15/12/2024: Lots of people in a good mood but the place delivers incredibly bad music, where even the most dance-happy person loses the desire to dance. The food is removed too quickly. All in all, too expensive for the experience.

17/02/2025: Fantastic pizzeria! I have been a regular customer for a long time, and one way pizza never disappoints! Delicious, freshly made pizzas with crispy crust and good ingredients. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. Definitely the best place in Randers

14/03/2025: Food is a disaster. I ordered pasta with beef, bacon and cream sauce - I got just pasta, with a trace amount of meat, with 1 piece of bacon, no sauce. The dish had no flavor and was not seasoned. It looked unappetizing. Worse than in the hospital. Very bad experience. I had to throw the food away.

04/09/2025: Okay listen. For those of you reading this review. I'm a completely normal person on my way home by train so I decide to buy a French, when I'm down and waiting I see that they've given me a piece of MOULDED BREAD and it's just so disgusting.

31/08/2025: I've been coming down there to pick up food for a few years now, but have now been trying to order food for 2 months, without ever actually getting it ordered. I've tried calling many times, without the phone being answered. And when I go down there to order from the grill, I get skipped twice, and am not approached at all by the staff. So now I have to find another place to buy grilled food. Of course I understand that young people who are at work are very busy and are under pressure. But to be skipped countless times in terms of ordering, and at the same time have called +10 times... it's simply ridiculous.

24/01/2025: A sad experience. Call and order, but still have to wait 15 minutes and then the chicken was barely warm inside. Gets a star for the fries which were good.

14/01/2025: Good food experience so far, have had roast pork burger a few times, it's good with crispy skin every time

10/05/2025: The fact that the cones are lined up with strings at the top is of course smart, but it ruins the game. We will not come again.

15/06/2025: Absolutely lousy baker.. bread only lasts 1-2 days, the cakes taste like they've been on the counter for more than a day... and they can't tell the difference between a Spanish roll and a ciabatta bun... the package shop works great and the staff is super nice.. but their food is not worth the money...

03/07/2025: Good and cozy location - BUT I have to admit that the place really needs to be refreshed. Also seems to come to wrinkled "plastic" tablecloths that have been used far too many times looks a bit annoying. Maybe a piece of disposable paper could be used instead that could be changed after each party. It would be more appetizing and inviting. I think it's a shame that the building is so worn out. I think a coat of paint would do wonders. The food is good old-fashioned chrome food. Friendly and accommodating staff.

04/09/2025: We order 2 x small sausage mix, come home and open it and see french fries that are completely hard and taste mostly of deep frying, sausages that have burst and are more like overly hard pork skin. Not very appetizing! It's the first and last time we throw away 129kr for such inedible food..

25/06/2025: We have now received pizza several times that have been missing some of the filling we paid extra for. We have also tried to contact Solbakken's pizza several times by message about it, and they just see the messages and do nothing more about it. In addition, the pizzas are not as good as they used to be, the last time we got pizza the crust was soft and chewy. Mistakes can happen once. But unfortunately we have experienced it 4 times now. So we will not buy pizza or anything else from Solbakken again. It has been so disappointing especially when you don't get what you ordered and paid for..

07/06/2025: Ordered a roll kebab, it was simply so boring and tasteless, dry bread, microwaved kebab and salad that was limp and brown around the edges, I guess I could do better.

05/09/2025: They often move too quickly, and you end up with something you didn't order or something with a huge thumb mark. The people who work don't talk to each other either.

14/08/2025: -----WE WERE CHEATED! ----- We were 4 people who had paid for 4 dishes + drinks. The first dish came 25 minutes before the next. So the first dish was almost cold before the rest of the table got their food. The worst thing is that we only got 3 dishes. They thought we hadn't paid for the 4th dish.... We went in and asked for it, where they then said we hadn't ordered and it was our own problem and if we wanted more food we had to order again. It's fine enough, if that was the case.... We were scolded and they came down to our table because they wanted to see what we had got. They took the receipt (without showing us it) and said that we had got our food. Then they asked if we wanted to buy more food, where we said no, because we haven't got our food. They said yes and then went back in.. I then went in and found a menu card, took out a calculator (on the phone) and started adding it all up. Then I showed it to them and said that there must have been a mistake, because you can see the amount we got is less. They said angrily no, you got what you were supposed to. I insisted that I could figure out that it wasn't true and there must have been a mistake. To which they got angry and said now we'll print the receipt out again and then you can see for yourself that there was no mistake. I then started adding it up again and said, yes on this receipt they match the amount, but the food on the table doesn't. They then took me aside by the kitchen and started to pile up the food. To which I said "wait, I'll add it up while you say what it says" right after he saw me take it out, he said. Sorry for my mistake, your food will be here soon... All this happened with angry faces, agitated staff and no understanding of customer service. We tried to be friendly all the way, but I have to admit it was difficult, as they were nothing but agitated. Everyone at the table left with a bad feeling, because of the treatment and the way they handled the matter... I would strongly advise against and will not be coming back. The food comes almost every half hour and the service is, in short, miserable.

05/08/2025: There was no taste in the user itself so for that price it should have a good taste and not just be boring
