04/09/2025: We were here on August 21st with my sister and brother-in-law who live in Denmark. We who come from Norway and Lillehammer were greeted by a very nice waiter who was happy to find us a fantastic table right by the harbor since it was raining. We had a lovely red wine and a fantastically delicious meal, they know how to cook. We finished with lovely coffee and creme brulee. Really recommendable

17/10/2025: We arrived at a time when they were more than busy and even though we hadn't booked a table, the waiter quickly set the table in an empty corner. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The food was delicious and the service was top notch.

20/10/2025: With a view of the water and Holbæk on the other side, this is a real gem with exquisite service and the most delicious food.
15/10/2025: The hotel is beautifully situated down to Holbæk Fjord and we had a room right next to the fjord. The food was good and the service very friendly.

The only bakery I know that has a drive thru service.
The breads and pastries are generally good and reasonably priced
This review is specific to our favorite - FRAGILITE cake - which is very good like no other.
1 request for improvement on the mocca buttercream - to make it 50% less and make it with less sugar to compliment a sweet and bittery taste cake - that people can eat more often and far from high cholesterol/heart attack from the butter 😉
Another visit Oct 2025 afternoon: food selection is great, prices are reasonable and they have so much gluten free options
