21/09/2025: Always a pleasure. Whether we take the drive trough or enjoy it in the store. Always nice and smiling staff. Even when you might have a few questions, they are ready to help or find answers from a colleague.

25/07/2025: When I arrive they don't have my entire order. They forgot to call and are demanding full price, even though it's their problem that they can't do a volume discount now. Also, the oven didn't work. The worst cake shop experience I've ever had. Go somewhere else.

02/10/2025: I went there because it was seen as a high score in Google rankings, but boring store bought bread and not homemade kebab. Just a standard kebab for this price, and tasted unmarked

18/06/2025: Heard a lot of good things about their shawarma but boring bread, salad stuff and standard kebab for the price. The only thing that was tasty enough was the chili sauce.

19/06/2025: Good bowling alley, with good service, and nice conditions.

10/05/2025: The fact that the cones are lined up with strings at the top is of course smart, but it ruins the game. We will not come again.

29/10/2025: I have been coming there for several years now and am very satisfied with the burger and fries and thought they were nice portions, but the Kebab feels more like chewing on cartilage/tendons and cannot be recommended without improvement.

25/09/2025: You have to look for a long time for something like sticky grilled food. Banegårdsgrillen is definitely the worst grill bar I have tried to date. The food is too greasy, low quality and is made by angry employees who hate their job. The grill has 3 prices for a burger: Small, medium, large, which means the customer is left in doubt about what they are actually getting for their money. When you ask about the size of the burger in relation to the price, you get a sour answer and you end up not buying a burger. A boring strategy that some money-hungry employers use to save on food. You basically get the same in a medium burger as you get when buying a small one. The angry sad teenagers she has employed don't even bother to be there. The pricing of the so-called "grilled food" is completely absurd. But the money-hungry employer thinks that they should boost the price because the grill bar is located in a place where commuters pass by every day, namely next to the DSB station. She just hasn't considered that the low quality barbecue food served in the dilapidated shed doesn't match the price at all. 3 words: Arrogance, low quality, expensive prices. If you want a real burger. Then go to Burger Time in Randers pedestrian zone.

24/01/2025: A sad experience. Call and order, but still have to wait 15 minutes and then the chicken was barely warm inside. Gets one star for the fries which were good.

14/01/2025: Good food experience so far, have had the pork roast burger a few times, it is good with crispy skin every time

14/03/2025: Food is a disaster. I ordered pasta with beef, bacon and cream sauce - I got just pasta, with a trace amount of meat, with 1 piece of bacon, no sauce. The dish had no flavor and was not seasoned. It looked unappetizing. Worse than in the hospital. Very bad experience. I had to throw the food away.

14/08/2025: Lunch buffet…. Not worth it - it's the food from the day before that is served and the selection is minimal. Sure nice evening, but definitely not a place I can recommend for lunch!

15/06/2025: Absolutely lousy baker.. bread only lasts 1-2 days, the cakes taste like they've been on the counter for more than a day... and they can't tell the difference between a Spanish roll and a ciabatta bun... the package shop works great and the staff is super nice.. but their food is not worth the money...

25/06/2025: We have now received pizza several times that have been missing some of the filling we paid extra for. We have also tried to contact Solbakken's pizza several times by message about it, and they just see the messages and do nothing more about it. In addition, the pizzas are not as good as they used to be, the last time we got pizza the crust was soft and chewy. Mistakes can happen once. But unfortunately we have experienced it 4 times now. So we will not buy pizza or anything else from Solbakken again. It has been so disappointing especially when you don't get what you ordered and paid for..

07/06/2025: Ordered a roll kebab, it was simply so boring and tasteless, dry bread, microwaved kebab and salad that was limp and brown around the edges, I guess I could do better.

05/09/2025: They often move too quickly, and you end up with something you didn't order or something with a huge thumb mark. The people who work don't talk to each other either.

31/10/2025: Never in my life will I order from there again. Inedible food, the burger buns were completely chewy and soggy. The fries were cold and soft. Neither my husband, children nor I could eat it. On top of that it took 1 1/2 hours before we got our "food".. so we had to start in the kitchen ourselves..

03/07/2025: Good and cozy location - BUT I have to admit that the place really needs to be refreshed. Also seems to come to wrinkled "plastic" tablecloths that have been used far too many times looks a bit annoying. Maybe a piece of disposable paper could be used instead that could be changed after each party. It would be more appetizing and inviting. I think it's a shame that the building is so worn out. I think a coat of paint would do wonders. The food is good old-fashioned chrome food. Friendly and accommodating staff.

14/09/2025: Not a huge buffet, but the dishes taste really good. They are not really strong, but there is good flavor in them. Cozy but cramped surroundings inside the restaurant itself..

01/08/2025: Really rude staff, bad service and super boring food. The food is very dry, and incredibly tasteless. I was charged 55kr for a single dip next to a china box. Something that is free in other places or max costs 10-20kr if you order it next to it. When I of course refused to pay 55kr for a serving of sauce (I paid before I ate, so I politely said no when I was charged for what amounts to an extra small box.) Then what I assume is the manager started arguing with me because she had wasted the cardboard box by pouring the sauce in, and I didn't want to pay for it anyway. - By the way, it didn't say anywhere that it cost 55kr for dipping next to it. All in all, really unprofessional staff, and a really bad experience. I will never come back, and I won't recommend it to others.
