Basta Pizza Bornholm

Me and my friend are stopping through and have had a hard time finding somewhere to eat that was more casual vibe. The vibes were good and it was nice to be out in the sun. The pizza was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.

The best pizza on the island and maybe the world. Nothing less. I've had many good pizzas but Basta makes them simply excellent. They are more expensive than other places, but they are worth every penny. Service is good and fast and the food truck is cozy. Definitely a place to try (in high season).

We enjoyed the Burrata Prepare Yo Self and the Notorious P.I.G. at our shelter over Hammerhavn. Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly seared: blistered by charcoal spots, but oh-so-tender and spongy. A masterful execution. As for toppings: the cooling burrata pooling over the fiery nduja oil left nothing to be desired.

I have been to Naples. Pizza was invented there and they make the best and most authentic pizzas. I'm not going to tell them about Basta Pizza, and neither should you. Italians are vain, and they get really upset if they find out there's a guy in a food truck with three mini ovens on a rocky island in Denmark making them at least as well. It will simply break them mentally.
