25/07/2025: When I arrive they don't have my entire order. They forgot to call and are demanding full price, even though it's their problem that they can't do a volume discount now. Also, the oven didn't work. The worst cake shop experience I've ever had. Go somewhere else.

02/08/2025: The food was okay and nothing more. The weather was nice when we ate there and most customers were sitting outside, we chose to sit inside because of wasps. There were a few smokers sitting at the tables right in front of the entrance and the tobacco smoke wafted inside.

22/07/2025: Lovely place, food and drinks great but a bit on the expensive side compared to similar places we have been in Denmark, service tops.

01/08/2025: Really rude staff, bad service and super boring food. The food is very dry, and incredibly tasteless. I was charged 55kr for a single dip next to a china box. Something that is free in other places or max costs 10-20kr if you order it next to it. When I of course refused to pay 55kr for a serving of sauce (I paid before I ate, so I politely said no when I was charged for what amounts to an extra small box.) Then what I assume is the manager started arguing with me because she had wasted the cardboard box by pouring the sauce in, and I didn't want to pay for it anyway. - By the way, it didn't say anywhere that it cost 55kr for dipping next to it. All in all, really unprofessional staff, and a really bad experience. I will never come back, and I won't recommend it to others.

19/07/2025: This is an easy place to get a quick meal when you are in Randers Storcenter - they have both a buffet and box-to-go. The buffet has a selection of different dishes and a salad bar, I will be honest and say that the quality of the dishes varies a lot the times I have eaten here. They have a customer toilet but it doesn't seem like they are cleaned very often.

26/08/2025: We were supposed to eat on site, but when we walked in, the clerk was eating fries straight from the warmer where they are placed after they are ready. She was eating and using the phone in the kitchen at the same time. When she saw us, she continued eating, drinking and typing on her phone. I don't want to eat fries she has touched. If an employee is hungry, don't you take a plate and eat on the dining table? It was so unhygienic and unprofessional. We left again and we won't be back unless hygiene gets better.

19/08/2025: One of the best in town but they sometimes forget extra chili and garlic but other than that I have nothing but praise for their food or service

08/04/2025: Remember to avoid this bar if you are coloured. The owner has a specific policy about this.

09/03/2025: My girlfriend and at least 2 other women had a bottle hurled in the head by random people who were standing and threw them hard towards the dance floor. Possibly hoping to knock someone unconscious, I see no basis for this behavior. No guard saw anything and it took 15 minutes before they even went up and looked for the guilty perpetrators. Will never come again.

10/03/2025: Could barely taste the food for dressing... way too much dressing

07/03/2025: Alright so... I've gone to this place twice now. The first time I got a sandwich and it was terrible (Sloppy design and food that tasted not super great), but I chalked it up to "Maybe it was just a bad first experience, no big whoop". Today I ordered a Pad Thai and it was honest to gods the WORST Pad Thai I have ever had. I usually make my own, so I know what it should look like and taste. The noodles were beyond soggy, barely any bell peppers, the sauce was disgustingly sweet, absolutely no kick or spice of any kind, and the onions (For some reason I cannot comprehend) were cooked into the meal, if those gross looking green strands are actually onions. I always give places a second chance to do better, but it was pretty disgusting both times. Weird too when almost every other restaurant or bar in town makes better food by a sizable margin. Never going back to this place, and you probably shouldn't either.

03/07/2025: Was supposed to get her food at 5:30 PM and turned around in 14 minutes, it's not okay to get a pizzaria and it was a Thursday, I'll find somewhere else next time

18/01/2025: We were a party of 20 for brunch, where 2 unfortunately fell ill on the day, and we had contacted Mcale during opening hours and cancelled for these 2. The food and atmosphere were okay, but we were asked to pay full price for the 2 who did not show up, and were met with very poor service from the staff in question, who insisted on their right to charge money for the two who had cancelled. After a tedious and in our eyes unnecessary dialogue, we ended up having to pay for one of the 2 guests who did not show up. I did not think it was fair to charge for 2 guests who had cancelled for the restaurant since the morning. This is not a no-show, and when they called to say that there were two who could not attend anyway, nothing was mentioned about an extra fee. It ruined the experience for us at Mcale.

11/05/2025: I can't say anything about the food, because I haven't received either drinks or brunch even though it was ordered 50 minutes ago.
