23/10/2025: Average Chinese restaurant, on the sad side. The selection of sushi is very boring. The selection in the buffet is like most Chinese buffets. The ice cream is watery and boring. At first glance it is not a great culinary experience and it is also not possible to enjoy a Faxe kondi with the food... And speaking of soda, I also think it should be mentioned that there was not much fizzy water in the soda. I don't know if it is because it is tapped from the tap (=soda with fizzy water), but I could imagine that is the reason.

15/07/2026: I was greeted by the angriest woman and was told by another guest that the woman owns the restaurant. Even though I was standing alone at the counter, there was no greeting or smile. The coffee was weak by the way. I will not be going there again and cannot recommend the place.

15/07/2026: Visited Surt og Sødt as guests at the lovely Hotel Harmonien (❤️) Chosen dishes from the starters, and they were all well-prepared, incredibly tasty, and delicately served. The service was sweet, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome..! - And tomorrow we will try a few of the exciting main courses too..! Thanks for a lovely experience ❤️ 2 days later: This time we also had the main courses. Everything we have tasted is excellent and is characterized by sublime flavor combinations and highlighting the characteristics of the individual ingredients. As previously mentioned, the staff does not make the experience any worse.. ❤️ Another warm recommendation and definitely worth a detour. Should your path fall in the direction of Nakskov, stop by Surt & Sødt. Thanks for the good experiences.. ❤️🌹❤️

26/05/2026: I was going to try something other than pizza so I ended up with a Wienerschnitzel with fries, pepper sauce and greens. Firstly, it took way too long to get the food served, maybe 30-45 minutes. Maybe it was a bad idea to order from the a la carte section. Secondly, I don't think you can call that sauce anything with pepper because it was completely tasteless. The fries were ok. The schnitzel was nothing to shout hooray for, it wasn't "properly" breaded and didn't seem to be fried but more boiled and a bit chewy. The portion of greens that came with it consisted of one slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber but lots of iceberg. I probably lied a bit when I answered "yes" to the food being good. It wasn't terrible but could slide down. If I come back to Boulevard it will probably be a pizza

28/11/2025: Old and not up to standard at all, very poor breakfast and extremely poor service, where the employees speak poor English, with Eastern European flair, the dishes are quickly emptied at this artisan hotel, which is mainly filled with people in dirty work clothes. It takes a much longer time than usual, after several requests, before it is refilled. There are two coffee machines with different products, however they do not work, or are emptied..! Their ginger shots are too old...! There are very few TV channels, there is no wallpaper on the walls, however, they are just painted over where it is missing, the beds are low and the furniture very old and fragile..! Very cheap and bad hairdryer, poor selection of soap, no conditioner., inappropriate lighting in the room..! people stand and smoke right outside the entrance, which makes the smoke seep in...!

09/11/2025: A worn out hotel from the past. Details like a TV hanging crookedly, a lamp that doesn't work, lack of ventilation and charging electric cars at exorbitant prices show that the hotel is past its glory days. There is little positive to highlight for the hotel itself and the services. All in all, the absolute minimum of what one can expect. Breakfast and service are probably the only things that can be highlighted as above the minimum expected. After sleeping in well over 100 hotels in all price ranges, I would recommend looking for other options if you want something other than a bed to sleep in for the night.

27/05/2026: Looking forward to visiting the pub. Coming in and my husband is carrying a small, non-shedding and hypoallergenic poodle. An angry customer at the entrance says "No dogs allowed here!" And the waiter just shakes his head.

15/06/2026: 6 people at work, not even a smile or a hello, only angry people. 1 was standing and eating, 1 was sitting at a table and eating, 1 was busy with a mobile phone, 1 slightly older person came through the room without a word. After a while someone was called to cook my food, also without a smile or a hello. From now on I choose to drive to Sakskøbing for food, at least there you are welcomed with kindness

23/04/2026: Extremely expensive! The prices weren't marked, and when I paid, a chocolate bar and some pumpkin seeds cost 80 DKK. There are cheaper supermarkets a little further up the street.

15/10/2025: Café Flintehuset is a snack bar serving ice cream. I enjoyed the ice cream. The prices are reasonable. You can also pay by card.

06/09/2025: Nice place, but it took 45 minutes + 10 minutes in line to order a "sandwich" with vegetables and (cooked) chicken. It doesn't taste good, and is completely soggy - couldn't even eat it without cutlery because the bread is wet. And it cost 155 minus drinks... Go somewhere else in the park, at least.

11/09/2025: A schnitzel for €39 (!!!) in this musty 80s atmosphere is simply unacceptable. We left.

08/08/2025: No experience with the rooms, but we ate here. We ordered steak and were given a pork belly. This was definitely not beef, see photos. We also ordered schnitzel. I've had better schnitzel at the football club, where I paid €2 for it compared to the €39 here. Not worth it.

22/06/2026: The worst meal ever! It looked like a pizza, but even with lots of herbs, the taste couldn't be improved. The ham had the shape and color of strips of pancake. In a blind taste test, I wouldn't have recognized it as a Pizza Capricciosa. Payment by credit card in euros was not possible. Cash payment in euros, with change taken from my pocket, was possible at the restaurant's ridiculously inflated exchange rate.

26/04/2026: Kids pizza is a bit boring Fries weren't really hot Mayonnaise for fries was separated and didn't taste right, maybe it was too old. Friendly service, you can pay by mobilepay or cash. Food was cheap. The place was cold to sit in, we kept our jackets on. Update: ended up with a bad stomach......

13/06/2026: Worst pizza I ever had ... Italians would be ashamed what gets called pizza here ...

20/10/2025: Very angry older man takes orders, he can't smile, he's good at whining, at least not service-minded. The food is as expected at a "hot dog stand". Won't go there again because of the angry man.
