04/09/2025: We've been picking up rolls there ever since we were children. It hasn't changed a bit. The rolls still taste amazing, and even the slice of cake was delicious!

08/10/2025: We stopped by on a rainy day to reserve a couple lanes for a larger group. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, helped save the day and reserved us a spot for bowling. Would definitely recommend coming here, small or larger groups, it doesn’t matter. Thank you for a great time!

07/10/2025: The rooms are okay. Neither particularly bad nor particularly well-maintained. However, I only know one of the 100, and there are certainly newer ones in the complex. The technician was friendly and helpful. It was more difficult with the gentleman at the reception (I suspect it was the manager). He made us feel unwelcome no matter what we asked. He always said no first, swore and ranted at Booking.com, and didn't stick to agreements. Well, you don't have to deal with him that much, so I can still give him 3 stars in good conscience.

21/08/2025: The place looks amazing and looking at the menu it matched the impressive surrounding. Booked a table for 8pm on a Thursday evening which I thought was a sensible time to go out for dinner. The drinks order was taken and we were then strongly encouraged to order our meals as the kitchen was closing at 8:30! At no time were we welcomed or made to feel important. We felt like we were stopping them from going home. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to this. The sauce with the steak was nice but nothing amazing. Such a shame.

16/08/2025: We had seen on Brasserie HAV's own website that they serve afternoon tea from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. That's why we drove all the way from Christiansfeld to Henne Strand to try it. When we arrive at 3:30 PM, however, we are greeted by a young girl who says that afternoon tea is only served until 3:00 PM. We refer to their website, but unfortunately we are not met with understanding or friendliness. On the contrary, we almost got the feeling of being a nuisance, when they reluctantly agreed to serve it anyway. The service itself was a mixed experience. The scones were warm and tasty, but the bread for the finger sandwiches was dry, and the egg salad did not look fresh. When you drive so far and set aside time for an experience, you expect more - both from the service and the quality. It gives a disappointing overall impression when the information on the website does not match reality, and when the staff fails to meet the guests with kindness. Unfortunately, that drags down the whole experience.

13/10/2025: We ate there with our children. Everything was perfect. The kids had fish and chips, and we had tuna steak and plaice. It was delicious, and we were full. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was okay.
