Warm, welcoming, unique. Very cute inside.

The food was incredible, seems like a typical tavern in Copenhagen, nice atmosphere and the service was good. The Guinness beer it’s not like the original, I don’t like it too much.

Initially, they told us there was no availability, but once we mentioned we wouldn’t stay long, they found us a seat. While it could have been due to reservations, I would have expected them to plan the timing better and find a solution through open communication instead of taking the easy way out and turning guests away. For such a historic and pleasant venue, the staff felt quite inexperienced. Fortunately, the food was so excellent that we forgot that initial feeling and enjoyed our meal. The 'Shooting Star' was prepared with great care; every ingredient was high-quality and fresh, creating a perfect harmony on the plate and the palate. The 'Fried Pork' is the perfect companion for beer, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The sauce and side dishes balanced the fried pork beautifully. We were also delighted that this dish came with refills, as you simply can't get enough of it!

Cosy atmosphere, huge portions, tasty food.

Every time we return to Copenhagen we always come back here. Gorgeous Danish food with great drink options. Staff always lovely and the chef always delivers stunning food! This time we booked and that’s a must in peak seasons. 1 minute walk from Tivoli 3-5 minute walk from the station. A must go!!!

Lovely little place, more aimed at food and they do great open sandwiches. We also stayed and had drinks. Staff great fun and loved the place, spent a whole afternoon there.

The quantity was a little small, but very good.

Nice environment for a beer and a bite to eat in good company. A major downside is that the toilet is only up a narrow spiral staircase. Otherwise good food and friendly staff.

Food itself was lovely big portion but poor service we waited for the main course almost 1 hour after the starter then asked are we waiting for anything else
