected—it was poorly prepared and didn't taste fresh at all. For the price, I definitely expected better. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

21/11/2025: Eben the chrimps were well cooced, the soja sause was terribly salti and the Asian wok was not eateble. Did not receive refund or replacement.
