09/03/2025: Unfortunately it was a terrible stay and completely unacceptable service level. We were a family of 10 (4 rooms) and 2 of our rooms were placed just above one of the hotel venues which had a massive party that evening playing loud music until 2am. Impossible to sleep given you could hear everything. We complained to the staff who said they wouldn’t do anything and would not even ask them to turn down the music so we had to go inside to tell the people at the party ourselves. In the morning we told the receptionist what had happened and asked why they didn’t arrange for the actual party guests to stay in the rooms above and there was zero apology other than “we did the best we could and we did try to put the guests up in the rooms above”. Which is a complete lie as many of the party guests checked in after us, and there are only 4 rooms above the venue space - our family had been put in 2 of them! When a second family member complained to the receptionist the answer was “you could have said you wanted the rooms together in a different part of the hotel”. It is ridiculous they put the responsibility of it on us! Extremely disappointed and would not visit again.

21/07/2024: We ordered food for collection, but then discover that the pizza lacks a specific filling. We go back and they apologize many times, they set about making a new one right away. We also got the 'wrong' pizza with the toppings. Super good service!🙏 The food also tasted good😊

08/03/2025: Delicious food and really good service. Good wines and exciting non-alcoholic alternatives. I have eaten it with friends and family and just celebrated my 50th birthday at SMAG. It's just so delicious and made from high quality ingredients. Can only be recommended!

03/02/2025: I have eaten one 4-5 times at Smag Mad & Vin, as well as celebrated my husband's 40th birthday on the spot 🌸 It is completely fantastic food, well matched with wines and always very cozy. What a little gem we have in Brian and his place 🙏🏻

08/03/2025: We were told to choose a table ourselves this was done where we then sat and waited for the waiter where 10 minutes passed after which I then asked if we could order where she then said that it should be a bar came in to eat brunch which had to be ordered before 1pm where I then asked her if we can't just make an exception now that we have sat and waited for over 10 minutes for them it certainly couldn't be done bad service I have had for a long time

01/03/2025: The worst experience on zelo for us. There was NO service and both waitresses looked like they were tired of their jobs. We arrived at 18:40 and ordered our food at 18:45, we received the food fairly quickly, BUT the fries for my burger had undoubtedly been sitting for a very long time. The bread was missing for my friend's pasta and at no time for 55 min. Someone came down to ask if anything was missing or if the food was ok. In return, two waiters stood at the bar and relaxed. We had actually wanted a dessert, but since the waiters would obviously rather close, we ended up paying, and went to the triangle, which has the same owner, but which, in return, has good service. When we paid, we asked for a takeaway box and the bread for the pasta we got, which never showed up - to which the waiter replies "you could have just asked about it", but now that's what you get paid for as a waiter, so we certainly don't agree with that.

17/02/2025: We have again been to restaurant Hua xin in Nykøbing Falster 😊 again we enjoyed the food in the beautiful renovated restaurant. The restaurant has become super cozy, the buffet is HUGE, with everything the stomach desires. Fish, chicken, duck, lamb, pork, lots of fresh vegetables, lots of very tasty ready-made homemade dishes. Large department with fresh meat, which is prepared by the best staff. Very large selection of sushi. Large selection of ice cream. Large cake selection, large selection of special coffee. 🍤🍣🍢🍜🥠🍦🍧🍨🍪☕️🍺🍷🍸 Fantastic restaurant, lovely food and super professional, smiling and helpful service.😊 Large playroom for the children.🤗 Very nice and clean toilets🚽 we enjoy every visit and will definitely come again 😁

18/02/2025: I have eaten there a few times and will probably go there again. But I thought they should consider looking at, for example, the quality of their chicken and kebab, compared to what others in the area were doing. Like I said, it tastes good, I'll definitely go there again. But I didn't think it was the best in town.

16/01/2025: A very dry batch of food. Our family pizza was burnt and very very dry. My pita bread with falafel only had salad and dressing in it. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing 🫣

14/01/2025: I only visited Konya because my normal place is closed :( But it's good that I found a new one. Great service with a smile and no sour faces or problems getting any of the things I don't like removed (there are others who have major problems with... Solo...) and then it was quick to get my durum roll which was also super delicious
