06/05/2025: We were a small group of 4, we've been unlucky before, but thought now we'll try again. We had booked a table at 6pm, when we get to the buffet it is actually half empty, no fish again dressing, we wait and finally agree that there will be no fish. Then we go on board in meat, potatoes and gravy, this cannot be eaten as the gravy is cold, and we choose to tell that, after which they just say yay, then we go to someone else, he measures the gravy at 28 degrees, and we learn that their hob is not working as it should!!!! The person cutting the meat is very arrogant and is really not polite, and it wasn't just us, there were several people who commented, here we are enough trouble!! So it was definitely not just us. We have then come home and 3 out of 4 have really thin stomachs, so now it has been tried twice, I will not set foot in a restaurant in Slagelse, after all we spent DKK 1300 for 4 people. It is great that the flame has served as well as has been reported in the media, but unfortunately it is at the expense of us as customers, the staff cannot keep up at all!!!!!!! Etc. Lise Harding

05/05/2025: Absolutely ridiculous for a chain of this size to have sold out of soda. Have never tried anything similar, that you do not find an alternative such as bottled soda is simply too amateurish. Then I'd rather go 10 meters to the side at Sunset where it doesn't sail.

24/04/2025: Long waiting time. Bad service. Saves on dressing in their burgers, doesn't taste of anything. 4 burgers without dressing. I'm just saying add.

16/05/2025: Overall a very nice place but every time I come here I feel like I am ignored by the staff. The prices on the menu are not correct and it is already expensive enough so when they charge 100 for a gin and tonic which on the menu is 60 you feel cheated. I have not eaten here so I cannot comment on that

22/06/2025: We chose to sit outside as the weather was nice. Unfortunately you are sitting in the middle of the square and there were several groups of noisy young people which made it difficult to enjoy. The food was really good and there was no one to blame for it. Service was good to start with, but unfortunately a larger party arrived when we were going to have dessert, so it took a long time to order and deliver the desserts. The large party who chose to sit right behind us also made a lot of noise when tables had to be moved and their conversation level was also very high. If you don't want to be disturbed by noise, you should probably choose to sit inside.

10/03/2025: We came close to closing time, but were still greeted by fantastic service - we also got a little extra taste, and the atmosphere lasted all the way until 15 minutes past closing time - it really exists 😊
