06/05/2024: The restaurant is beautifully located in the park and with a beautiful view of the fjord. The food is fine, the service is welcoming. The scalding hot tea water was served in a thermos. Practical but without charm. In addition, it was overfilled with us, so the hot water splashed out when we opened the jug. Fortunately without consequences. Otherwise, it was a nice brunch we ate. Highly recommended for a romantic brunch.
05/05/2024: We held a party for 13 of our friends with lunch and subsequent coffee. We received very nice and friendly service, and even though we had not ordered the food in advance, the menu was quickly served. D'er's lunch platters were really good and with plenty of food. Like the lunch dishes were of high quality. Coffee and cake were enjoyed outside, with a view of the Roskilde fjord, the tap, and the beautiful city park. The prices were absolutely reasonable and we will definitely be back

17/03/2024: Cozy cafe, but unfortunately the staff obviously had a lot of difficulty keeping track of the orders, so we sat and waited for our coffee for approx. 30 minutes and finally gave up and left again. In the half hour we sat there, no one cleared the old crockery from our table either. Such a nice place but bad service.
18/02/2024: Cafe Fjordliv Roskilde is a cozy and atmospheric place where you can enjoy the view over the fjord. Got a sourdough bun with cheese and jam and a nice cappuccino. Both were fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and accommodating. The cafe has a relaxed and modern interior, and you can sit both inside and outside on the terrace (weather permitting). Nice place to relax and treat yourself to good food and drink. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars and I will definitely come again.

16/02/2024: super godt sted vi er elsker at komme der maden er super god hvis ikke man kan sige fantastik. ejer og dem som arbejder der er super søde. maden er virkelig god og servicen er top 100%. jeg ved ikke hvor jeg skal sætte en finger på noget ud over at de godt må have længer åbningstider. vi glæder os til at komme igen. mvh Kenneth

27/03/2024: Third time at this location. Really good burgers, "cooked to order". Ordered a large steak and fried "rare" - delicious. Mashed potatoes were an excellent accompaniment to my burger - not the last time. Friendly smiling service. Seems to be a popular place in Roskilde, but booking is not necessary as they have many tables. It's not cheap if the burger has to be "pimped", but the quality is top notch - so things go together in my opinion.

Idea for improvement for restaurant management - provide menu in English as well. We had to figure out with quite an effort what is on the menu.
24/02/2024: Atmosphere and food at the top. The best (thin) pizzas I've tasted outside of Rome.

21/11/2023: We often buy coffee from here and when we do we usually like to buy a cup of coffee at the same time.
In the summer, it's great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the coffee.
18/10/2023: Delicious coffee. Lovely atmosphere and super nice staff. Apart from coffee, you can also buy coffee beans, or coffee accessories. It's been a long time i haven't enjoyed a cup of coffee this much!

Café Selvskab - Smykkecafé og kreativ café

12/01/2024: Super cozy cafe and activity both with friends and children. We made both paper flowers and embroidery and want to try everything else. Stina and Maria, who own the café, are so nice and good at helping and instructing. And if you are not creative, you can come just for the delicious delicious cakes 😋
11/11/2023: A unique experience in the center of Roskilde. Here, in cozy surroundings, there is plenty of opportunity to develop your creative abilities in a lot of different projects. I had 3 girls with me who made earrings and a nice bowl in an oyster shell respectively.
In the cafe, both children and adults came, but also friends and single people who enjoyed something delicious from the menu while they did creative projects.
It's the first time we've been there but certainly not the last. There was good service and we were nicely guided through the processes in the various projects, which lasted for about 2 to 2.5 hours while there was laughter and fun.
I am a big fan and can only recommend visiting them.

01/04/2024: Super delicious place with ground floor, first floor and bar. Salad bar for most people, wonderful service and good food. Friendly staff.. definitely a place we will visit several times.. Beef tenderloin 250 g, with pepper sauce and optional potato.. top notch.

However, the salad bar is filled with a little too much meat. There should be more different greens
