Basta Pizza Bornholm

Absolutely the best pizza on Bornholm. The pizzas are addicting and creative. Finished in 0.5 and a crust that is wonderfully chewy and worth eating. Don’t skip this one!

Outstanding pizzas, Neapolitan style. Excellent moist dough, good ingredients and few but good combinations. Also located on the hike around Hammerknuden.

If you want a pizza full of flavor, you should visit Basta Pizza. You should prepare for a long wait, but it's worth it. And I'm writing this despite the fact that our pizza was a little undercooked. We had chosen a Sgt Pepper and it tasted amazing. We took it to watch the sunset in Hammerhavn. Great combo

Magnificent pizza and sweetest people!

Although it's located on the street, there's little traffic. Great, relaxed atmosphere, friendly owners, a surfer/skater vibe, and super delicious pizza dough.

Updated July 15, 2025 First experience only got 2 stars, as we had a disappointing experience with 2 burnt takeaway pizzas. Owner was quick to respond kindly and accommodatingly to the review with regret for our experience that the pizzas we described were not Basta's standard and immediately offered 2 new pizzas at the house's expense - which we accepted today. Our experience now after the 2nd round of pizzas is that the pizzas are definitely worth recommending. They seem to be made from quality ingredients and taste really good when they haven't been overcooked in the oven (we have the impression that we were unlucky the first time, because we haven't seen any other burnt pizzas while we were waiting either on the first or second visit). We have tasted a total of 4 of their pizzas, and can especially recommend Queen Margretha II, Potato Potata and Pear pressure, but also Burrata Prepare Yo'self, if you are into tomato sauce and delicious burrata (however, we recommend using a knife and fork for this one).

The pizzas were DELICIOUS! We had a Queen Margretha II and a Pear Pressure and we loooved them. The cannoli were also delicious. Such a treat!

Best pizza I’ve had in ages ! The sourdough base was absolutely perfect, crust on point and delicious Italian salami, Thankyou for the perfect stopover after a walk at hammersø in Sandvig :)
