01/05/2026: Sadly very disappointing experience. As a sunset premium member, you are not able to use your membership here.
Food was ordered quickly. However, they should have taken a bit more time to make sure it was at the correct temperature for serving. All burger buns were lukewarm, and the fries were stale.
The worst was the attitude of the staff. The tables were extremely dirty and sticky, food leftovers all over the flood, and the personnel was more interested in making jokes with each other.
Don't bother, there are many other options available.
22/02/2026: By far one of the best fast food burgers I have eaten. Five different men options consumed, all got top marks. Why this currently sits at a 2.6 is beyond me. We highlight recommend you give this place a try, our order was ready in 5 minutes which is importartant when you have hungry kids 👍👍👍👍👍

20/03/2026: Really bad experience. The wait was very long and the food was both cold and dry. Several items from the menu were missing and the staff handled it with a sour and unprofessional attitude. Will not be back.
14/03/2026: Really bad service, ordered food 5 hours before the delivery time, but the food still came too late, and when I called to ask how long the food was, they shouted at me on the phone, said that the food was delayed 5 minutes, then the man on the phone shouted "and so what if it's 20 minutes too", and when I got the food I was missing dressing, which I also called and asked for, where was his answer, that he would send the delivery man back with it, but 15 minutes go by and they never came, and when I called again, my number was blocked.

23/05/2026: Standard fast food. Tasted good enough and there is a kind of happy meal for the kids. The indoor seating was very dirty with food waste at all the tables. It was not cleaned in the 45 minutes we were there.

Vi havde ikke forstået konceptet at vi også skulle krydse af ved pommes frites eller bagt kartoffel, da jeg havde krydset af ved kyllingbryst til 169kr.
Jeg havde en forestilling af at det blev spurgt, hvor der står at det en af delene altid følger med til hovedret.
Da maden ankom fik jeg et kedelig koldt kylligtbryst - UDEN noget andet!
Som i INTET andet.
Kontaktede tjeneren og spurgte hvornår resten kom. Men det kom ikke, da jeg ikke havde krydset af.
Ingen nedslag i pris eller andet!
169kr for en kold kedelig kylling uden tilbehør af nogen slags.
Og det var manageren som besluttede dette. Bare ærgerligt sagde han.
Min anbefaling til andre: Hold jer lang væk!
29/05/2025: Utrolig lang ventetid på at blive sat til bords og svært at få fat i tjenerne når man skal betale eller har spørgsmål. Dog er de super hurtige til at komme først og spørge om drikkevarer og tage mod bestillingslisten. TripAdvisor siger at 3/5 er gennemsnitlig og det er vel der det er.

Short menu that has some great meals and an extensive wine choice. Would 100% go back when visiting Nakskov.

To date the best pita bread I have ever had.
Homemade bread and not those ordinary boring pita breads.
