De bedste restauranter i Slagelse

12/09/2025: The room was newly renovated. Have to make breakfast yourself, find the fridge, cups and care. Was a bit of a charm. Pleasant service. But quite decent standard ;)

20/08/2025: Great hotel. Wonderful kitchen with two washers, a few large fridges and a freezer, and mini-golf. The hosts were friendly, and it was nice and quiet while we were there. The location is great, you are just a short walk on the pedestrian path through the trees (full of plums, raspberries, and even cherries ready to pluck and eat!) to Bilka and the amazing Antvorskov Ruins. I recommend a 5 minute $15 uber from Slagelse Station however, as the walk to the hotel with luggage is 30-40 minutes and not the best, but you will probably pass H.C Andersen's old Latin school. Slagelse is the best town in Denmark, and I will be returning to Hotel Lillevang. Putting my name on the TV when you turn it on was a nice touch too.

17/08/2025: It was during the holiday season, and there was a traffic jam on the bridge. So we left early. The restrooms were still marginally clean, but it was also very crowded, and you sometimes had to wait a long time for the restroom. Otherwise, the food was typical McDonald's...

27/09/2025: Sct.Michael 2025. With Frederik Liberti. And great concert with Megaphones.. Lots of good seating, outside the door, on the square. Nice party and atmosphere, with lots of people, and good service.

19/10/2025: We were just passing through, and therefore didn't know the city. However, we found Cafe Lime and perhaps didn't have the highest expectations. However, we were greeted by the sweetest waiter, tall and blond with a warm smile and presence. We had a really delicious steak and pizza and we had no complaints at all. Thank you for the food and wonderful service. 🥰

21/09/2025: Was served a mediocre rib roast sandwich that tasted nothing like it, the guy who made the food didn't wear gloves and used his damp shirt to wipe his fingers... not a place you'll come back to.

29/08/2025: Was supposed to pick up my food at 1930, to drive 15 minutes home, also discovered the forgotten 2 times fries on a menu. The rest was remembered, thank god. But then to drive back and get bad service with no apology. But more that "I packed your bag, and I put them in" Do you really think I'd cheat myself into extra fries, and nothing better if that was the case? Usually I get something extra added as an apology, but could get extra deep, no thanks. Other times it's been a cookie or something more exciting. That I had to negotiate about it, and she didn't believe me is the first time it's happened! I think I'll have to start double checking my bag before I drive away. SO bad! Trust the customer, say sorry and move on. Not the other way, because then they'll get one like this, because it's not the first time something has been forgotten on my part, so there will be extra attention from now on. Thanks Slagelse girls...

19/07/2025: I've been there a few times now and the food has been good every time! But the atmosphere could be better! You can't hear anything but a little girl standing there making herself! She always stands there shouting at her colleagues.

09/09/2025: On August 9, 2025, my husband and I held our wedding at CA-VA and we had the most wonderful experience. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Daniel, who listened to our wishes and was flexible both leading up to our day and during the wedding itself. Our guests praised the staff, who were quick, efficient and, not least, smiling and welcoming! The party was created based on our theme, wishes and "peculiarities" and it was fantastic to feel that there was room for just that! 🤍 We can only recommend CA-VA as the place for the next party! 🌻 ⛪️

01/08/2025: Stiff atmosphere.. rude staff and the owners doesn't treat their staff right, it's slave-like conditions with little pay... the food wasn't really anything to brag about.. really recommending booking somewhere else to hold a confirmation, if that was your intentions with this place

09/09/2025: We stayed at an Airbnb between Slagelse and Skovsø and ordered sushi from this restaurant. It was delivered within the stated timeframe and was absolutely delicious! Superbly made.

04/10/2025: Nice high high layered open sandwiches, but didn't taste as much as it looked. The staff was too young and unprofessional to be pleasant there. They were talking privately across our table and those who were at work were hanging out and being noisy with staff who had apparently had the day off. And one detail: it would have been nice to have allergens listed on the menu.

30/08/2025: Ordered Wiener schnitzel with cream sauce but got plain butter sauce. Oh, I should have called because the same thing happened the last time I ordered and they promised a real cream sauce.
