Cafe Fisk, menu Hjørring

Finally we found a place in Vendsyssel where they served fresh fish. Excellent service and the fish was deliciously prepared. Not the last time we visit Cafe Fisk on our holidays in North Jutland.

We spontaneously decided to visit Café Fisk. Since we were the only guests, we had the dining room to ourselves. The atmosphere is inviting, and the built-in fireplace makes it cozy even on cold days. Mona was very attentive and friendly, and even took a few minutes for a chat. Our food—two orders of fish and chips for us and one order of chicken nuggets with fries for our daughter—was served quickly and piping hot. The remoulade is homemade and tastes fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious; we would have loved to have more, but unfortunately, we were too full. 🙈 We have nothing but good things to say about Café Fisk and will gladly come back again on our next vacation. :)

The fish burger was very generous and delicious, as were the fish cakes; we wouldn't have needed the fries we ordered on the side to feel full. Since there would only have been two of us dining in in November, we took the food to go. The service at the counter was friendly and efficient.

What a food experience! I just think it's a shame that you have to go all the way to Tversted to get such an experience, BUT it's worth the trip! The taste of fresh fish - yes, only Hirtshals and Hanstholm can deliver the goods. And the service is great - there's nothing to complain about. Enjoy 😋

Always super delicious food of good quality!

Yesterday I picked up a sublime fish dish with everything good from the sea - and I have to promise it was good! And what a selection. Completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended 🙏🏼.
