Quick visit with good food and service. Ordered Steak Frites (250g Ribeye served with house fries and sauce bearnaise). The steak was perfectly cooked, rare as I had requested. Everything was perfectly seasoned. I'm usually a salt pig, but everything had just the perfect amount of spice.
The bearnaise sauce is homemade and not from a carton - and you can taste it! It was super good, and there was a lot of it. Didn't actually run out of sauce, which usually happens.
Polite service, they were surprisingly busy on a normal weekday outside the holiday season. The visit only took about an hour anyway.
The only negative thing about the visit is their chairs. They are the classic metal restaurant chairs and they are horrible to sit on.

I can definitely recommend Le Clos. We were there for our 6th wedding anniversary on 18/7/2026. We were made to feel very welcome. We had booked a table and wrote: "Preferably outside if the weather is nice". We could see there was a two-person table outside with a flag on it, but the weather had changed, and the waiter asked: "Do you want to sit outside like you wrote? ....because I have also reserved a table inside if it is too cold". My wife got 2 dishes from the "Tavle Menu" for a reasonable 365,- kr., and had a delicious ½ lobster and venison. I had grilled broccoli with lemon and their good burger. Highly recommended.

Ordered cheese food and coffee which should have been enjoyed together
But when the food arrived about 20 minutes later the coffee was long gone
When this was kindly pointed out, however, this was met with a somewhat dismissive attitude, astonishment and was told that one must explicitly ask for coffee and cheese food at the same time With some surprise on the part of the undersigned
Otherwise, both the food and service are usually good/ok and the café is also cozy

We went for the Burgundian court dish Boeuf Bourguignon. We had just come out of the swimming tank and were hungry. The dish was there, but the plates were small and so was the amount of food unfortunately. We finished in less than 5 minutes and sat and looked at each other for a bit. Then we went to the Wok Shop just around the corner and got a big sandwich for dessert. So in short, if you like stick food, this is the place!
