29/05/2025: A truly unforgettable gastronomic experience at Restaurant Ö We had the immense pleasure of dining at Restaurant Ö during a magical sunset, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. We selected the tasting menu with wine pairing, and it far exceeded every expectation, a true symphony of flavors, precision, and creativity. What makes this experience even more remarkable is the warmth and uniqueness of the family behind the restaurant. The service was flawless, graceful, attentive, and in perfect harmony with the culinary artistry. We brought our daughter along, fully aware that there was no children's menu, and yet the team went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire evening. This level of attention and hospitality is truly rare. The menu itself was a masterpiece, refined, balanced, and deeply thoughtful. Each dish was a celebration of seasonal ingredients, technique, and elegance. Without a doubt, this was one of the finest dining experiences of my life. Restaurant Ö is a gem, a place where passion, excellence, and authenticity meet. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking not just a meal, but an experience to remember.

04/06/2025: Took help from Google Maps from the ferry from Germany on the way back to Sweden. Previous reviews made us go to the cute little village of Eskilstrup and have dinner at the pizzeria. Pizza no. 7, Roma, magically good with a thin crispy bottom. Lots of meat, chicken and salami. There were 2 of us who shared a normal-sized pizza and were quite full. Recommended!

15/04/2025: Food is freshly made instantly, they serve very delicious food. Taste was really good of the pasta and the half chicken fried we ordered! Staff is friendly but if you are coming from outside of Denmark, then language can be little bit challenge, as they don’t speak English! But i must say it’s one of the best crispiest fried chicken i have ever tried in Europe! They have a well decorated, neat and clean and kids friendly restaurant! I love this place and it’s surrounding!

08/07/2025: The coffee and cake are delicious. It would be great if the café were a bit more child-friendly, for example, with the seating. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, and the service was friendly.

29/06/2025: We had cake and a rum ball there. Absolutely delicious. My husband had a chocolate cake with whipped cream, and we shared the rum ball, along with a cappuccino and a latte. The service was very friendly and polite... Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: Went into the backery/restaurant after a stormy walk on the beach. I didn’t expect much, because it’s only a small but lovely village. The food in the restaurant was outstanding! Even simple dishes like salad, toast or noodles with tomato sauce tasted exceptionally! The best dish we had were the shrimps with aioli, incredibly fresh seafood. I have read some negative feedback on the service and I cannot verify that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great lunch experience on September 6th! Thank you so much.

23/06/2025: Skt Hans - skøn menu, der duftede og smagte af dansk sommer. Som altid virkelig venlig, imødekommende og professionel betjening trods fuldt hus. Sol over Oreby havn og Skt Hans bål, mens de få både sejlede forbi denne meget vindfulde Skt Hans. En tradition, der begyndte for over 70 år siden, hvor der blev tændt flere bål langs fjorden (som i dag) og skibene sejlede forbi med musik og horn til de vinkende tilskuere. Vi håber man bliver ved med at holde denne tradition i hævd og får flere lystbåde ud og sejle næste år med musik og hornet i bund. De store steder er Sakskøbing og Oreby for at se bål. Oreby er absolut et af de steder, som har en fantastisk stærk tradition for at fejre traditionen, og tak for det.

28/05/2025: Pintofino delivers really good Italian pizza quality – the dough is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the tomato sauce has a harmonious seasoning, and the cheese melts perfectly. The ingredients seem fresh and delicious, and you can sense that craftsmanship has gone into each pizza. Unfortunately, the portions are a bit lacking for an adult – even a “regular” pizza feels small, and even though I asked for extra meat, the toppings were so sparse that it didn’t make much difference. If you’re very hungry, you may need to order two or supplement with a starter or salad. Since I’ve only had takeaway, I can’t judge the service or the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. However, I do know that there is an impressive, large pizza oven and a nice, elegant interior – this bodes well for the experience you get when you sit there. All in all, Pintofino is a solid choice if you’re into taste and quality, but be prepared that you might get a little peckish if you’re a big eater.
