19/01/2025: The food is good, but I paid 8 kroner extra for dressing which I didn't get. And there are no contact options on their website apart from a phone number.

08/04/2025: Here we got good burgers. But not too pleasant service. Spoke to them in Danish but was just completely ignored. Tried several times to place my order without success. Then asked in English, and then I barely got in touch and was able to order. The one cheeseburger was ordered without pickled onions and pickles but was delivered with a good portion of raw onions that were not ordered.

26/03/2025: I recently had a fantastic burger from this street food stall! The meat was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges that added a great texture. The overall balance of ingredients made it one of the best street burgers I’ve had. The service was also excellent—especially the man who took our order. He was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, as tourists, we ran into a small hiccup when our order number was called in Danish, and we didn’t realize it was ours. It would be great if numbers were called in both Danish and English for international visitors. Overall, it was an amazing burger with a warm and friendly vibe. Just a small suggestion for improving the experience for non-Danish speakers!

25/05/2025: If you could give 0 stars they would have!! We never got our food, even though we called several times, and they also called and said it was 20 minutes late. When we called again after 2 hours they didn't take it

25/04/2025: Really bad burgers. I ordered two menus (American and Mexican burger). We only managed a single bite and then it just tasted like nothing. There was nothing Mexican about the one burger either. Actually it tasted more like curry. Some of the contents of the burgers were also not properly cooked and were like biting into rubber. Even homemade burgers with the cheapest store-bought buns would taste better than what I have received from here. The fries were nothing to write home about. The can of cola was good 👍

27/09/2024: Chicken BBQ was super jucy and crispy - I loved this one. The bearnaise was a bit boring but also okay. Fries was perfect 👌

06/06/2025: Yes, they don't open on time, even though several people are waiting outside 20 minutes after they were supposed to open Then they have to start cleaning a little earlier, it's so difficult

16/05/2025: This restaurant is AMAZING. I have NEVER tasted anything so good. My order was 5 cheeseburgers, 3 big macs, 7 big tasty bacons and 300 fries. It tasted HEAVENLY. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. But of course I can never do that because of all the children in Africa who have died because of me and my big belly.

29/05/2025: It's one of the worst clubs in Aarhus. You order a table package and get it several hours later. There are fights and a bad floor. Stay away!

08/05/2025: Their baked goods are okay, but fluctuate in both quality and size. The employees are usually friendly and smiling. However, I would really like to say that the shop needs a loving hand and more cleaning. We usually want to sit in the shop and enjoy our food. But it is simply often so dirty and the furniture is worn.

14/01/2025: Stay far away from this nightclub. Boring and grumpy doormen. Way too expensive prices. Totally crowded on the dance floor and sticky and slippery floor everywhere!

13/05/2025: Tried the pork ramen and it was very disappointing. The broth was overly sour—I was told they add vinegar to adapt it to Danish taste, but I’ve never had ramen with a vinegar base before. The pork was minced, not a proper slice as shown on the menu. For 145 DKK, it wasn’t worth it. Couldn’t even finish the bowl. The picture there is how I start and how I finished. The ad in the menu should say Danish Ramen..

02/03/2025: We waited 35 minutes and got a cold ramen, almost tasteless with undercooked "pasta" and a lot of spinach leaves fired on top. Otherwise, thanks! We went on hungry.

16/04/2025: I actually don't know why it has so many negative reviews, I expected the worst, but their fries are mega delicious and far too reasonably priced compared to other places.

19/04/2025: Nice cafe with good food options. However, it was crowded and the waiting time during the rainy day was big. Also, we had to wait while other customers finished their food because there was simply no place to sit for our children. Having more seats would be great.

23/03/2025: Most dishes were sold out, ended with sandwiches sausage and 2 tartlets w. mushrooms, sandwich boring ate half, tartlets inedible, think you had lost the salt pack in the sauce, the tartlet was not cut into, tried to taste a slice of mushroom, inedible, I got m. the same feeling of vomiting, the very young staff would not accept complaints about the food, I don't think they have ever tasted the dish, they said they never had complaints about the food, think that you don't bother to complain, but probably won't eat there again either, we like to come to the museum, but rather eat in Aarhus city..

30/03/2025: Everything is fine as long as you don't complain about the warranty. They try to cheat you out of the sales law and warranty obligations. When you confront them they just stop responding. Worst customer service I've ever experienced..

30/03/2025: Warning: Real Coffee keeps your money and ignores complaints! I bought BRITA Maxtra+ Filter 15 pcs from Rigtig Kaffe and paid DKK 754. Unfortunately, I was unable to collect the package from the post office and it was sent back to them. But instead of automatically getting my money back, I had to contact them myself to ask for a refund. If I hadn't, there was a good chance I would never have gotten anything back. To my great surprise, they only gave me a credit for DKK 546. Firstly, I only got a credit card and not my money back, which is unfair when I have neither received my order nor used their product. And secondly, the amount on the credit is over DKK 200 less than what I gave! It is completely unacceptable. They have effectively stolen money from me. Even worse is their lousy customer service. I contacted them a month ago to get my money back and after 15 days they have stopped replying to my mails. It seems like a deliberate strategy to cheat customers as they neither inform about refund nor give a fair amount back. Bad business practice - stay far away from Real Coffee!
