20/05/2026: Beautiful location right on the harbor and super friendly staff. The food tastes good.

18/05/2026: A positive dining experience that you don't get in many other places. Unique replicas of beautiful figureheads and with a nice view of the harbor. The price is reasonable all things considered. We ate for an average of 300 kr per person. That was food plus drinks and a few desserts. We were 6 adults and 4 children. We have been there before and would love to come back. The staff is smiling and accommodating and there are even some cartoons for the children to enjoy while the food is being prepared.

21/05/2026: During our stay in Aalborg in 2024, we went to Grenen and had lunch in the restaurant section of "2 Have". My dog ​​was welcome on the terrace, which was much appreciated. It wasn't very crowded because many tourists had picnics or were eating in the "Bistro" section. The service was pleasant, the atmosphere was calm, and the food was delicious! A wonderful time with a beautiful view of the sea!

14/05/2026: You have to order and pick up your own things at the counter, pay high prices, wait forever, and don't even get a spoon or sugar with your coffee. Just a typical tourist trap. For that kind of money, I expect at least a minimum of service.

23/11/2025: Lovely evening at NerD. We had their Christmas lunch with 8 courses and four glasses of wine. Everything was first class. Good atmosphere, sweet and skilled service, tasty wine and incredibly good and exciting food. We would love to come back.

31/10/2025: First of all, we sat and froze! Ordered 3 courses. Sat and waited an hour for the starter, without any snacks or bread. The Frederikshavn toast tasted like the tasteless virgin lobster bisque, just thickened. Waited half an hour more for the next course, the fish was full of bones (which the waitress did make us aware of in advance….-but that didn't make the experience any better!!! They had run out of one dessert and the other - the panna cotta had a nasty sour taste. The waitress apologized for the wait after we complained and said that the chefs had a big business elsewhere in town. We should have at least been given AN extra glass of wine for the long wait!

03/09/2025: If you enjoy sitting by the harbor and appreciate authentic Danish fish dishes, this is the place for you. Self-service (very efficiently organized), very friendly staff with excellent English skills. The price-performance ratio is decent by Danish standards: 400 kroner for two people.

02/09/2025: It was OK, but nothing more. We've had better fish restaurants in Denmark. I can't say whether the restaurants next door would have been any better.
