02/03/2024: Lækker frokost denne lørdag hos Hiens med venlig og høflig betjening.
Vi delte Wanton Chien (stegte dumplings) samt Gói Cuòn (sommerruller).
Som hovedret fik vi hhv. Bánh Hôi (vævede tynde risnudler) og Cá Ri Bò (braiseret oksekød med karry). Til maden drak vi hhv. citron- og mynte-lemonade samt Grimbergen øl.
Maden var godt sammensat med mange komplementerende smage.
Vi besøger gerne Hiens igen og ønsker restauranten alt godt.

12/01/2024: Excellent selection of Vietnamese dishes. We were given a menu with a bit of everything, where we got many good taste experiences and experiences of Vietnam's cuisine.
The staff needs a course in service.
03/12/2023: It is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Copenhagen. A little bit far from the downtown but it deserves to try, especially if you like Pho in Hanoi style. I will definitely come back if I visit CPH again. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: We ordered with delivery. Just some simple dishes. Chicken and duck with veggies. Wow we were surprised how good it is. The duck was very crispy. And the veggies perfect, not overcooked at all. Simple but great taste. Next time we will order some more traditional dishes to try.

28/03/2024: Tried the place three times so far, most recently in March 2024. The food variety is great and the dishes are tasty. You can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into preparing the dishes and the host is very nice and friendly.
I recommend trying the Ché and the Vietnamese coffee, these are two things that I fell in love with in Vietnam and I was very happy to find on the menu here.

08/03/2024: Still good food and taste. The only downside is that you still get some small portions.
In addition, the prices are a bit on the high end.
And then the food was 25 minutes late even though I had ordered 1 hour before and there were no other customers.

It's places like yours, where you feel at home and welcome, that really make a difference in everyday life. My conversations with Mr. Cuong has also been a wonderful part of my visits here, and it contributes to the unique experience that I always look forward to.
It is clear that you have been part of the city for several decades. I remember my school days when your place was my "to go" place and it's great to see that you still deliver the same quality and charm. A warm recommendation from here, and gift for "the city's best sandwich"! 🥖

05/12/2023: A quite outstanding brunch. Nothing was missing and there was something for everyone.
22/07/2023: See delicious food. The restaurant is located in a golf club. But visitors from outside can also eat. The service was very nice and the food arrived at the table very quickly.
