06/01/2025: Price-performance absolutely fine, Unfortunately, it's difficult to eat here as there are very few seats.

30/12/2024: Fantastic experience at Billund Grill! I visited Billund Grill for the first time and I am completely impressed. The food was top notch – juicy steaks, crispy fries, and their homemade brown sauce was the icing on the cake. Their steak sandwich is hands down the best I've tasted! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. It was clear that they focus on quality and service. I can highly recommend Billund Grill to anyone looking for good food at reasonable prices. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

07/02/2025: The quality of the food was better than I expected and it was delicious. The way the menu was ordered and the way the food was delivered was well thought out, so it was a restaurant that adults could enjoy as well. Highly recommended! ️

16/01/2025: God café men ind imellem svingende kvalitet. Jeg plejer at få angus burger og I er de bedste i området til burgere, men denne gang fik vi pariserbøffer. Brødet under bøffen var kedeligt og selve bøffen meget hård og kompakt. Det var ikke nogen særlig god smagsoplevelse. Og jeg tror jeg vil anbefale jer at minimere menukortet. I har ALT for mange retter på det menukort. Det skal I gøre mere simpelt og så lave alle retter med god kvalitet. Jeg har undret mig i flere år over, at I har et så bredt menukort. Det kan gøres mere simpelt med færre retter men lækre retter.

15/01/2025: The service was disappointing although it is a hotel with magical moments surrounded by amazing LEGO models and bricks. I was staying for 3 consecutive nights, shower gel, shampoo and toilet napkins were used up the 2nd night, nothing was refilled on the 3rd day. What made it worse is… their shower gel and shampoo container was the environmental-friendly refillable kind that I could not see from the outside if they are refilled…. Of course after room service tidying up the room, I would have expected they are refilled. But they were not refilled at all!!! And I realised only when I was already all wet in the shower area!!! There’s a reception number that says I could call round the clock from the room, but sorry… no one was picking up the call at all even I had been calling for 15 min all wet…. So in the end, I need to dry myself to physically walk to the reception to ask for a shower gel and shampoo refill…….. What an unacceptable hotel experience in the 21st century… All in all, even the room design is amazing because it’s a LEGO room, there’s huge room for improvement on the overall service quality and customer experience if the hotel wants to give an WOW impression to visitors in a positive way… because I was impressed in a completely other way round…

11/01/2025: This Legoland Hotel is the best hotel I ever seen! The rooms were decorated with each theme, and lot's of fun things to do there. There was even a Nintendo room for kids to hang out there! As well as there is souvenir shop inside. The prices were perfect! I wish I would go there again. :)

30/12/2024: Calling to ask if there is egg in their "vegetarian steak". He couldn't give a concrete answer to the question to begin with, and he could/would? don't check the ingredient list. After asking again (and again?) he was "convinced"/sure? that there are eggs in it. Unprofessional.

02/02/2025: The staff were nice and nice but slightly confused. It took a while to find our booking. When we went to the restaurant, they were more concerned with a sports match on TV than welcoming us. The food was perfectly fine. Not the great gourmet experience but it tasted good. However, you could taste and see that the most love had been put into the dessert. The plates were quickly removed after dessert, and we were not asked if we had been satisfied or if we would like coffee. The room was fine, but the duvet cover was a bit stiff for my taste. The hot tub is a little older but worked fine. It was perfectly clean, but the blow dryer was full of straightened fingers. Lovely hair and body products. They smelled good too. The location is really good for families with children, as it is next to Legoland and Lalandia, among other things, and close to Billund city.

04/01/2025: Stayed for one night in Hotel Svanen. Awesome experience with a 3 course dinner included. Go for dinner! Room was good enough for what you need. Jacuzzi/BubbleBath was okay. Online the photos showed a much bigger one. Could upgrade/invest in an actual shower.. (you sort of pulled it out of the bath.) Staff were very kind and friendly. Restaurant makes a stunning selection of food attached with great wines and definitely some lovely cocktails! Breakfast was good! Lego Land around the corner.

31/01/2025: It may well be that Refborg only has 3 stars, but Torben and his staff worked magic in the kitchen and served the most delicious dishes and provided the best service. We were there for lunch and dinner and I must say that everything was quite simply under control.
