Nice restaurant at the locks of the city center.

Really nice place to eat. I ordered a ribeye medium rare, but it unfortunately came out well done. I asked one of the nice waiters if I could get a new one, and that was no problem. The next one was better, but still a little too well done. I was pretty hungry, so I decided to eat it anyway. It's clear that they use good ingredients, but in my opinion they fall just short of the finish line. The food lacked flavor, and the plate seemed a little empty - there could have been a little more greens. On the other hand, we had a really nice experience at Kolvig. I'm sure they have many other good dishes besides ribeye. Their burger looked really delicious, for example! I'll definitely give the place another chance

A bit of a long wait, which the staff also regretted. Nice big plate but a bit boring. The shrimp were good, the salmon small and nothing special. The steamed one didn't taste of anything and the breaded one wasn't crispy. Overall impression, it was quite filling but not something you'd want to try again.

We hit a busy evening, they were certainly not enough staff, which was also complained about several times, fair enough. The food was nice without being flashy, a cross between a classic café and a restaurant, not what I would call a "fine restaurant", and both the food and especially the service are after that.

Delicious food. Lovely location on the water. Lots of fish dishes on the menu. Friendly service.

Super delicious, kid-friendly, affordable... Dinner is served early, at 5:30 PM, or reservations are recommended.

Cozy place with good food and drinks

Delicious food… Highly recommended for Ribe, with a view of the Ribe and the small weir…

Dropped in for lunch on the Saturday of the Ribe Jazz Festival. Their menu is small, but the food is excellent, a good range of choice with seafood fish and meat on offer. They also serve locally brewed beers which are hoppy and refreshing. I would definitely go back and I'm happy to recommend it.

Very nice restaurant by harbor. Good location , friendly service. Price normal für Den Mark. Menu in different languages.very nice.
