09/08/2026: We sat down for breakfast after an exhausting overnight flight. Everything was as it should be.

30/07/2026: I ordered a slice of cake with whipped cream as a single order, but the cashier forgot to include the whipped cream. On top of that, the cake was stale and literally falling apart.

26/07/2026: Yeah i was at this bar at copemhagen AirPort and it was the worst experience in my life. Couldnt even talk to my mom on the phone who has has cancer

25/07/2026: My husband uses this airport so many times and always stop for oysters here. Today we have an impressive service from Amalie. This is a first time to be asked ‘what size of the oyster would you like?’ She also offered a wine testing to pair best with the oyster (as my husband’s regular choice no longer available). Those two simple questions really impressed my husband as he never be asked before for whatever reason. I think her outstanding job needs to be praised. Therefore I wrote this review and also got her permission to post her photo too. Oysters is good as always. Grilled tuna salad is tasty. Prawns dish isn’t bad. I gave 1 star down due to menu limitation. If they could offer slightly wider choices, I would be so happy. If you have time and want to enjoy your food peacefully or just drinking slowly to catch your breath from hectic surroundings. This place might do just that!

26/07/2026: Ordered at the vending machine a quarter of an hour before closing time. The food was ready quickly, and tasted great! Ordered chicken teriyaki. Would have liked more chicken on it :)

11/07/2026: The staff were really nice and the food came out quickly despite it being busy — this review isn’t meant to reflect poorly on their work, because I believe they’re doing the best they can. But my god, this was bleak. The blandest bowl of meat, rice, and vegetables I’ve ever eaten… no amount of soy sauce helped with the raw broccoli, grainy edamame, and clumpy rice. The chicken in my bowl was okay flavorwise, but also dry. It was a struggle to eat, and EXPENSIVE (about $60 for two people!). The food court itself was loud with a lot of competing music from the different restaurants and there weren’t very many chairs for the tables.

01/08/2026: Just went to the one at terminal C. 4 people working, one sitting on the counter reading his phone. Not one single table was cleaned when we arrived so cleaned one ourselves. Sat for an hour while waiting for our flight and staff never came around to clean during that time.

31/07/2026: We had tasty lattes hot and iced. It is clean and comfortable enough to spend some time before taking off.

22/02/2026: The food leaves more to be desired. Luckily they have a good selection of beer.

15/02/2026: This is just genuinely bad and inhospitable. I wouldn't even recommend this place to a friend.

22/07/2026: The manager (I think) was blonde and wore a black shirt at the largest store right after the duty free. She was completely racist, disrespectful, and rude. She deliberately skipped me out of line without even apologizing, speaking to me in Danish and with a condescending air. The croissants were delicious, but the staff could be improved. ☺️

14/07/2026: The „Almond Croissant“ was nothing but a piece of puff pastry with some almond flakes on top, and when I asked for my credit card receipt, I was told by the staff that „they cannnot print out receipts“

28/02/2026: I stood in line for quite a long time before being helped, I was first in line for a while and they did not even take me as first customer although I was there before everybody else. When I politely mentioned that I had been waiting for a while, the staff questioned me and then proceeded to help others from a different line instead. There was no apology, and the attitude felt dismissive. It was uncomfortable being made to feel like I was in the wrong in front of other customers. The organization of the lines seemed confusing and poorly managed, which added to the frustration. I genuinely like the food, but unfortunately the service and overall organization really affected the experience.

02/07/2026: I ordered an iced coffee. They gave me an iced coffee latte, a huge one. Then they asked me, "Did you order this?" You said, "No, I ordered an iced coffee." They said, "We only make iced coffee lattes." But even if you don't add milk, it's already an iced coffee. They look at me like I asked for something impossible 😊

26/06/2026: I paid for a product but did not receive what I had ordered. When I politely raised the issue, the staff acknowledged that the order had been made incorrectly. However, when I asked to receive the correct amount that I had paid for, I was given misleading information about the portion instead of having the mistake corrected. I was even asked to pay extra. This was very disappointing and highly unprofessional. I rarely leave complaints, but it is frustrating to pay for something and then be made to feel as though you are in the wrong because staff are unwilling to take responsibility for their own mistake. I simply expected to receive what I had already paid for and to be treated honestly and respectfully 😊

30/01/2026: Tasteless compared to the Gorm’s of old. Clearly trading on the fact that people often have to east at the airport. Service was also a bit rude and indifferent

27/01/2026: I was really disappointed with the pizza I ordered today. The quality was far below what I expected—it was poorly prepared and didn't taste fresh at all. For the price, I definitely expected better. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

21/11/2025: Eben the chrimps were well cooced, the soja sause was terribly salti and the Asian wok was not eateble. Did not receive refund or replacement.
