22/03/2025: Close to the Lego House! Good prices, good sandwiches and chips too! the girls are very kind! There are some tables inside and outside too! Takeaway is also possible!

13/04/2025: A really fun an interesting place to visit. Planning 1,5 hours for the museum and around 30 mins for the beautiful garden is a good idea. The story of the artifacts is well explained in Danish, English and German, in some cases with the help of illustrations (The A4 leaflet provided at entry is only in Danish tho). The collection is vast and it is easy to loose track of time, look at cute toys and read fascinating stories. There are maybe 15-20 parking spaces available for visitors.

23/03/2025: It is located a few steps from the Lego House in a green area! The museum is full of teddy bears there are 8 rooms! You can read their entire story on the panels in English! It's really very beautiful, the girl at the entrance is very kind! Near the entrance there is also the Café Edit! Recommended for adults and children! It's worth the cost of the ticket

09/04/2025: An experience for the children. The food was good, but unfortunately relatively expensive. We won't eat at Mini Chef a second time.

23/03/2025: The room was clean and comfortable, and it was possible to warm it up with a heater if needed. The amenities included a kettle, tea, and a hairdryer, making the stay even more convenient. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which was a great plus. The only downside was the lack of bottled water in the room. The hotel itself shows its age, and some areas could use a renovation. Overall, a great place to stay.

22/02/2025: We apologize, it's so easy to say.. how about some action or being flexible, many companies could learn something from that.. Especially with such low amounts as DKK 75.- Instead they have bought themselves a single star for poor service.. because it's all about making guests happy, especially children.. (just not today) We call them the day before we are going to visit because we want to be sure that we can get in. We are members of a football club and there is a tournament and the clubs get in cheaper. After several people who are coming over to Lalandia, it is confirmed that we can come earlier than planned and just pay when we get there.. My children have to play at different times so it was nice they were able to swim together for more than 45 minutes. We showed up happy.. but were then refused entry even though it was confirmed by them themselves.. yes we are sorry.. But it had to go through the club.. so we ended up waiting almost an hour before they came and thus got 45 min. In the water.. For that amount it is in my opinion, Ok sorry we made a mistake, just pay it now and go in and bathe.. I understand that it has to go through the club etc. but that is why we called.. One star for that service..

17/02/2025: We spent a wonderful 3.5 days at Lalandia. It was just perfect for our two families with young children. Plenty to do for children (and adults!). Soft play excellent for children young and old. Aquadome amazing. Young non-swimmers have a warm pool with activities to keep them entertained (little slide, water play etc). Faster slides, wave machine and wonderfully warm jacuzzi pool for older children and grown ups. I found the changing facilities clean and plentiful. The Aquadome was extremely busy on the Saturday that we were there, then much quieter the next two days. My youngest and I found it far too crowded and busy on the Saturday but I enjoyed the quieter days, as did my youngest when we finally persuaded him to give swimming a try. The outdoor facilities were fabulous, SO many playgrounds to choose from, obstacle courses, trampoline mounds. My boys couldn't wait to get stuck in! Very thoughtful aspects such as enormous luggage lockers (20 DKK) if you want to continue using the resort facilities after check out. Quieter activities like colouring and painting available as a well as more energetic ones such as rock climbing. It was perfect for a group of mixed age and ability children (and grown ups!) Gold wristbands were well worth it in my view.

30/03/2025: We got Chai latte and Hot Chocolate to go. Staff was very friendly, offered cookies with drinks as well. We didn’t have a chance to sit down since we were busy but interior looked fancy and welcoming. Maybe next time.

31/01/2025: It may well be that Refborg only has 3 stars, but Torben and his staff worked magic in the kitchen and served the most delicious dishes and provided the best service. We were there for lunch and dinner and I must say that everything was quite simply under control.

24/03/2025: Booked for 2 nights: ideal location for Legoland. But the room prices are too high for the service received: - The bedding is not at all comfortable (the sofa bed is more comfortable than the bed, even if the sofa bed is a bit short for an adult). - The evening buffet is very expensive and not particularly good (it's better to take the car and go a little further. We saw that there were many shops and restaurants near Lego House). But the breakfast is great! - The rooms are extremely hot! (We had to sleep with the windows open, not necessarily ideal when you have a baby and the bed is placed under the window) and a bit of a shame in a context of resource conservation. - The bathrooms lack cleaning and modernity.

02/02/2025: The staff were nice and nice but slightly confused. It took a while to find our booking. When we went to the restaurant, they were more concerned with a sports match on TV than welcoming us. The food was perfectly fine. Not the great gourmet experience but it tasted good. However, you could taste and see that the most love had been put into the dessert. The plates were quickly removed after dessert, and we were not asked if we had been satisfied or if we would like coffee. The room was fine, but the duvet cover was a bit stiff for my taste. The hot tub is a little older but worked fine. It was perfectly clean, but the blow dryer was full of straightened fingers. Lovely hair and body products. They smelled good too. The location is really good for families with children, as it is next to Legoland and Lalandia, among other things, and close to Billund city.

01/03/2025: Close to the airport and very convenient for early morning flights! It's a cozy and relaxing space.
