05/07/2025: Visit to the restaurant and eat. The food tasted ok. The service was confused about who had ordered what. We experienced that food was put on our table that was for another table. We mainly ate chicken. 5 hours after the visit, both diners at the restaurant experience stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and dizziness. This continued for many hours, and the medical emergency was consulted. I call the company the next day to complain about the experience. At first I am greeted by a lady who does not understand me and I do not understand her. I ask to speak to someone else, but she does not understand and thinks I want to book a table. I hang up and want to leave a complaint by email (which is difficult to dust off??). Another employee calls me rudely and cannot understand my complaint, since their ingredients are fresh and of good quality. Then I just do not understand why we get so sick after the visit. She asks for my CPR number so she can file a report with the Danish Food Agency?? Of course she doesn't get it, and I'm writing a review myself. There is no customer compliance, service, understanding, apology or anything else. On the contrary, she backs off and says that we haven't gotten sick from their food. I can also see on Smiley.dk that they got a comment on the cleaning back in April 2024. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant!!!

17/07/2025: Perfect location a little outside the city and close to the beach and park. Easy to park, efficient and nice service. Ok breakfast buffet. Dinner is excellent. A little difference in the professionalism of the waiters which could be improved with one in particular.

08/06/2025: An incredibly good place to eat. Fantastic service. Both their tartar and trout roe with blinis were just right. The fried plaice was also just right. The ribeye was perhaps just a tad too cooked, but there was fantastic service and willingness to correct it, so the service should almost have 6 stars. The house wine for just 225 is incredibly reasonable, really well done!

26/07/2025: Extremely disappointed. Don't go to this place if you respect yourself. Waiter will cheat you in every step. They will give you different food instead what you were ordered and they will cheat you. Be careful, please, especially if you have an allergy

16/07/2025: A nice place to eat with a casual meal. The staff filled the table with different menu cards, which made it a bit confusing at first to figure out how to order. We simply ordered by just telling the staff. We tried the beef wok, chicken curry, and fried chicken. The food was decent overall, but we had to ask specifically to get rice with the dishes. One downside is that you have to pay before receiving your food, which might not suit everyone. Communication was a bit challenging, as both Danish and English were spoken with difficulty. Still, the staff did their best to help, and the food came out fairly quickly. During this time it was also Happy hour for the beverages which gets you 2 for 1.

24/07/2025: The King of “Well, that was food” Burger King is a bit like getting a high five from someone with wet hands: You don’t quite know why you said yes, but now you’re here – and it wasn’t exactly a disaster. The food? Well, it’s okay. Flame-grilled, they say, and it tastes a bit like a campfire and childhood. The fries are crispy for about 4 minutes, and then they get the same consistency as a wet dishcloth. But hey, ketchup saves most things. The best thing about the place, though, is the kids’ area – or as I call it: the mini-gladiator arena. You can park the kids there in good conscience while they try to kill each other. It’s noisy, chaotic and magically perfect if you want to eat your burger in peace while pretending you don’t hear the screams. All in all, a great place to land if you’re too hungry to think and too tired to cook yourself. Not a culinary revelation, but definitely a solid three-star experience – with extra points for a survivable play area.

27/07/2025: We had heard so much good about Polme Nakke, but this, our first visit, was a disappointment. The fried herring was OK, but the spiced herring was a flat herring spread out on a piece of rye bread with half an egg at one end. The potato dish was half potatoes and not slices nicely arranged. Worst potato dish among many. The chicken salad was a scandal - I think the chef had forgotten the chickens, there was practically no chicken in the food, which was criticized for the serving when paying. The young people who served did the best they could, but it was marked by enormous busyness with too few staff. We waited 35 minutes for the second serving! If the busyness and the number of staff in the kitchen are at the same level, it is not so strange that there are biscuits.

23/07/2025: Terribly bad service. The only contact we had with the staff was when we called them ourselves. Our table was in front of the counter and despite this, we were apparently invisible. It was our first visit and we had been very happy. The table was full of candle wax stains and our waiter was downright rude. He seemed indifferent and angry. However, there was a table with 2 young people who he might have known? In any case, they received a very different, polite treatment than the rest of us. The food was ok but I have to say that the service was actually so bad that it completely ruined our experience. It's a shame because we have a summer house on Falster and could easily come and eat often. We don't have to. If I were the owner, I would deal with the crippling, bad reviews in sheep's clothing. We won't be back and will do my best to ensure that others don't waste money with you either. Practice
