01/09/2026: Solid PariserBøf, good taste and fried with a good crust, with a pink center. Delicious side dishes and in the right quantity. Served really nicely and directly so you don't have to finish building the dish yourself. Service nice and straightforward. The place is really nicely decorated, good seating both outside and inside. Good acoustics inside for the sound-sensitive. Low-pitched and appropriate background music for the atmosphere. Nice selection of drinks, good non-alcoholic selection.

29/07/2026: Good food, very nice staff and a very nice location. We had smørrebrød which was quite good.

28/06/2026: Disappointing sandwiches. When it says the rye bread is freshly baked, you expect good homemade rye bread and not a slice from a package of Schulstad. The potato on top was overcooked, and the ratio between rye bread and cold cuts was completely off. There were almost no people on a Sunday afternoon.

29/08/2026: Unfortunately, we have had several bad experiences with McDonald’s Vallensbæk, where almost every time something is missing from our order. One evening we ordered two Chicken Salsa. When we were going to eat them, we were surprised that the burgers were much flatter than usual. When we opened them, we discovered that there was no chicken in any of them at all, meaning two chicken burgers without chicken. This was of course really disappointing. We contacted the restaurant and were told that we would be sent a voucher as compensation. However, it never arrived, and we therefore had to contact them again and subsequently go into the restaurant before we finally received it. It was an unnecessarily difficult process to resolve a mistake that the restaurant itself had made. On another order, we ordered two Filet-O-Fish with double breaded fish, double sauce and double cheese. Here, the extra cheese and extra sauce were missing from one, even though we had paid for it. Mistakes can of course happen, and if it was an isolated experience, it wouldn't have been a big deal. The problem is that we repeatedly experience that something is missing from our orders from McDonald's Vallensbæk, especially when we order and pay for extra options. In addition, we unfortunately experience that the staff in the kitchen in particular often seem uncommitted, and this does not exactly give greater confidence that the orders are made and checked properly. It's a shame, because we don't expect everything to always be perfect, but when you pay for a specific item and extra options, you should at least be able to expect to get what you ordered. Hopefully, in the future, more effort will be made to check the orders before they are delivered.
