11/05/2025: Today i ordered three noodle dices for me and family, but we found metal pieces in the food and informed the staff who didn't take it seriously, laughed and said "sorry". The lack of incompetente behaviour and seriousness about the danger suprised me and we warrent offered anything nor a proper apology for the incident. We will 100% not come back and will advice the owner of the shop to take this serious and educated their staff.

10/02/2025: Got noodle soup. Has a very strong chili that you can put on yourself

03/05/2025: I bought sushi at SushiArt yesterday. I made it clear that I cannot tolerate gluten. The two young employees were helpful and checked a chart of allergens many times. A few of the rolls the chef made without the ingredients that contained gluten. However, I got sick before I finished the meal. It occurred to me that EVERYTHING had been prepared on the same cutting board, with the same utensils. They therefore have no control over cross-contamination, and I recommend others with allergies or celiac disease to avoid the place. I'm still sick of it today. Super boring.

22/01/2025: Then I finally got myself together to try 🍣 takeaway at Sushi Mania. It was 10 pieces. maki rolls with either crab, salmon or tripe. Wasabi was good strong. The rolls were a little bigger than the ones I'm used to and I was well satisfied with 10 pieces. Definitely worth a visit. I will come again. Follow me for more tips about Aarhus

04/04/2025: I have ordered sushi from here many times as it is cheap and good. I order hot summer B, it's really good and just hits every time. I have also tried their wok and poke bowls, they are also really good. However, I would like to say that the restaurant itself is not particularly cozy or that nice, so I would recommend that you take the talk away

07/03/2025: We had to pick up food, and had to wait in a dirty restaurant, mattresses on the tables and at the same time again signs that there had been guests inside for the last week. Since we could only sit there on Friday evening at 7pm instead of guests, the room was full of food, freezers and a box with some brown liquid. The shushi we got was Føtex standard, spring rolls without content. Dry, boring and nauseating sushi - we have tried to refrigerate it in the hope that it will taste better.

04/08/2024: Our birthday brunch experience at Hasselager kro was terrible. We ordered brunch for NOK 355 per person. person, where there would be what a brunch should contain incl. coffee/tea and juice. At the meeting with restaurateur Thomas Loft, he suggests bubbles and bitters, which are offered around twice. It sounds good and we agree to this. He then suggests that they can serve soft drinks and beer when the brunch is over. We also think that sounds good and say yes. On the day itself, soft drinks and spring water are served at the start of the brunch, which was not the agreement. Suddenly the juice is removed by the waiter before we finish eating. When I discover it, I ask him to put it back on the two tables he removed them from. The waiter doesn't answer me, and doesn't come back with the juice. Suddenly I discover that the waiter has carried the champagne glasses out from two of the six tables. I then go into the kitchen to restaurateur Thomas Loft, to which he replies that it was written on his papers that it had to be offered twice and that there was almost nothing in the glasses. He then asks if they should come in with new glasses and offer them around. I decline that, as he says nothing about it being at the house's expense. I then ask that they not be removed from the remaining four tables, incl. my husband's and my table. But no more than 20 minutes pass, then I discover that the rest has been removed while I was out on the toilet. My husband and I had half a glass left and wanted to toast to the remaining speeches. Suddenly the waiter walks around the tables with draft beer and offers. We also wonder about that, since it was not the agreement. The agreement was that beer would be served. And no one had come to my husband and I and asked if it was ok to change the agreement. When we got the bill, he had written one more envelope than the final number we had given him. The price of the additional sale was of course also much higher than we had expected, because our guests had to remove their drinks that were included in the brunch and had to take soda/spring water and beer to finish their meal. Subsequently, we contacted Thomas Loft, who did not want to meet with us, but who completely ignored our disappointment in writing and simply wrote that they have done exactly as they usually do and that people are usually happy, but that I can deduct the extra envelope from the bill. We feel really badly treated and wanted to support locally by having our party there, but it was a huge disappointment. We would in no way recommend the place to others.

04/08/2024: Boring food, boring premises. Not a particularly pleasant atmosphere, neither outside nor inside.

21/02/2025: I will review their cream buns. If, like me, you love mocha custard buns, this is the only place in Aarhus where you can get the most flavorful coffee/mocca custard bun. The filling is lightly foamed with the right amount of coffee flavor, coated with quality dark chocolate that has the crunch that makes your mouth water, and the right amount of marzipan at the bottom. Of course, they have other flavors, but coffee is absolutely my favorite.

06/10/2024: Very nice staff and food. However, the flødeboller kursus was a bit too short for the price and we were quite cramped into the warm kitchen.

05/04/2025: Paid DKK 165 for 1 burnt pizza - have written to them, but they don't reply.

23/03/2025: Disappointing burnt pizzas which were not ready as agreed. Overrated pizzaria.

17/04/2025: They hold a quiz where the prize is a bottle of mix. After you win the quiz, you are then told that you must not receive the prize until the nearest weekday before 8 pm, but it must be within a week

17/04/2025: Do not take the quiz on Thursday. They have changed their concept. You cannot redeem the prize in the evening, but only within 2 weeks

03/05/2025: The food was okay, but not super good. They gave us the wrong pizza. And the kebab rolls were quite small and a bit boring

28/03/2025: If your order is very late, you can try calling them. But of course, you can also just order mediocre pizza somewhere else

13/07/2024: Was in there and ate with work, as a little summer ending in we went on holiday. The food was really delicious and tasty. The portions were filling. The staff friendly and accommodating. We sat outside and enjoyed the summer weather and the many people who came by. Really a wonderful place that I will definitely visit again

18/06/2024: Not sure about some of the reviews here regarding the Buffet, it must have gone down hill since the last review, there wasn’t much to choose from and the price was ridiculously expensive. Probably best staying away from the Buffet all together and get something freshly cooked. Service was ok.

25/05/2025: 90% young straight girls who are drunk and have no feeling of personal space. 5% straight guys who wait for those drunk girls. As a gay man I don’t feel comfortable here. How about you start some „men only“ nights? This way it’s a GBAR. But not this.

15/03/2025: We were served the wrong food and the staff seemed tired of having to correct it. Unfortunately, the burgers were also a bit dry in it.

28/03/2025: I have been a customer for over 5 years where I buy dinner for my children. Tonight, I ordered food and I have never experienced such rudeness. The girl who served me was so incredibly rude, dismissive and actually walked away mid-question and turned her back. I ordered a child's dish, but my child finds it difficult to use a small plate so I asked for an additional plate to suit their needs better. I thought it was a simple ask and I was just left stunned. I go and order occassionally to make life easier, but we ended up leaving because (you guessed it) my child couldn't eat the dinner. Won't be returning. Hope this review gets back to the girl who served me earlier tonight, and that it kickstarts her motivation into being a friendlier person.
