12/02/2024: Don't know the rooms but have been eating there for 30 years. Always good classic old fashioned food. Really nice service. Even experienced the waiter not wanting a tip because she had made a tiny mistake. On some days, especially in winter, the menu is a bit limited in terms of food. But if you are a company, you can get a special menu. Located pleasantly facing the Ribe å and by the Riberhus ruin. Quite close to the cathedral too.

30/03/2024: We have enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch in Weis Stue for the past three years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Delicious classic chrome, extremely friendly and professional service and then the most beautiful historical surroundings and atmosphere - right in the heart of beautiful Ribe. We are already looking forward to next year.
29/03/2024: I would like to point out that this is a review of their restaurant A cozy little place with lovely delicious food, however there was arugula in the one dessert we got. When we arrived we just had to wait 5 minutes for our table to be ready. We were served by a nice lady who took her time at each table and was happy to tell us about the different things. Unfortunately, she was not the fastest we met, even asking to get dessert, she did not come down and offer us dessert.
