16/12/2024: Worst service, Ordered 2 14A at 00.00 and was told that it will take an hour, we called an hour and a quarter later to find out how far they are, he says that they will drive in 5 minutes, then we call again at 1.45 as he was still not there arrived, then he says they would be there in about 15 min, we end up canceling as it can't fit it would take 2 hours to get it delivered 10 min away from their restaurant by car.

01/11/2024: Nice enough taste - nothing to shout about. Got a small pizza without meat for DKK 90 - maybe it's night prices? But at least expensive! On the other hand, the waiting time was short

19/04/2025: Nice cafe with good food options. However, it was crowded and the waiting time during the rainy day was big. Also, we had to wait while other customers finished their food because there was simply no place to sit for our children. Having more seats would be great.

23/03/2025: Most dishes were sold out, ended with sandwiches sausage and 2 tartlets w. mushrooms, sandwich boring ate half, tartlets inedible, think you had lost the salt pack in the sauce, the tartlet was not cut into, tried to taste a slice of mushroom, inedible, I got m. the same feeling of vomiting, the very young staff would not accept complaints about the food, I don't think they have ever tasted the dish, they said they never had complaints about the food, think that you don't bother to complain, but probably won't eat there again either, we like to come to the museum, but rather eat in Aarhus city..

07/04/2025: Come all the way from Aalborg to eat here. Arrive 30 min before closing time where the employee has the worst attitude! Rolls eyes and is so rude to customers.

28/10/2024: Really bad service Saturday dinner. When I get to the counter, I see a girl busy making sandwiches by the back wall - another girl comes to the till (she really needs to have a drink of "Monster" before she strolls to the till). I order 3 salads. The girl says that unfortunately it takes 1/2 hour before they are finished. We ponder for a moment (I think to myself "how hard can it be to make 3 salads") but don't have time to wait. We go on and when we pass Anette sandwich again, the same girl is standing by the back wall and the girl who was standing at the cash register was standing and doing nothing (looked out in the center at the counter). Then I got quite furious.....and it's good for all parties that I didn't go back. I really feel treated badly as a customer. Good enough you had received a large order, but the small orders count too. And the credibility is then at a very low place when 1 staff does nothing (and could easily have made salads for us) Practice practice.

17/03/2025: The short version: Bought an Ascaso Steel Duo Plus for DKK 15,000 January 2024. It has been serviced 5 times, replaced once, and most recently serviced again in the 7th week. Got it back after 4 weeks without the primary fault being fixed. Since after 2 weeks nothing further had happened, and at the same time I myself had to follow up on what the next step was, and I was approaching 3 months without the machine in a year, I announced that I wanted to cancel the transaction. A week later, despite three follow-up emails, I have still not received a reply or a machine back. Now I have bought another one, and asked them to keep the machine, and said we must take the case again to the Consumer Complaints Board when they are not willing to enter into a dialogue with. As many others write - they are super good at service when money has to be spent with them. Not when they have to live up to their obligations. Read my first review of them on Trustpilot, which is one of the most grotesque things I have experienced from a company you deal with as a private person. A solution only came after a trip to the Consumer Complaints Board. I have written documentation for everything, so if RigtigKaffe claims a different process, then it can be disproved.

05/03/2025: Super poor handling of the situation regarding products I ordered in January but have not received in March. I ended up asking for the money back.

29/08/2023: All you can eat buffet for a really good price for Denmark. Don't hesitate to download the app to get discounts. Sometimes even 50% off the buffet. The food is quite decent, don't forget that it is an all-you-can-eat buffet for an attractive price, so don't expect gourmet dishes, but still very good. I recommend and will return.
