24/08/2025: We used to have better experience at this restaurant. We tried the ad libitum menu after a long time here and our experience was not the greatest for a few reasons. 1. It is mandatory to get a drink when you order ad libitum at this restaurant. This is for good reason as the soya is eay too salty and some of the options like kingrejer on scewers is very salty that you need to have some drink next to you so you don't dry out. We both felt our blood pressure has increased by the time we were finished. 2. The owner is a nice and calm person, but we didn't feel relaxed at the restaurant. It was busy time of course but the staff were clearly under stress and running around without a smile or anything. Behaviour of one of the staff was borderline aggressive when I tried to take another soya sauce from the buffet in hope that it is less salty (he jumped and said why are you doing that it is the same as what you have on your table! I mean come on. May be I want more!!) 3. Some of our warm dishes orders were not delivered and we were told to take them from the buffet instead which was not made fresh and we didn't enjoy it as much. All in all, we used to have better experience before.

17/08/2025: Fuji Sushi delivers top quality! The sushi is fresh and tastes great. The workers are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a place I recommend and I will be back!!

17/08/2025: I stopped by Fuji Sushi for running sushi, and it is highly recommended! As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a smiling and very welcoming staff who made us feel at home right away. There is just something special about running sushi, it is cozy, relaxed and you get the opportunity to taste a little of everything. The sushi at Fuji was top notch: fresh, beautifully presented and with a lot of variety, so there was always something exciting to take from the conveyor belt. You could clearly feel that they care about quality, and it makes the whole experience much better. I love the concept of running sushi because you can sit and talk and have fun while you are continuously trying new dishes, and at Fuji they really manage to create a good atmosphere around it. All in all, a super nice experience I will definitely come back!

25/11/2025: I had an absolutely wonderful time at this sushi place. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt relaxed yet refined — perfect for a nice dinner out. The sushi was incredibly fresh: each piece was beautifully presented, with a great balance of flavors and texture. I especially loved the nigiri — melt-in-your-mouth salmon and perfectly seasoned rice. The service was very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely return — highly recommended!”

22/10/2025: Great place, freshly made food and really sweet staff. I have been there both on weekends and weekdays and had an amazing experience, paying really cheap!!

02/03/2025: The food was top notch, but the waiters were a bit lethargic.... definitely worth a visit because the sushi is wildly delicious.

28/02/2025: Good sushi, but nothing special about it. The service was not particularly good, but they were also very busy. And they did it well.

24/07/2025: Lunch all u can eat. For 169 until 3 pm. The sushi pieces tasted nice, but were way too big - so you couldn't taste many different kinds. They forgot a couple of our orders, even though they were ordered via mobile. But all in all an ok experience.

20/07/2025: Super disappointing experience. The sushi rice was extremely salty and completely inedible. We left and only paid for our water.

12/10/2025: Ichiban means "the best" - they can't live up to that. We've been there a few times - and they never manage the orders. Furthermore, we've experienced a decline in quality.

05/10/2025: The food was good. The service was also good. BUT there was just such a long wait. There were 6 of us and we had all ordered. Everything came in a row. And we didn't show up at the end what we had ordered and were on our way. Note to yourself that only one or 2 people are ordering.

21/08/2025: The food was delicious, however, when ordering the tasting menu the portion sizes are small and the delivery of the meals are like molasses in the winter time, slow. There was a 234 Dkk credit card fee as well

10/08/2025: Fantastic place! Fine high-end dining surrounded by exceptional and cozy atmosphere. Both the food and the service are amazing, focusing on the very and every detail. Highly recommend!

06/10/2025: The food was poor, half cold and half empty plates, soda that tasted of salt, a machine that wasn't cleaned properly, drinks that tasted of water, you had to wait a long time for a wine glass... 4 wanted to order from the menu card, they only got their food when the rest of us were having dessert, and their food wasn't satisfactory either.

04/10/2025: The place was okay.....but then there is nothing more to say Food was really bad the sushi area was extremely messy and the sushi was limp.. Have eaten in many Chinese restaurants but this is the worst sushi I have ever had in my life We had ordered water got old water said there were problems with the pipes the water tasted really strange. Got fried meat and vegetables which is normally delicious but it was tough and inedible. For a moment and thought it could be a main menu that looked dead didn't feel like eating it, a waiter stood with his own mobile phone And afterwards standing and touching the menu was dirty I thought it was goofy for a really angry smiley

02/10/2025: Among sushi places with sushi ad libitum, Oyisi sushi in Aabenraa and Super Sushi in Skive are probably my two favorites!

27/09/2025: Dissatisfied with the service.. I ordered takeaway for a specific time.. I didn't receive any notification that it was ready for pickup! I just showed up myself.. The sushi tasted good but the presentation was just awful. Some pieces were big and fat, some were small.. Both end pieces were just awfully big, they usually cut them off and don't put them in orders!!!

15/11/2025: I can't complain about the waitress because she was extremely sweet and I actually felt sorry for her.. But having said that, I am SHOCKED by the food.. Sushi that really looks like something that was just slapped together by a 2 year old. Incredibly boring selection! RAW spareribs that my son unfortunately managed to eat half of before I noticed.. FROZEN cake?!! Plates with big fat fingerprints from food that wasn't even on it.. Meters of empty conveyor belt.. (It obviously stops when they do takeout) Children sitting at the conveyor belt and pulling plates out to put them back in because it wasn't really anything anyway.. (Children under a certain age shouldn't be at the doors, they licked the plexiglass and smelled things to put it back in, here the parents should of course be a little bit of a tease but since not everyone knows how to behave the staff should also be observant. On this.) Ingredients of very questionable standard. The ginger had a crust 😣 The fish looked strange.. French fries, roulade, frozen cake, edamame beans, raw spareribs, 2 types of sushi that really didn't look inviting, noodles that tasted like microwaved food, slimy watermelon, shrimp chips and mini spring rolls shouldn't cost THAT much..! It was the last chance.. Really afraid we will get sick from what we managed to eat.. Not a place to recommend AT ALL...

08/11/2025: Terrible experience. The food was really awful Mega sloppy and smelled like something thrown on a plate from the freezer. On top of that, it really tasted extremely bad. There was almost no food on the conveyor belt, it all just ran around over and over again, even though it was broken, etc. several times you waited a long time before any food reached your door, after which you got oranges or a roulade cake that I strongly suspect is from netto or something similar. I really wouldn't recommend spending almost 300kr for "food" and drinks there. Nothing for the money.

09/11/2025: In incredibly cozy company with family, snacks came in a steady stream from almost invisible staff. Great variety in taste and quantity. Nice and clean with neutral lighting and a pleasant atmosphere without noise. Reasonable prices.

20/09/2025: I will never order food from here again, poor service when ordering via gift card.

31/10/2025: Long wait time. Wrong menu and the sushi that was there did not taste good especially the one with salmon. Dry chicken in rice paper. Really bad experience.
