28/11/2024: Really some of the best takeaway we can get. We love the menus with skewers, rice, salad, bread and side dishes. We have had these menus quite often and love both that the dishes are well prepared, but also healthy. Many recommendations from here.

30/10/2024: Most definitely, THE BEST Best Western hotel that I have ever stayed in. This place has contemporary style rooms, an awesome, fancy breakfast buffet in the mornings, and one hell of a restaurant! This place is equipped with a small workout area but has male/female sauna rooms that are the bomb, as they have showers and a bathroom on each side. The sauna works amazing, and everything seems to be fairly newly remodeled. The service is excellent, especially i n the restaurant. It's located right on the strip with all the shops, restaurants, and bars you can handle with different tastes to explore. Danish beers are excellent. Reminds me of a little Fort Collins, which is where I traveled from, or maybe Fort Collins is more like this place, Herning. In any case, a hidden gem for those seeking a quality experience traveling abroad. Highly recommended, as the scandic is nice, but has a train station and a bus station going through it. Considering the fact that both hotels adhere to power saving methods as most of Denmark does. So you won't find ceiling fans here, but if you ask the receptionist, they will kindly lend you a stand-up fan for your stay to help circulate air, and yes, the windows open. I am here for work, but it definitely felt like vacation, Fantastic job Hotel Eyde, keep it up!

A big thank you to the manager Artus for his availability, for finding us a place during the "rush" period. Thank you also Artus for welcoming us despite everything with a smile and perfect professionalism. Congratulations to the cooks who did a perfect job, quality food, respected cooking, a more than reasonable wait (we almost didn't wait). And what would a restaurant be without its servers? A special and intense applause to the waitresses for the work they have done. Despite the crowds at the time, they remained smiling, charming and professional. In summary, if you are looking for a place to eat, while having a great experience, come to the restaurant "BRASSERIET HERNING".
