Kaito sushi

31/03/2024: Have now visited Kaito sushi many times and always experience high service, smiling staff and super delicious sushi.
Never experienced an unreasonable wait for the food, quite the opposite. Have mostly eaten in the restaurant, but also bought takeaway and both are highly recommended.
The price is quite reasonable and the whole family loves Kaito sushi, and if you have to choose a place to eat for the family where everyone is happy, Kaito sushi is high on the wish list.
10/03/2024: GREAT service from Chan. 21/10 brilliant. We are very satisfied, the food was delicious, the music was a vibe and we had a great time🤗

07/10/2023: Fine cafeteria food but expensive - also we had to clean the tables ourselves because it was pretty busy which was understandable. But for cafeteria food it was pretty fine.

18/02/2024: The service was incredibly bad. The girl who took one looked like she didn't want to be there and she came down with the wrong drinks. Said what to almost everything you said despite speaking loudly and clearly.
The food made you feel bad and it tasted strange.

25/03/2024: My burger had a core temperature of 24 degrees
In addition, they had forgotten our dressing
Then I call to complain that I am not satisfied and am told that our 3 burgers came directly from above so they are hot, they are not ready when I get the new burgers and come home and measure again, you can probably call it lukewarm. this is a scandal even if they tried to save it i will NEVER shop there again
You should be glad that I am not a well-known food reviewer
24/03/2024: We came from Horsens and had to get some food. Really delicious sandwiches, one of the best we've tried, would love to come back :)

14/11/2023: A year ago there were delicious burgers here. Now sandwich for expensive money. Laff, carrots were once crunchy, more red cabbage than roast ribs between the dry roll. Not even a napkin was added. The cappuccino alone tasted good.

08/03/2024: I have ordered from them today and have further asked for a refund on the food as they arrive with 2 pizzas which are burnt to the point of inedibility. If they are so proud they can't make a refund for their food of only DKK 200. Can they cook at all? now i've wasted 2 hours trying to get my money back which i haven't got because they won't refund for their inedible "master creator" it's just too bad.
I suggest you choose another place to order from, this is not the first time. The food is either burnt or a batter.

25/02/2024: I have never had such bad pasta carbonara in my life. Filled with fat then
So much that it ran out of the tray and through the pizza tray. Which was also smeared in grease. The tray of pasta was half full of fat. Gross . 🤮 the only positive thing was Wolt, it went really fast but the food was to throw away 😡 the food absolutely only gets 1 star because it was actually hot. Never again Torino

The whole thing was taken away and was still really warm when we got home and the fries weren't soggy yet

28/12/2023: We ordered fries without salt for our son. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English and we didn't speak Danish, so the fries were prepared with salt.
The salesman seemed un-relaxed the whole time and was very unfriendly. When my wife and I's debit/credit cards didn't work, the guy almost freaked out. He explained to us hand and foot that we could also pay in €. A portion of fries for €8. 45DKK would be just over 6€. Thanks for nothing. At least the fries were okay. We have never had such a negative experience in DK before. We won't go back here.
28/11/2023: Incredibly bad food and very small portions. Very bad (chicken) nuggets that tasted of fish and the few fries that were there had been fried too much. The sausage mix, not much to tell, other than boring and small portion. If it never happens again, we feel we might as well have thrown our money in the bin.

10/02/2024: Have bought 1/2 grilled chicken many times, but today we also ordered 1/2 grilled chicken, but it is the worst dry chicken pieces we have had. There was 1 small piece of breast meat, and a very small and dry piece of thigh, so not a whole piece of meat. Looked like something you had pieced together so that there was some meat
Will never buy from Plaza Pizza again
Called up there, but of course they couldn't understand that
