07/11/2024: Amazing food I am definitely coming here again. The pizzas are amazing but if you want pasta I highly recommande the chicken pasta.😆

24/10/2024: I wrote a review of Bon Appetit a long time ago, which I unfortunately have to redo now that I have recently bought 3 pizzas and a tray of fries, 2 of the pizzas were completely hot and the fries tasted like they didn't hate had enough and can wait for my food if it is worth it but it wasn't this time unfortunately 2 stars. I was there on Sunday, so no, I'm not a fake profile, but I'm sorry that you can't stand criticism 😅

02/11/2024: Once again the trip went to Maurizio's. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service as well and Elizabeth is a god-given chef. As my wife's daughter remarked, it's like traveling - the authenticity is very high - it's like being invited inside a family that lives and breathes to provide the best culinary experience. Huge gift for Elizabeth and Maurizio. We will come again (and again and again ……) Thank you for another terrific experience.

18/10/2024: We had a wonderful evening in cozy surroundings and enjoyed a 3 course menu. However, we had to capitulate at the 3rd course and instead took it home in a foil tray, there was no more room in the stomach. The portions are generous and everything is delicious and tasty. The service is pleasant and the restaurant itself is an alternative chapter in itself and also works as a shop. If you are on these edges, you should not cheat yourself for this food adventure🧙‍♂️🧚‍♂️

23/11/2024: Really delicious food. Have otherwise only had Ethiopian food in Berlin. It can easily be compared. And the icing on the cake was home-roasted coffee. 🌞😉

04/11/2024: Not a place for couples. If you come as a couple, you may ONLY sit at tables for two, which are 10 cm apart. distance. It's not very nice unless the man wants to talk to the man next door. If you come at odd times, you may be lucky to get a table for four, so you can talk together a bit. But only until some more important customers arrive, because then you have to take your food and move somewhere else. Totally embarrassing and unprofessional. Their water policy is also unique. Man can ONLY order a small glass of water. It is impossible to order a large glass of water or a jug of water, which are otherwise necessary because of the salty food. You must therefore remember to order several glasses of water per person. Totally idiotic, and probably the only place in the country. They get two stars because the food is actually good for the price. We just don't go there anymore.

28/10/2024: Vi kommer rigtig tit på café forsinket og holder meget af stedet. Der er lidt til en hver smag og maden smager altid godt og er veltilberedt.

24/11/2024: Hyggelige omgivelser, imponerende vinkælder, ud i naturen oplevelse at bo i hytte med udsigt til Mark og skov, skuffende 3-retters menu (man kan ikke servere 3-retters kromad, der fylder så lidt! Gik sulten i seng!).

22/11/2024: Vores kobberbryllups dag blev fejret i skønne omgivelser og i suite værelset. Vi bookede ind på værelset og slappede af inden vi gik ned i restauranten. Aftensmaden startede med en virkelig opmærksom kvindelig tjener der fik os til at slappe af og føle at det havde hun styr på. Vi fik bestilt forret og den blev serveret pænt og hurtigt. Vi sad og snakkede om hovedretten og tjeneren kom i pæn tid og tog imod bestillingen. Vi valgte kød retterne. Det er sjældent jeg får serveret noget kød der bare der tilberedt som det skal. Stor ros. Vi fik vin med op på værelset og kunne slappe af resten af aftenen. Til morgen fik vi mange ting at bælge i mellem, alt lækkert tilberedt og hjemmelavet. Det kunne man godt smage. I alt en dejlig oplevelse og nogen skriver det er for dyrt, men jeg værdsætter kvalitet og vil gerne betalt for det. Så nej det er ikke for dyrt når kvaliteten følger. Det kød vi fik får 6 stjerner af os. Anbefaler

19/09/2024: Really nice place. With huge portions. We order a starter and a main for each. But was definitely too much food. The size of any starter was enough as a main dish. The soup was delicious, tartar was sublime. The steak was so perfectly cooked. The French fries was absolutely amazing. Is definitely a place to come back.

01/11/2024: The hotel is located on the Ireland (you have to take a 4 minutes ride on the ferry to get there, the yellow ferry charters every 20 minutes while another ferry goes regularly only on weekends and in week days it goes once every 3-4 hours). The room was spacious, comfy, equipped with a toilet and a shower with hit water. The temperature in every facility could be regulated separately. The bedding was clean, in good condition and of a good quality. The beds are comfy, complaints. The huge plus was the breakfast included: boiled eggs, omelet, sausages, cold cuts, warm buns, coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam and honey - Yammy :) I took one star away (and then put it back) for the service - I was lacking a hair dryer ( I think it would be good if it was offered as a possibility for some extra money or free of charge with the deposit). I wish everybody who loves tranquility and the cosy village atmosphere, would visit Orø Kro and the hotel :) Oh, yes, the hotel is pet friendly.

21/09/2024: Our lunch at Orø Kro exceeded all expectations. Fantastic smørrebrød, both appearance and taste. Nice atmosphere and fast service.

02/12/2024: Incredibly delicious sushi. Their taco sushi is so flavorful and a different but fun way to eat sushi. Always worth a visit😊

28/11/2024: There are robots running around with orders. The button behind the table is used to call the waiters. Brilliant.
