18/09/2025: Restaurant Holger is the hotel's own restaurant at the Color Hotel in Skagen.
We wouldn't have expected such a magnificent restaurant in a 4-star hotel.
We had fish soup with a fantastic garnish, top-fresh mussels, langoustines, and cod. The soup was poured at the table... as it should be.
Afterward, we had Atlantic lobster with crayfish, green asparagus, and sautéed mushrooms, simply divine!
The price-performance ratio here is just right ⭐️

13/08/2025: Excellent little eat-cafe. Burgers were excellent (great portions) and the staff had plenty of time to help the kids choose their lunch. Would return.
08/03/2025: Two of us visited for roast pork on Wednesday 5/3 and we thought that your roast pork (the one without breading) was so dry that you couldn't bite through it (very dry and hard) and the breaded pork was tough and the edge was impossible to bite through. Due to the busyness, we couldn't get a hold of the staff (there was only one and it was very busy). You must be able to do better because you have had roast pork on Wednesdays for a long time also out in Vangen. A disappointed customer

30/07/2024: 4 times box takeaway. Fried noodles were more boiled than fried. Seemed like it had been there all day. Was a bit dry and not very hot.
15/06/2024: It says on the website, Google and the sign itself that they close at 9pm... but no... Asian time. They close whenever they want.
