Lovely restaurant. Buffet formula where different types of fish, hot and cold, oysters, langoustines and shrimps are available. Very friendly service. I had reserved in advance. Recommended!

Delicious fish buffet, tasty and beautifully prepared, the service was top notch. The atmosphere was a bit dampened by the fact that it was difficult to get up as the tables were too close together.

Delicious and varied fish buffet with Deep-fried prawns, fish fillets, fried herring, smoked eel, smoked halibut, smoked cod roe, garlic prawns, common prawns, hot smoked salmon and oysters etc. You sit in a cozy room with a view of the water. You can buy the traditional drinks. Beer, soda, water, wine, schnapps etc.

06/08/2025: There is a lot of talk about AUTHENTICITY… At Hindsgavl this is delivered: the feeling of a manor house, service to the UG with crosses and snakes like a real gentleman, no strange new-fashioned inventions with gimmicks - on the other hand, "From the field to the table" is lived up to, whether it is the beautiful flower decorations everywhere or the menus of the day, where the extremely well-tended herb garden provides a considerable supplement. The attempt to find just a little swindle has NOT been successful……. Huge praise and thanks to everyone!
