31/10/2025: Really good food I ate a pizza slice and it was big and had a lot of flavor and the tomato sauce is clear and there is good flavor. And very good service

10/10/2025: Decides to go here, finds and pays for parking, goes here during opening hours. It says open. Comes to a closed door. Unprofessional to stay closed without having social media for signage

10/09/2025: There were two of us there for dinner, the only ones, so the rest of the restaurant was empty. We got our food at 5:00 PM sharp. There was no one else in the restaurant when we left at 5:50 PM.

24/01/2025: A sad experience. Call and order, but still have to wait 15 minutes and then the chicken was barely warm inside. Gets one star for the fries which were good.

02/02/2025: I once had a really good portion of nachos with salsa, guacamole and sour cream at Cafe Kærligheden. I recently wanted to repeat the success but was served a measly portion of tortilla chips with a dollop of cheese in the middle. No guacamole. The other dips (salsa and sour cream) are served in such small tubs that you can't dip a tortilla chip in. We weren't given any napkins so I went up to find some at the counter but there weren't any. And the waitress was nowhere to be found. I found a couple of unused napkins at another table where the left-over dishes and food scraps hadn't been cleared away. In fact, the place was pretty dirty. We were the only 2 customers so it wasn't because it was busy. When the waitress (who was otherwise sweet and smiling) finally appeared, I asked why there wasn't guacamole when I had had it before at the same cafe, she replied that they were running a new concept for the cafe and that was why the menu wasn't the same. I must honestly say that I did not have a good experience. I could have made those nachos better myself and I will continue to do so. I will not be coming back unless they clean up and have a better menu.

19/01/2025: It was extremely busy but the service was still top notch! Such great people!

07/11/2025: Terrible place. After 35 minutes still no food, despite the kitchen standing around cooking nothing. Had to leave the party without food, but must be exceptionally good for the prices they charge. Won't be back.

26/07/2025: We were served a really good and tasty omelette and pork tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce. Also very tasty and plenty of it. We can't at all recognize the boring experiences other guests write about. All tables were cleared and cleaned after the guests left. We were given menus immediately after we had sat down.

03/01/2026: Went in and ordered a club sandwich and a Caesar salad. The latter was 100% not the right dressing. When I went up to make the staff aware of this I was quickly turned away on the grounds that the café KU has some kind of dressing. She didn't want to taste the salad either. 405 kroner in total for a bad experience. Have been coming there for many years and have never experienced such a low level of service before. .

13/12/2025: A cafe for adults. A whole new experience. Fantastic atmosphere.

20/09/2025: Got a kebab roll, boring bread, kebab from frozen and boring dressing. Salad/red cabbage and other things in the roll seemed fresh and crispy.

14/08/2025: Lunch buffet…. Not worth it - it's the food from the day before that is served and the selection is minimal. Sure nice evening, but definitely not a place I can recommend for lunch!

07/12/2025: You are happy to pay for good service and a clean place, but in Randers the tables and chairs were unfortunately dirty. There was no paper in the toilet, which was also dirty. It was therefore a bit of a boring experience. 7.Dec.2025

13/11/2025: Good sandwich, but the girls seemed a little stressed, not something I've experienced before.

08/12/2025: I accidentally ordered the same order online twice. I called afterwards to see if they could cancel one order. They could, of course, so I only received one order, but a few days later I was still charged for both orders.

02/11/2025: I have ordered several times, and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with both the service and of course their delicious pizza, etc.

31/10/2025: Never in my life will I order from there again. Inedible food, the burger buns were completely chewy and soggy. The fries were cold and soft. Neither my husband, children nor I could eat it. On top of that it took 1 1/2 hours before we got our "food".. so we had to start in the kitchen ourselves..
