But never before have I had them AS PERFECT as yours 😋 Love that they are baked a little darker than everywhere else, and that they are free of crumbs 😃 That was also the reason why, it was raspberry slices from Ebdrups Bakery that made up our wedding cake 😉 Your soft-core rye bread is pure "crap" at home 😃 With children in the house who are not usually enthusiastic about rye bread, it's fantastic to hear them demand EXACTLY YOUR RYE BREAD 😍 There is ALWAYS service and smiles behind the counter and from the bakery, no matter how busy you are 😃 HUGE RESPECT for everything you have achieved in just one year! 10/05/2025: Classic sports bar with a nice sports atmosphere and the classic draft beers. Good when you have to watch a game with a bunch of friends. However, it is a somewhat younger target group than the undersigned, who fill the chairs 18-20 years old. So I moved on

27/04/2025: A little pearl in the middle of Fredericia with smiling and good service and super delicious food. We got Wiener Schnitzel and the Austrian original Beilagensalat. For everyone who has been on holiday in Austria and knows about salads with pumpkin seed oil, I don't need to say more. If you haven't tasted it, stop by Mair's and try their salad. Heavenly!

06/04/2025: Delightful restaurant, friendly and smiling waitress. We had to wait a little to have lunch but there was a table of about ten people in front of us and since they prepare everything fresh it was normal to wait. The cream soup was delicious and the salad accompanied by potatoes and vegetable bean burger was very tasty!! Well done 😋 We were able to have lunch outside because it was a beautiful day

10/03/2025: Participated in a company event with approx. 45 people, and we were therefore the only ones in the restaurant that evening. Initially, some bubbles and some delicious snacks were served. Then we got a 5-course menu with an accompanying wine menu. The food was super delicious and the wines matched the individual dishes perfectly. Both food and wine were each time presented by an extremely dedicated waiter. The service was top notch, and they mean wine ad libitum when they say that. Due to the layout of the place on 2 levels, we were located upstairs and downstairs, respectively. I think that was really only an advantage for the acoustics, as it was not difficult to talk together at the tables. Restaurant Ene can definitely be recommended regardless of whether it is for a date, family dinner or a small company event 😊

12/05/2025: We ordered 3 pieces of smørrebrød with "new" potatoes. The taste was good, BUT..... 2 small potatoes in slices, ONE small thin slice of radish and a small piece of dried ham for 99 kroner - it's too poor and greasy. Sweet and friendly service!

08/04/2025: We drop by whenever possible and get some delicious food. We have not progressed on the menu beyond the smørrebrød, but it is also good and has never been disappointed. And then the waiter from Funen is just fat in a good way. Unfortunately, you can't get Albani pilsner, funny when it's Funen service, (internal joke) but then they have so much other delicious stuff

18/05/2025: The customer service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. We went to get pizza at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night, and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended to others!

16/02/2025: Very cozy atmosphere, good prices and a welcoming staff. The clientele was local, friendly and I can feel it is a place I should come more often when waiting for a train or in town. We also got delicious smørrebrød after banko.
