27/11/2024: We only visited the restaurant and there was no correlation between price and quality. The cocktail we got, the Ruby Rhubarb, was alcohol-thin, so really just a little expensive juice. The burger I got for NOK 189 was nothing special and even a little greasy. Service was good, although she forgot wine for my partner.

So over 1 hour late compared to agreed delivery time. Answer: And it's only fair that you're busy. However, we had ordered the food in the morning, so we had been out in good time. And we also had guests visiting. :)

A big thank you to the manager Artus for his availability, for finding us a place during the "rush" period. Thank you also Artus for welcoming us despite everything with a smile and perfect professionalism. Congratulations to the cooks who did a perfect job, quality food, respected cooking, a more than reasonable wait (we almost didn't wait). And what would a restaurant be without its servers? A special and intense applause to the waitresses for the work they have done. Despite the crowds at the time, they remained smiling, charming and professional. In summary, if you are looking for a place to eat, while having a great experience, come to the restaurant "BRASSERIET HERNING".
