21/06/2025: Easy and cheap, good for the price

16/06/2025: ADDITION 2025 The mood has completely gone down. Otherwise found the furthest corner for peace and quiet. The loudspeaker system has been spared and instead there are loud screams (and I mean screams) NUMBER 76....NUMBER 88 etc. A system where a woman/man, with a soft, relaxed voice says ❤️ number 76 ❤️ Then I would have been happy and enjoyed my lunch... It is really an upgrade of the Bistro. I had the Herregård steak and the minced steak was significantly better than what I sometimes get in these places. No one mentioned, no one forgotten 😉 The person standing at the cash register and taking orders seemed like a superior. Efficient, accommodating, good overview, really a good experience. The others seemed more like.... I work here and get paid. For example, I had to wait a long time to get salt and pepper, as the person who did it thought she was "first there" When I was finished, someone came and wanted to wipe the table. Of course I agreed. However, I didn't expect her to also put the chairs up at my table, so I had to move my legs. All in all, a good experience, thanks to the first person 👍

15/06/2025: Yes, where to start. The whole customer "experience" is very impersonal and the employees do their best to get it all done. It seems like CJ is trying to save on costs by employing young workers. The store seemed understaffed, people waited for their food and they did their best. We got a limp batch of fries that looked like they had been in the fryer for a long time before the oil was hot. Soggy, oily and tasteless. My veggie burger tasted ok, the veggie steak was not cooked through and was watery. We also waited a long time. They had a promotion where you could download their app and get a discount on 2 burgers. But there was no option to choose something for those of us who want a veggie burger? Why aren't there the same benefits for all customers? Not a place I will visit again.

30/05/2025: Now it's over with Carl's Jr. Most of the time when you finally go to one of their restaurants it's a bit slow to get your food, today I had to wait over 20 minutes in a restaurant that was only half full. When I finally got my food the fries were cold and bland, the burger was also cold. It's simply too expensive "fast food" for the quality you get.

07/06/2025: God morgenmad med nysmurte stykker og frisklavet barista kaffe til en tredjedel af prisen for morgenbord på hotellet. Perfekt hvis man ikke lige er til det store udtræk.

25/03/2024: Quite good room and sanitary facilities, the public rooms were slightly inadequate for a hostel. Unfortunately it went bankrupt in the middle of our stay and we were thrown out, so only one star. Looking forward to Book2.

26/04/2025: the worst pizza i have ever added relish to. found hair (plural) and the cheese was gritty (similar to oatmeal/cottage cheese consistency). got full, but am afraid of mylderbæ

15/07/2025: They sold us spoiled skyr. We said to them, but they closed the conversation with a simple sentence: “Skyr always have special taste” Absolutly not recommended.

06/06/2025: Excellent classic grill burger for the price. The fries were the standard kind with coating. I think they were good, but you probably know what they are because you've had the same thing before. The amount of dip could be more flashy. I actually think the meal was quite okay, and a fair price for it. I'm full and satisfied with the taste and consistency. The downside is that I ordered on Wolt. When you order on Wolt, you expect to be able to see the arrival time and to have delivery right to your door. But I couldn't see the driver, and was called to come down and find him in his car on the street myself, because he didn't bother to park and use the door phone and deliver right to your door as you expect. It's simply too poor service, not what you usually pay to get on Wolt. If you can't deliver better than Wolt's delivery guys do, maybe you should just let Wolt bid for that instead of running self delivery. It was a bit of false marketing, because when you buy on a platform you expect the same from the delivery, and it is not understandable that you drive out yourself and do not deliver to the door. Now I have been lucky to actually get delivered. I can read in several reviews complaints about food delivery that do not deliver to the door, because it is difficult or orders are simply forgotten and people have to call you. You have to understand that if you wanted just eat level delivery, you would have probably ordered on justeat. You have to deliver to people's doors, that is what they pay for.

23/03/2025: The moment you walk through the door the vibes are immaculate. The DJ is spinning some fire all night, not a single mix misses. We spotted the rarest version of Abdi, wearing his suit because he meant business. His game was off, but the flat top was fresh to death. 17/03/2025: To call this “authentic pasta with good ingredients” is an insult to both Italian cuisine and anyone who has tasted a proper pasta dish just once. If an Italian put his teeth into this "carbonara", he would probably consider giving up on life. The sauce – if you can even call it that – didn't even remotely taste like carbonara, but more like a ready-made cream sauce from Rema 1000. And there was barely enough of it! Half of the dish consisted of dry, white spaghetti with no taste whatsoever. Bacon? Maybe 5 grams. For a dish that costs DKK 139! I have never had such bad food in a restaurant. I honestly wonder if anyone ever chooses to eat here more than once. If they do, it must be out of sheer oversight. In fact, Pasta Diem should be reported to the Consumer Ombudsman for false marketing – calling this authentic pasta is outright misleading. It is more reminiscent of a frozen ready meal from the local market, and it must be embarrassing to present such a product.

16/03/2025: At kalde dette “autentisk pasta med gode råvarer” er en fornærmelse mod både det italienske køkken og enhver, der bare én gang har smagt en ordentlig pastaret. Hvis en italiener satte tænderne i denne “carbonara”, ville han nok overveje at give op på livet. Sovsen – hvis man overhovedet kan kalde det dét – smagte ikke engang fjernt af carbonara, men mindede mere om en færdiglavet flødesovs fra Rema 1000. Og der var knap nok nok af den! Halvdelen af retten bestod af tør, hvid spaghetti uden noget som helst smag. Bacon? Måske 5 gram. Til en ret der koster 139 kr.! Jeg har aldrig fået så dårlig mad på en restaurant. Jeg undrer mig oprigtigt over, om nogen nogensinde vælger at spise her mere end én gang. Hvis de gør, må det være af ren og skær forglemmelse. Faktisk burde Pasta Diem anmeldes til Forbrugerombudsmanden for falsk markedsføring – at kalde dette autentisk pasta er direkte vildledning. Det minder mere om en frossen færdigret fra den lokale brugs, og det må da være pinligt at præsentere sådan et produkt.

24/09/2024: They don't even play Latin music... most nights it's like remixes with kinda latin vibes but not known songs (Brazilians, Colombians, Argentinians and Chileans agree with this statement) Prices are okay and they have many places to sit down and enjoy your drink

19/09/2024: Always a great atmosphere. Are you into Salsa, Bachata or Kizumba, where should you come on Thursday. Free lessons if you want from 8 to 9 p.m., then free dancing until midnight 😉 It's getting hot, so it's lucky that they serve fantastic drinks at the same time, and have 2 for 1 until 10 o'clock. Come there in even weeks, maybe we'll see each other 😉 Entrance up stairs from the side of the building

08/04/2025: Ordered a chicken sandwich, which was super basic, and nothing special about the place that makes you want to come again. Therefore only 2 ⭐️⭐️

06/02/2025: Very satisfied with the sandwich, both quality, taste and service. It won't be the last time I need a good evening meal in a hurry in Aarhus.

29/05/2025: Thursday May 29th at 3pm Add a lousy service we got, such a rude employee he is such a big egoist who doesn't think about customer service!! Will never come here again and I hope no one ever comes here.
