De bedste restauranter i Aarhus

29/05/2026: Terrible place I didn't come here. The staff suddenly decided to just throw everyone at the bar out without their things and close. Every time I've been there I've experienced rude guards and bartenders and they treat people very unfairly.

29/05/2026: On Wednesday the 27th, me and some friends were in here at closing time where we were asked to leave the bar at very short notice, where I then walk around looking for my jacket since the cloakroom had closed at the time we were in there. Then I asked if I could try looking around to look for it where no chances are given and I get kicked out by the bartender in the picture. On the way out of the bar he chooses to completely ignore my situation without answering. I stand and wait patiently for more than 20 minutes, but instead of some of those in the picture cleaning up or looking at me, they sit and laugh and drink drinks with each other.

22/11/2025: Worst ramen I ever ate without getting diarrhoea. Was it really that bad? Yes: You can trust my judgment - I’m familiar with British cuisine, for example. The bowl rises like an abstract canvas, steam curling in soft strokes of umami and ambition. Its aroma drifts out, equal parts toasted seaweed and a faint whisper of regret. Never. Again. Not even for money.

02/09/2025: Well, I can't taste anything sour or anything else 😅 everything went really quickly even though others were ordering too 👌 I was completely happy, ate three bao buns and the ramen soup, very tasty 🤤

05/09/2026: Super good place for larger events. Nice that you can also go outside.

30/08/2026: Terrible place and really bad treatment of guests. The staff is disrespectful and completely indifferent to their customers. I have never experienced anything like it and will never come back.

25/03/2026: There was no clear or reliable information about ingredients or dietary options. It was unclear what type of meat was used and the quality seemed generally low. Not a place I would recommend if you care about what you eat.

05/03/2026: Very dirty, you almost never get what you ordered, whether the food is okay depends a lot on who is at work.

10/10/2026: No gloves - saw the guy handle boxes from outdoors and in the same move handle burgers and fresh cheese. No ringer to go sit with my friends and not sit around waiting. I wasted 20 mins for a portion of fries. I asked where in the queue was my order to see if I should keep waiting or go sit with my group. I was told 2-3 mins. When the fries arrived it was 60% of what I’ve seen served before me. I want my money back.

05/09/2026: If I could give it a 0 I would. 1 hour wait for a lousy crap burger

21/07/2026: My milk frother breaks after only 6 months. I am asked to document that it has broken. I do this via a form that they themselves ask me to fill out. Subsequently, I hear nothing until I call myself. There I am told that because it is a “special product”, I have to send a new and different type of complaint (please print, fill out and send a new template), a video (which I have sent once before) and the invoice for the product (which they have, since it is a webshop). Again, I hear nothing and call myself to ask if I have been forgotten. Finally, it is decided that the milk frother must be returned, as the dealer will check it. Then it will have to be sent to the Netherlands (!!) Subsequently - now 21 days after the first inquiry - I am told that my complaint is rejected, as the milk has got into the chip on the machine, which is my own fault. It was obviously not clean enough on the outside. It is simply that far out. Both the poor customer service and the decision. Theft in broad daylight. Both of product and my time!

18/07/2026: Poor service regarding complaints.
