19/07/2025: Super delicious food, we were recommended to choose a menu, and chose menu 2. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We had iced coffee for dessert, it was fantastic.

04/04/2026: Probably the closest you can get to a "Mom and Pop shop" in Aalborg, as you know them from the USA. I have nothing bad to say, and that's saying a lot! Probably the restaurant I visited the most during my time in Aalborg city center, their take away is just as fantastic. They are also flexible if you have special requests. Just try it! 😃

18/04/2026: I loved coming here with my parents and boyfriend. Pros: The server helped me figure out if I would like my wontons fried or steamed, and was overall very attentive. Our food was very good. I tried this hibiscus iced tea, which tasted a lot like blood orange juice with some flowery notes. My boyfriend, who recently traveled to Vietnam, informed me that their had more flavor than the places he ate at in Vietnam. So they serve traditional Vietnamese food, but even better Cons: The place is very small, which is both charming and a little bit of a shame, as us Dane’s to tend to want a lot of personal space, which might turn someone off this absolute gem. My boyfriend did say afterwards that he did not get all the way full, and he, unlike me, bought a full meal and not just a starter.

08/04/2026: Delicious food and very friendly staff. The pho are prepared with a lot of coriander, so you have to like that :) Thank you so much!!

10/01/2026: Really good food and cozy atmosphere. But the chairs and tables are almost at child height. There were two of us and we ordered the Vietnamese national soup Pho and a dish with rice noodles and spring rolls. For starters we had tempura shrimp. Also delicious homemade lemonade. It all tasted delicious and fresh. The only downside was the chairs that were too low and the tables that were too small. Our backs simply hurt after 45 minutes. Otherwise, the food is definitely recommended. For two we paid a total of 500 DKK including tip.

11/08/2025: We stopped by La Tre near their closing time, but the staff was very friendly and was happy to serve us. We had a rice bowl, and two noodle bowls, and all were really fantastic. Perhaps the best was the rice with chicken and mushrooms, so full of flavor. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and friendly, even late in the evening. Thank you!

25/07/2025: Really nice waitress, as well as the (man) who was also nice when I came back to pick up something I had forgotten. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The only thing I didn't like was a pork roll. It tasted somehow too salty. For my taste, there was also too much sweet and sour dressing in the salad that came with the tapas menu - but everything else was delicious, so we will come back.
