25/08/2025: We visited Diana’s Cafe and were very satisfied. We ordered a pizza and a large portion of fries – everything was delicious and freshly made. The pizza had a crispy crust and the fries were hot and crispy. My son was especially happy, he really enjoyed the food. Cozy atmosphere and quick service – a really good place for a family meal.

28/12/2025: Ordered 2 x fried noodles with vegetables and chicken to take out. The food was cooked while I waited, so it was nice and hot when I got home with it. The food tasted great, there was a lot of chicken in it, a few Chinese shrimp, eggs, squash, carrots and spring onions. We were very full and couldn't eat the 2 portions at all. The price was 118 kr. per portion. Thanks for the food, I'll be back ☺️

26/06/2025: The ice cream, it's the ice cream that should be judged first and the rest is a boring story.
It's from Gyrstinge Skovkro and it's just fantastic! 😍
Especially their Lakrids ice cream and their Rum-Rosin are favorites in the family.
The staff are often younger employees, a bit dull and uninterested, but they still manage to get something over the counter.
The shop is not as clean and neat as it could be, someone could probably learn to use a cloth and a broom/mop.
Thanks for the ice cream, it tasted great. 😊

20/12/2025: I can't tolerate gluten, but I LOVE a good pizza.
It's usually a bad combo, but not here! They simply make MEGA good gluten-free pizza here at Valencia in Sorø. I'd happily drive 25 km each way to get it👍

12/01/2026: My ribeye burger tasted good, but I expected it to be hot and the accompanying pork rinds to be crispy. The lemon cake was delicious.
11/01/2026: Food is good but service is abysmal. It’s not a cheap place. While I understand that the owner wants to save money on personnel, there were 5 employees - all very very young, so cheaper manpower - who could not keep up with a place 80-90% full (about 30 or so customers).
We waited 35 minutes for hot chocolate, cappuccino and waffles, with my partner repeatedly asking what was going on with our order, only to be told “there’s many customers”.

A really cozy little coffee roastery with the option to buy some cake too.
The service is friendly, welcoming and helpful, not terribly fast, but quite ok.
The coffee tastes great, they can make it almost as you want.
The cakes are good and taste good, but could perhaps have been presented a little nicer instead of being packed together under one glass lid.
They have iced coffee and many other good things on the menu.
We'll be back... ☺️
