20/06/2026: Nice concept with delicious small dishes

06/06/2026: Everything tastes so good that it's hard to choose just 5 dishes from the list. The portions are decent appetizer sizes, so you really can't eat more than the 5 portions suggested. The waiter quickly realized that one of us has hearing problems, so she recommended a corner table and turned off the music in the entire restaurant - really observant! Good atmosphere, good taste, free parking after 6 pm, the chef came out and greeted us while pouring hot chocolate sauce over our profiteroles. ( say yes to fries with tarragon mayonnaise ) When paying by card, they don't ask for a tip at all - we felt like giving anyway.

04/05/2026: Stayed in a standard double room, and it was nothing more than that. But it was clean, a good bed and hotel pillow in addition to the regular pillow - which increased the comfort. A quiet area and we slept well. The breakfast was very good and the waiter and chefs were smiling and service-minded. There is no ventilation in the room (only in the bathroom) and the air was stuffy and hot. The windows could be opened, but then you could hear noises from outside and in addition it was hot outside so it didn't help much. The bathroom is very small and the sliding glass door made the privacy less than optimal. They have a great gym and the location from Copenhagen is great!

20/07/2026: For me, the ordering stands fall under the “service” category, and my poor assessment of the service is therefore directed solely at them. During my visit, three stands were out of order, which meant that the many customers had to be distributed among the few that were still working. In the past, I did not experience the stands as a solution that was introduced for the sake of the customers, but rather to ease the workload of the staff and possibly save on staffing. The user experience does not make things any better either. Almost every time you choose a burger or another product, you are greeted by a pop-up with a suggestion to purchase more items. This means that almost every choice is followed by another press of “No thanks” or “Cancel”. You quickly begin to understand why many customers take so long to complete their order. For me, the stands are a major annoyance every time I have to use them. I work in IT myself and am used to dealing with electronics, so my criticism is not because I have difficulty figuring out the system. It's simply a slow, intrusive and unnecessarily cumbersome user experience. The food is as usual, and you get what you expect overall. Therefore, it's the ordering experience and not the food itself that brings down the rating.
