16/10/2025: The museum is fascinating, but somewhat one-dimensional. The workshop in the middle was wonderful where the kids could play with teddy bears, draw, etc. Edith's cafe is cozy with caring service.

30/10/2025: We had a 5-day stay in Billund. Two adults, two children, and two dogs. The house was nice, and the kitchen was better equipped than expected. We were accommodated quite far from the Lalandia Center, about a 15-minute walk. Entry to the swimming pool and the Monky Tonky indoor playground was included in the price. We opted against the gold bracelet because our children are still too young for most of the activities. The center itself is very consumer-oriented – you can't get to the swimming pool without passing shops, arcade games, candy stores, etc. The swimming pool itself is great, of course, but it was incredibly crowded during our stay. Some of the slides had such long queues that we could just forget about them. Monky Tonky Land, on the other hand, is nothing special. Nice to have, but we only went once and wouldn't have needed to visit again. There's also a train running in the park, but it only runs every half hour, and it's so crowded that you can't really get on. The food at the center is ridiculously overpriced. They wanted €150 for a buffet with two freebies. That's outrageous for pizza and such. We had to wait 45 minutes for four pizzas to take away. There was an extra charge for dogs, but they didn't provide anything. The dog park is a joke; you can walk around it in three minutes. Would I go back? Probably not...

15/10/2025: A great experience, especially for children. The food was delicious and served quickly. You have to keep in mind that you're not just paying for the food, but also for the experience itself. And in my opinion, it's worth it.

28/09/2025: We recently stayed at the LEGOLAND Hotel in Billund in a business room and were unfortunately very disappointed with our experience. The room itself felt dated and in need of a serious refresh. For the price of €180 per night for the most basic room, the quality was not what we expected. There were also a shocking lack of power outlets, particularly none near the beds, which is a basic necessity in a modern hotel room. The noise level was also a significant issue; we could hear every footstep and all the children running around in the hallway and on the floor above us, making it difficult to relax. The breakfast was a complete disaster. The dining area was far too small to accommodate the number of guests in such a large hotel. This led to long queues for everything—from the hot food to the drinks. It was a chaotic and stressful start to the day. While we understand that this is a hotel primarily for kids and families, the fundamental aspects of a comfortable hotel stay were not met. The dated room, lack of amenities, and chaotic breakfast made our stay feel like a very poor value for money.

26/09/2025: Overall, the bed was comfortable, the room had enough space, the bathtub was comfortable, and overall, it was okay. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was very tasty. The hotel is perfect for kids, and they can run wild here.

29/08/2025: We had three pizzas and one portion of fries. The food was delicious and the price was very fair. People came by every few minutes to pick up food, so it can't be bad.

16/07/2025: No water for people dining in, so we had to buy soda. The fries were okay, the pizza large but unremarkable, the cheeseburger mediocre. Service was nice, prices on the low side.

06/09/2025: On our way to our holiday destination, we decided to have lunch in Billund. We happened to park at Café B around the corner and ended up at this café. We had to sit down because dogs aren't allowed inside (no problem). The food was delicious, the service was friendly. Nothing wrong with that.

04/11/2025: We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful property in Billund, very close to Legoland (a 5-minute walk) and the Legohouse (a 15-minute walk). The room, though minimal, was decidedly spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bathroom, however, was far from up to par: cold, uncomfortable, and most importantly, without a shower stall (there was a much-hated shower curtain). The breakfast was truly excellent, both sweet and savory, plentiful, and of high quality. The reception staff was extremely cold: no pleasantries, no smiles. Prices were high, but then again, this is Denmark.

04/11/2025: It's a wonderful hotel! Both the outside and the inside are very beautiful. Our room was on the ground floor, it was a huge room, clean, elegant, beautiful furniture, soft and fluffy pillows and duvets. A huge TV, but we didn't use it. The bathroom has everything you need. The floor has very soft and comfortable carpet. The big bed, sofa, duvet and spare pillow. In the morning we left early and they gave us a packed breakfast. Free coffee, tea in the room and at the reception. We are very happy with the experience. I highly recommend it!

20/08/2025: We enjoyed the buffet there last night. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. In comparison, the Italian restaurants in Billund (I've tried both!) are hardly recommendable. One had poor service and small portions, another had cold pizza. This one was perfect for a dinner buffet with a large crowd. The prices are high, but overall, they're not more expensive than the other restaurants. Reservations recommended :)

11/08/2025: Vi var 7 vuxna och 3 små barn och det fanns något som passade alla, till och med den mest kräsna. Verkligen bra anpassat för barnen!
