30/12/2025: Quite an excellent lunch - Avocado omelette - at a reasonable price of DKK 129. Here we were absolutely positively surprised. However, I am very disappointed that Café Victoria charges DKK 41 for 25 cl of water (regular tap water without fizzy water)

22/12/2025: It was usually a nice visit to Victoria. Had plaice on rye bread with shrimp and it tasted great. And at a reasonable price. We will be back.

16/10/2025: I visited Restaurant Surt & Sødt in Nakskov during DiningWeek, and it was a really wonderful experience. The food was well-prepared, exciting and beautifully presented, with good flavor combinations from start to finish. The staff were incredibly nice, smiling and attentive, and you felt really welcome. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, and the service was top notch. All in all, a fantastic experience that I can highly recommend – I'm already looking forward to coming back! 🌟

18/04/2026: Super good food. Good tip for visitors to Lalandia as it is significantly better than the food in the holiday centre. Children can easily share a portion.

10/04/2026: Small restaurant, but many diners.. Quick ordering of food and drinks, but not quite sure which tables had ordered.. Experienced our main course came quickly and my friend's main course, but waited a long time myself I think and sensed other tables felt like we were eating in stages🤔 My food was ok, but on closer inspection when we had left the restaurant, I don't think it was duck with sweet and sour sauce, rice and pineapple, but duck with a dark sauce, with tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion.. and not a hint of pineapple.. Didn't get a picture of the dish because

11/10/2025: Lovely cakes and really tasty food. We had mushroom toast and croissant with chicken salad. Delicious. Bought a caramel pie to take home as it would have cost 35 kr more to eat on site. Unbelievably greedy and very little charm. Change it up and teach the saleswomen to smile and be welcoming.

28/11/2025: Old and not up to standard at all, very poor breakfast and extremely poor service, where the employees speak poor English, with Eastern European flair, the dishes are quickly emptied at this artisan hotel, which is mainly filled with people in dirty work clothes. It takes a much longer time than usual, after several requests, before it is refilled. There are two coffee machines with different products, however they do not work, or are emptied..! Their ginger shots are too old...! There are very few TV channels, there is no wallpaper on the walls, however, they are just painted over where it is missing, the beds are low and the furniture very old and fragile..! Very cheap and bad hairdryer, poor selection of soap, no conditioner., inappropriate lighting in the room..! people stand and smoke right outside the entrance, which makes the smoke seep in...!

09/11/2025: A worn out hotel from the past. Details like a TV hanging crookedly, a lamp that doesn't work, lack of ventilation and charging electric cars at exorbitant prices show that the hotel is past its glory days. There is little positive to highlight for the hotel itself and the services. All in all, the absolute minimum of what one can expect. Breakfast and service are probably the only things that can be highlighted as above the minimum expected. After sleeping in well over 100 hotels in all price ranges, I would recommend looking for other options if you want something other than a bed to sleep in for the night.
