21/10/2024: Really delicious food, a little better service wouldn't hurt

16/10/2024: Went with my mate his wife and their 3 children. There is something for everyone on the menu and adjustments were made with a smile. Super service and lovely food. Was so good we came again on the same holiday. Absolutely fair prices.

31/10/2024: Nice buffet restaurant aimed at children. I have plenty of choice. Adult buffet quite limited. During our restaurant visit we were also allowed to use the Pépé's Mexican buffet. This was a welcome addition! Price is 250kr adult and 120kr for child. Without drinks. Quite pricey, but not more expensive than restaurants in the area of ​​Lalandia Billund or Legoland.

06/08/2024: Except the fact that it is a bit pricy,also because all drinks are at an extra cost,we liked it very much.Small tasting portions of some dishes allow you to taste many things without getting overstuffed-although the risk is still there because of the variety of the Scandinavian type buffet.Waiters are cleaning the dishes with a rocket speed.It was a pleasant experience that undoubtedly could be repeated,but we are generally not picky/food allergic either.We made a reservation,as recommended on the site,but we've seen many available tables,so maybe one might be lucky without a reservation,as well .

02/11/2024: The ambiance at the restaurant was great. The short ribs and the sweet potato was phenomenal.

30/10/2024: Nicely located nearby the airport but actually there is nothing special to say about the hotel. Not bad at all but also not good. Average in all aspects for me. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

06/11/2024: I was there with 2 children aged 5 and 7. The food was okay. Our table was not cleared for the entire period we were there and there were no places to return our used crockery.

28/10/2024: I went in yesterday with my girlfriend to pick up 2 china boxes. The chicken and the spring rolls were ok but the noodles were inedible they both tasted and smelled bad. In addition, the service was slow and she seemed almost as if she was tired of us being there.

09/11/2024: Had booked a disabled room at an extra cost - but it is not particularly handicap friendly when you have a wheelchair with you. Nice bathroom, but a bath chair was missing. A few changes to the room could make it very suitable. Hence the low grade

02/10/2024: I had a room booked at Billund Airport hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved room was not available due to overbooking. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had confirmed my reservation many days in advance. The staff's response was lackluster. Receptions told me to wait after midnight to see if the system will allow her to issue a room in case of other guests ‘doesn’t show up’. That fact made even more obvious they are overbooking the hotel. I did wait until half past midnight and room was still not available. Had to take a taxi and find another hotel at 01AM…. What a joy… BTW: Stuff is obviously undermanned. Only one lady working on the reception, serving many other guests at the bar and being very stressed which didn’t help the situation. While waiting for the taxi some guests on the bar did ask for meals and coffee and couldn’t get many because poor lady was busy with preparation for breakfast at 01:30 AM !!! If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience with a room that doesn’t exist, truly captures the essence of “understaffed and overbooked, then Billund Airport Hotel is your place! Just don’t forget your backup plan because you wouldn’t want to get caught without a place to sleep !

12/10/2024: Very tasty pizza and very nice people. I visited denmark for the first time and they were super helpful and could even teach me some danish on the way 😁

01/10/2024: Calzone pizza. Dough raw and filling cold 🤮🤮🤮. Find another place. Total amateurs.!

03/11/2024: Ordered two Angus steaks, one medium rare and one medium, both came overcooked. Waiter did not know what sides were included, potatoes came 20 min later after asking for it. Tasteless food in general. Gave a 15% discount after we complained. Nice gesture but the dinner was still ruined. If you go here you should probably aim for pasta or pizza, nothing fancier.

02/11/2024: Food was tasty (very nice pizza), service was fast and polite. I accidentally spilled my beer soon after they brought it and they offered me another one on the house. Prices are slightly lower than in other top rated places in the area.

12/11/2024: Im not from Billund, this is my first time to go thier , but first i Come the an old asian nice woman welcome us, and shaw us our seats because we are big family, we set in the resturant almost one and half hour in quite and clean atmospher, with out loud noises or music, the food dosnt take that much time and i can surley say from my experience as a woman spend alot of time in the kitchen that they are clean and the food well prepared, the pizaa is homemade sauce and the adds we ask for they are generiosly fill the pizza, the chiken salad was nice choice and fresh vegeies on it and roasted checkens perfectly roasted with anice crunchy from out side and tenderness from inside 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
