06/03/2024: Good "brown" pub where you can smoke. Billiards and slot machines

04/02/2024: Very original "brown" pub. Pleasant atmosphere and we quickly fell into conversation with Chicken and Klaes, a couple of the locals 😊 A bit special that there is no draft beer facility, so only bottled beer is served.

01/02/2024: A cozy little bread/cake shop, some sweets and drinks can also be bought. The selection is minimal, but there is a selection. When you see how dead Rødby has become, it's great that it still exists.

06/09/2023: Nice restaurant to eat with children. Atmosphere and decoration is very nicely set up. The children found the robots super interesting. Had a nice meal. Good fries and burgers. Please note: a large drink is really VERY large. Tip: don't sit too close to the robot. Then they don't let her drive and the waiter just puts it on the table.

05/08/2023: We were a heavily hungover party visiting this small Danish town. The goal was to try the famous Danish roadside sushi at the place next door. However, when we saw the offer of "the best milkshake in town" in this small town of 5000 inhabitants, we couldn't resist visiting the place. We could have expected bad service when one of the party started the visit by saying to the waiter: "You speak Swedish, right?" The waiter humbly took our order for a good Scandinavian but was immediately replaced by a colleague directly imported from the Terminator universe. Skynet seems to have decimated the population of pigs in this town but managed to serve up some of the best currants I've eaten. The establishment would have received 5 stars in all categories had it not been for the fact that the water glass contained a taste of a previous visitor's strawberry milkshake. Bonus points for poise at the robot waitress who yelled "move over" and "take my hand or I'm not leaving here". We managed to pay by card as our "Banana money" from Sweden did not arrive for obvious reasons. Definitely worth a visit.

18/03/2024: Good place in many ways. Super delicious food, easy parking, charging stations too. The room ok easy very narrow single bed. The lecture hall - poor acoustics.

21/01/2024: Nice surroundings for a walk with the dog who was welcome at the hotel, good service, good food, comfortable beds, slightly older rooms but clean and tidy

07/12/2023: A culinary experience at the very top. A gourmet weekend stay at Bandholm Badehotel, it was just so delicious. I celebrated my 70th birthday here with the family and must say that the food is probably in the top 3 of the best culinary experiences - and I have otherwise tasted/tried a bit over time. We got Snacks & 7-course gourmet menu, so delicious :-) highly recommended. The rooms were super nice, especially the ones that had been refurbished. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, smiling and welcoming. I will definitely come back here again for a stay.

11/02/2024: I refueled and used their compressor to get air in my wheels. the display on the compressor is poorly placed, and you have no way of keeping track of what tire pressure you have, or fill in - You just have to trust the machine to do it right. But then I got air in the tires for free, and refueled the car. then my needs were met.

02/04/2024: Me and my boyfriend ordered a pasta dish with prawns. The prawns were gritty and unpeeled. And we called in and explained, but the owner denied and said that I could just come by and check their shrimp myself because I was lying.

26/03/2024: We had to wait to start with 25 min to order. Then we waited another quarter of an hour for drinks. In the end we waited 1 hour and five minutes until the first of us got something. The steaks were cooked like shoe soles. Pizza was OK but not worth waiting for. Definitely not a place I will go again. PS Neither should others.
