We have had lunch at the restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. Even though we arrived very early, the manager opened the door immediately and welcomed us inside into the warmth where an employee immediately took over and showed us around and presented the buffet. Same service every time.

Went for Christmas lunch, food great, lots to choose from. Staff very nice and friendly.

We had a truly fantastic experience at Blokhus Fiskerestaurant! The service was top notch – the staff were friendly, attentive and made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The buffet was impressive and truly something in itself. There were both cold and hot dishes, and everything was constantly replenished, so it always looked fresh and delicious. The selection of fish and shellfish in particular was amazing – everything from shrimp, spiny lobster and crab claws to smoked and gravad salmon, sushi and many other fish specialties. There were also hot fish dishes, mussels and classic favorites, so there was something for every taste – and so many dishes that you could not possibly finish them all! The dessert buffet was the icing on the cake with lots of treats for the sweet tooth 🍰 A huge plus is that the place is also really child-friendly. There is a really nice play area so the children can have fun while we adults can sit and eat in peace. At the same time, there are also dishes that children like, so the whole family feels comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed throughout. All in all, a really good experience with a focus on quality, variety and good service. We will definitely be back - highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I visited your fine fish restaurant this evening (April 10th).. 🤗 We were so well received by your very friendly staff and the fact that the owner himself came around to each table and asked if everything was fine was super positive.. 😃 Other restaurants could learn something from that.. We tried it on our last day...got a table without a reservation...opted for the buffet and didn't regret it...everything was absolutely delicious...each guest is given a tour of the buffet beforehand, showing where everything is located, as it's spread over two floors. The head chef personally checks the buffet with guests to get feedback and service...everything is fresh. This will definitely be our favorite restaurant when we vacation in the area again...

Foodies, listen up! We were traveling in Denmark again and looking for a good restaurant. My father-in-law said, "I saw something in Blokhus—a fish buffet." My immediate thought was: Fish + buffet = I'm in! So, on a Friday evening, we went there for the dinner buffet. We received a very warm welcome at the door—as it turned out, from the owner himself. He asked if we wanted to eat from the buffet, and when we agreed, he showed us around the restaurant and explained everything to us at length. The buffet consisted of a cold section, hot dishes, and a selection of desserts. Afterward, he showed us to a cozy table—even though we hadn't made a reservation and the restaurant was getting quite full. What was especially nice was that most of the guests were locals, which is always a good sign. Apparently, it's a real hidden gem! The buffets were all very extensive and left nothing to be desired. Everything was fresh, attractively presented, and constantly replenished. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and well-organized. The entire restaurant was very clean and well-maintained – as were the staff and the restrooms. It was particularly impressive that the buffet still looked as if it had just been set up, even though there had been many guests before and after us. And best of all: all this at a very fair price. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic evening right from the start with a nice reception by the waiter, introduction to the large buffet, and the two waiters were fantastically service-minded. The food was incredibly delicious, varied and beautifully presented.

We visited the restaurant together. We were welcomed so warmly upon arrival. We were shown the entire buffet and it looked so delicious. The whole evening was absolutely wonderful. Charming staff, super delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you so much for the lovely evening.
