01/04/2024: We were informed that only cash payment was possible. I also observed this with other guests. However, the majority were allowed to pay by card. Strange, strange. A rogue who thinks evil ;)

28/03/2024: Very good value for the money, easy to get too, very friendly staff, nice rooms equipped with everything you need. Good quality breakfast was included in the price.

30/03/2024: Second worst place I have eaten in my entire life. Super expensive and most of the food was very low quality with specific 'plastic" smell or aftertaste. The ice cream, sauces seemed as if they were made in chemical lab and not kitchen.The chicken drums for children had a bizarre taste-not something you would buy for your kids. Coffee was a undrinkable. There isn't much to choose from, but this place-avoid at all costs!
28/03/2024: The best option to eat between so many fastfoods if you go with creatures. Many restaurants closed in March

02/04/2024: For the price, it is actually an excellent buffet with several really delicious dishes. There is of course also the usual boring piece of pizza, fries and nuggets, but of course you should always stay away from that.

25/03/2024: Very brief stay due to late arrival and early departure, but it was very nice with a good view of the airport apron and a reasonable gym, good breakfast, nice staff.

02/04/2024: Completely poor dining experience at an overpriced price. Worst pizza/tasting experience I've had in many years... and then for a staggering DKK 110...!! Yes, a pizza costs even the expensive places in Copenhagen, but then you usually also get something really delicious. At least we didn't get stomach poisoning as we all feared after eating that disgusting food. :(
No more Bellini!
29/03/2024: Staff are rude and don't show any care! Pricey for what it is, the food was very mixed, some very good and some very poor. Took a long while to come out too. Overpriced, go somewhere else.

17/09/2023: I can say that this place is great! I can recommend to everyone. Super friendly people and great atmosphere also reasonable prices. If I will return to Billund one day again for sure I will go to Cafeen.

02/01/2024: We ordered pizza and it was great. The bathroom was clean, but didn't provide a diaper changing table.
The service from the staff was ok but could be better.
29/12/2023: Lovely restaurant, ate twice here. No reservation was needed.
