10/06/2025: 2 stars because food was good, But only 2 stars because the Service was very slow. Got our food 40 Mins after ordering, 3 tables which came after us got their food. Then we decided to go to the waiter and ask them that its has been 40 mins and the food hasnt been here yet. Then the food came, the server said that the restaurant is busy so the food got delayed, but how can the other tables who ordered main course as us got their food before us? We understand that you are busy but we are also your customers, felt like no one cared. Wanted to order Pulao and no one cared to see that we want to order, had to again go to the server in between the meal to order it, only thing which came quickly was the Bill. Overall a Mediocre experience.

09/05/2025: Ordered food by phone, we agreed the food would be ready in 20 minutes. The food was ready when I got to the restaurant. When we got home it matched what was ordered and the food was fresh and filling.

20/04/2025: We got plenty of food for 2 with a starter and a main course each. Good buckets for take away.

31/03/2025: Solía ser un buen lugar. Cuando se encontraba en Vesterbrogade. Durante las últimas veces he estado aquí estos meses. Mi paciencia ha terminado. Sólo podía probar sal y chile. Nada más entre ellos. Raro después del sabor en el arroz. No neutral, para nada. La porción estaba en el lado más pequeño de la escala. Aconsejo a la gente que elija otra cosa. No ofrece opciones auténticas o sabrosas, hay mejores opciones cerca. También por el mismo precio

23/02/2025: The location is really nice, the food is quite good and the prices are absolutely fine for Kopenhagen. The staff is very nice!

23/06/2024: The food was great, and the cheff and waitress took care of my dietary restrictions. Very tasty korma, Naan and fish. Lassi was good. When you order still water they bring a whole big bottle. There is a bathroom. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly, there is just one step to go the bathroom.

30/11/2024: I can only share my feedback regarding the food, average nothing special for an overrated price. I even got a piece rubber in my soup.(Lentil soup) The supposed to be lamb biryani is rice with vegetables that has nothing to do with the taste, not to mention that they over charged me, paid more than on the meniu. This restaurant is a disappointment for the food industry!

08/04/2025: I got super tasty and well prepared food at Pippali. The service was good, friendly and very fast! The reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars is that the prices are a bit on the high end. I got rid of approx. DKK 300 for one dish, rice, naan (enough for 2 people in one serving!), chutney and a mango lassi. But all in all, I can highly recommend a visit here.

05/04/2025: Even though New years eve celebration menu had unlimited beer with the food but out of 6 people only 3 were drinking, after 3-4 glasses owner was angry that we were drinking many glasses if beer. Told that we should pay for beer which I did and have attached bill of that day as well. We almost paid 17-1800kr . Cheap behaviour of the owner ruined our new years celebration.

02/03/2025: Very disappointing experience. I ordered the 3x butter chicken with rice plus some grilled chicken pieces. I kind of got it too.. But it was cold, lumpy and didn't taste like the butter chicken or anything recognisable. The grilled chicken pieces were tough, dry and didn't taste much either.

20/01/2025: In my opinion by far the best Indian restaurant in Lyngby. I've spent a year in India so I should have an idea. Would encourage to try different options besides the usual Butter Chicken. Their Korma and Spinach (Palak) is my favourites and a sure winner when inviting guests. 5 stars. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that Bindia Lyngby got a very good head chef, who is ensuring quality standards and is very customer oriented. As a vegetarian I appreciate that I haven't received a wrong order - and I've ordered more than 100 times throughout last 5 years.

10/05/2025: Excellent place for porridge with choice of toppings. We came here after doing parkrun as it was near to the finish. Highly recommended.

08/05/2025: I only order "Mattress". They make that dish really well. Tried two of the other dishes. One ok but standard and the other was poor. There are chickpeas and saffron in the rice. It's delicious. The portions are quite large, and there is often a lunch the next day, if you are not too hungry. The service is friendly, but it's a shame that the shop is so rocky. Would be nice with a little cozy atmosphere and a few seats where you can eat.

31/12/2024: The food is very varied in terms of vegan, vegetarian and meat options. Anyone who loves Indian food should find something here. The ambience is very nice thanks to the neat and cultural furnishings. The service is super friendly. Thank you very much, highly recommended and we'll be happy to come back when we're here again!😇

10/06/2025: It was my first time trying Indian takeaway in Copenhagen and I’m very much satisfied! The curries were not spicy and were very delicious. Will definitely try some other dishes as well. Lamb Spinach was amazing, can warmly recommend

06/04/2025: Amazing atmosphere with immersive Indian music playing in the background. The waiter, a young man, had excellent service and manners. The food was delicious: salty and perfectly cooked rice, naan bread was tasty and the lamb spinach was perfectly seasoned with juicy meat. If you like Indian food and a restaurant with a calmer vibe, I highly recommend this.

10/02/2025: Food was ok. However, I can understand people complaining about it as Indian food is full of spices (not necessarily hot). I do not like too spicy food and usually order child friendly menu :D However I must say food had bland taste. Acceptable yet, nothing that would make me feel like I want to go back, especially considering prices.
