09/11/2024: The ramen tasted like old horse smells, chicken dry and greasy, actually thought it was pork..super sticky. went up and complained, was told the waiter had eaten it yesterday so it's good enough and what was he supposed to do with it?? Really lousy service, expected money back! Stay away!!!

18/10/2024: Waiting 45 minutes for a bowl is outrageous, especially when you are told it will take a maximum of 25 minutes. Other guests who ordered later received their food sooner, and the staff is anything but friendly

30/10/2024: Lovely food. Friendly staff. We would however like to see them get better cleaning and hygiene routines in place.

27/10/2024: Ordered a Mega Burger and a Risret to go. Had a friendly chat with the staff while waiting. Food was very good, especially considering the price. Would definitely order from again. Cheers from Norway! 🇳🇴

24/09/2024: On September 24, around 16.30, I went to pick up the cakes (1 jordbærkage, 1 chokoladekage) that I had previously ordered, with queue number 19. The clerk at the cash register noticed that the strawberry cake was placed incorrectly and corrected it. Then, thinking that the chocolate cake might have been placed incorrectly, I asked for it to be checked. The clerk at the cash register checked it very rudely and threw the cake box onto the counter without closing it. He was probably tired because it was the end of the day. But this is still no excuse to be rude to the customer.

05/08/2024: Ordered chocolate cake wife for my daughter's 11-year-old birthday over DKK 300 and it was so dry that no one else took a bite of it and left it alone. So would not recommend that cake from there. Unfortunately.

07/11/2024: Worst shawarma roll I've bought. The meat was crunchy (burnt), the salad consisted of 80% iceberg lettuce, and the paper wrapper was rolled into the food, so I had to separate the roll and remove it. Avoid ruining your evening and go somewhere else.

23/10/2024: Reasonable food at reasonable prices.

29/10/2024: The security personnel exhibited extreme and excessive force, resulting in serious injuries. One individual was forcibly ejected, hitting his head so severely that he experienced a seizure. Another individual sustained a broken finger, bruised ribs, and multiple contusions on the head. The two men trying to help the seizing man, were restrained with disproportionate force, including knees pressed on their necks, obstructing their ability to breathe. Notably, neither of the individuals resisted or fought back, yet they were not released until law enforcement arrived. This situation was further compounded by racially biased actions from the security team, which escalated the severity and injustice of the incident.

09/08/2024: Ordered the food online at 16.45 for collection at 17.00 Dankort goes through and the money is reserved! then you will receive an email that the food will not be ready until 17.40 Great!! Then drive down to pick up at 5.40pm, but now the food is only ready at 18.00 they hadn't started with the food at all, had to drive back without food, lousy service!!! Last time we order there, what flabbiness!! You can also bother yourself with having the card reservation canceled through their booking system, which of course was blamed for their incompetence. Similar to ineptitude, and ruined a nice family evening...

23/08/2024: The burger was soggy after 10min of delivery. The patties where grey with no sear marks as if they were boiled

10/04/2024: I had a stomach ache after I had eaten, and there were problems with the food (pizza, fries). The pizza was too greasy, and all the toppings fell off; and the pizza was thin and the fries were hard and they didn't taste very good.

21/09/2024: My friend and I were thrown out of Heidi's because we were wearing a "jacket", but in reality it was just a cardigan. We had nothing inside but were not allowed in and the guards threw us out.

03/11/2024: Their piazzers are ok but service was really disrespectful to me and my family. We ordered from them 2 hours before they were supposed to close and they were supposed to deliver it to us. The employee said it would take 45 minutes, but instead it took over 2 hours. We called them and they said they didn't get an order from us, even though we gave them all our information.

25/05/2024: Probably the most boring pizza I've ever tried. If nothing could taste like anything, it would be Trane Pizza.

08/05/2024: The pizza was pathetic, the kebab was rubbery, not the same quality as Kebab Corner, in Aabenraa shot out! Also, thousand island dressing is simply used instead of garlic dressing/creme fraiche, which is a semi-psychopathic trait!

21/06/2024: Ordered 2x the same medium spicy food on wolt, comes in with one looking orange and one yellow, and one is so spicy that it’s not edible. Restaurant won’t admit they sent wrong order, Wolt customer service can see its obviously wrong and refunded. Tried to order again some days later, got blacklisted because ‘you gave one star to us before’. Okay lol if that’s how restaurants keep up their ratings. To owner in replies: stop lying, I just checked and you’re literally open on wolt today. No wonder with the low rating everywhere.

12/05/2024: This is my first visit to Denmark, I thought thay are making a serious authentic Indian or Nepali food ... They are spoiling the taste of Indian or Nepali food.

21/10/2024: I honestly don't understand the extremely harsh and almost nitpicky reviews of the food, place and service. Are the hamburgers good? Yes, and very much so. Is the environment in which you eat pleasant? Yes, extremely and you even have the pleasure of eating a hamburger in a very unique environment. Was the staff friendly? Was the service suitable? Absolutely yes, and this is where the reviews I believe become quite irrational. The guy served me in a befitting manner, but he didn't just prepare food for me in a really short time (five minutes), he also offered me chips saying it was on the house, along with the sauce as well. I call this a five-star service. I would like to precise again that the food was really good, the double cheeseburger was delicious and it was confirmed by the fact that I am still licking my fingers after I finished eating.

15/08/2024: 5/10 food but horrible 0/10 service (almost would call it rude). No wonder they have the worst reviews I have ever seen…

07/10/2024: 7 Oct 2024. 4 cold and boring burgers. Even our Fries with cheeses were cold. Had fries swapped for hot with cold cheese cream on top. Now instruct your staff correctly so that they can prepare the food properly and provide a qualified service behind the counter. If you end up with squ you have to close the box.

03/11/2024: I really recommend Rigtig Kaffe and I can’t recognise the experiences from some of the 1 star reviews. I have done my share of shopping in their physical store and always received great service. Recently I went in to buy some more V60 filters where I also brought my milk jug because the black outside “plastic” coating had started to peel off. They knew about this flaw, and even though I admitted that I had put it in the dishwasher and apparently it was not dishwasher safe (reason why the coating was peeling off), I got a new fully stainless steel jug and was allowed to keep the old one - that is great service!

15/10/2024: Disappointing customer service for complaints I bought a House of Barista coffee grinder from Rigtig Kaffe, which stopped working after a year. I contacted them to find a solution as the product was still under warranty. RK will not exchange and unfortunately they refuse to refund the full amount and only offer half, even though the problem is due to a defect, not improper use / wear. I even suggested a discount on a new coffee grinder as an alternative, but it was rejected. Disappointing service and unwillingness to comply with the right of complaint.
