29/05/2025: A very bad experience during the visit!! We waited about an hour just for drinks and then the whole table was not served. The food started to arrive on the table after about 90 minutes. It took a really long time with the food, some were cold and some didn't come. At one point - after we had a contact person about where the food was, an unfortunate message came, the starters are a little late, but you can get your deserts now😵‍💫 After two hours we had not received the food that was ordered, one person did not receive food and at this restaurant only one table has two hours. However, the settlement was a discount of 20%

29/05/2025: The food came VERY late, over an hour. It comes in the wrong order, so you get the food first and then later you get the soy and ginger. Drinks also came late after the food. Almost all the guests complained.

06/05/2025: The price-performance ratio is excellent, especially if you´re a tourist from south of the border and find Copenhagen a bit expensive. I don´t usually eat buffet sushi, but theirs is really good! Fairly good selection of seafood for preparing on the spot, I never tried razor clams before. The service was friendly, hygiene was impeccable with gloves and disinfectant to be used before loading one´s plate. I do think a decor upgrade would do wonders to this place. The current is a bit outdated to say the least. And yes, some disinfectant napkins in the bathroom, for apparently, some guests do not know how to use a bathroom properly and leave dirty seats, with shoe sole marks on them.

09/05/2025: It was a practice round, service was nice, but the food is really not very exciting. There is a lot of rice in the sushi pieces, and their chili mayo tasted like curry ketchup. The actual presentation of the sushi was really boring and they had wrapped the sushi in their bad chili mayo which then ruined the whole taste experience. Their sticks were also really boring, although with nice taste. I have tried many sushi restaurants, and unfortunately must admit that this is one of the worst places I have eaten here. It was an unpleasant experience and we cannot recommend the place.

23/05/2025: Ordered TooGoodToGo, I waited an hour for the food. It said it was worth 390 kr, but I'm not so sure now. LAST TIME I DO THAT.

04/05/2025: Poor service, poor food, We chose to celebrate our birthday on tatami mats in Næstved, on Ringstedvej. The last time we were there was a year ago, and then it was tasty food and good service. It's obviously not like that anymore. There was really bad service. There was no control over what we had ordered and we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive. There was a lack of service (spoons etc.) and after asking for spoons for us we had to wait quite a while before the staff went to the kitchen and got some. You could see they were under pressure because they were irritated. They did not come when we called for help. Only after a long time did they come. If only the food was good. But it doesn't either. I don't know what happened to them? Whether the owner has changed or whether they have become too popular and therefore both food and service have deteriorated, too many people were there. One thing is certain. We will never ever go there again. DKK 1400 for poor service and mediocre food. (It didn't taste like anything 😢, so I'm pretty good when I say mediocre.)

19/04/2025: The food is good, but the service could be better. We were not introduced to how to order and what food was part of All You Can Eat - we had to find out for ourselves. In addition, the kitchen started cleaning 1 hour before closing time and it made the whole restaurant smell of soap and chlorine, which was not particularly nice when the kitchen is open and not closed off to the rest of the place.

29/05/2025: Sushi is very good, but today I had a very bad conversation with the reception. He says that we order too much. We wait almost an hour before we get our sushi order. And in the end there was not all the sushi that we order. But he said that there was a full order. So we will have to make more orders and wait more times. Bad style. So it was my last day in Ichiban sushi. Not recommend.

25/05/2025: Lives up to the name. Best sushi. Sushi made from a wide variety of ingredients from salmon to crayfish and scallops. Best tuna tataki I've ever tasted.

03/03/2025: A really great surprise ! The sushis, sashimi and meat are all delicious, and the "all you can eat" menu is really worth it. The service is really great: the waiters were really caring about our experience and answer quickly when called. The fact that we can order online is also a plus as it simplifies the ordering with photos. Sadly it’s not really translated to english but with the built-in translator of our web browser it’s not a problem. The only point to be careful about is that tap water is still paid (even though it only seems to be a one time fee and then unlimited water). Overall it was a great experience and i recommend it!

02/03/2025: Food is ordered on a mobile phone for the entire table. Long time to deliver the food. Bad service, no notification that the warm dishes must be taken from the buffet. The food in the buffet is cold, when we point this out, they take the food from there and go to the kitchen and heat it in the microwave. You pay DKK 60 for a coke that turns out to be Harboe bottles, which they pour into glasses. Prioritizes take away over diners. A waiter for quite a few tables. The sushi that came to the table tasted fine. However, we will NOT come again.

14/05/2025: Delicious food, great service, and a cozy place. We ordered a menu consisting of 10 small dishes. It looked delicious. No one was disappointed, their tom yum soup is so delicious, really good taste in it. We will come back again. Super delicious food and delicious cocktails. Heartily recommend ❤️

15/02/2025: Vi besøgte Lucky star i Køge en fredag aften. Vi ankom kl. 19.50 og fik først vores drikkevare. Det var to fuldstændig flade colaer. Vi fik heldigvis to nye cola’er. Men første omgang mad kom først 1 og 5 minutter efter bestillingen var lagt.. da vi havde spist de 15 stykker sushi bestilte vi 8 mere, dem måtte vi vente 45 minutter på at få. Derudover bestilte vi en stor chilimayo men fik en lille. Vi nævnte dette for tjeneren, alligevel fik vi lov til at betale for en stor chilimayo. Øv øv, vi kommer bestemt ikke igen.

26/03/2025: I recently visited you sushi and it was a fantastic experience. The fish was fresh, perfectly cut and flavourful. The menu offered both classic nigiri and maki as well as exciting fusion dishes. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with stylish decor, and the service was fast and friendly. The prices were surprisingly cheap, especially considering the high quality. Everything was simply perfect – an experience that can be highly recommended! We had a super sweet waiter.
