Super delicious cheesecake and latte😋and soooo nice people who take care of the guests. My language skills (Danish 0.00, English: a little bit) were overcome in a very humorous and warm manner.

cozy place with a good atmosphere and nice food. ordered shooting stars which tasted wonderful. And welcoming staff. Can be highly recommended.

Spontaneously enjoyed a great brunch. We were actually late for brunch (order by 10 a.m.) but it wasn't a problem. Friendly service, nice view. We will be back

The very tasty food alone - my strong recommendation is the Smørrebrød classic "The Veterinarian's Supper" - and the very friendly service, together with the very fair prices, lead to exceptional praise for Café Kjukken, but the restaurant's integration into a highly attractive area Designed library with a view of Als Sund make Café Kjukken a very special place with a very special atmosphere. Note on accessibility: We were traveling with two “rollatoreros”: short distances, zero steps, large lift, spacious sanitary facilities, it couldn’t be better!

03/09/2024: Cozy in every way. Good beer from Herslev.
03/08/2024: Fik frokost uden for på en dejlig sommerdag. Vi fik hhv. dagens sandwich og frokostbræt. Alt frisk, fint anrettet og velsmagende. Og den flinkeste betjening. Vanskeligt at finde noget at kritisere. Vi kommer i hvert fald gerne igen.

31/10/2024: It's great to see how much a professional chef can conjure up smørrebrød. Top class worth a visit, the level of service is also top class.
11/10/2024: Nice restaurant in Sonderborg, food is good, portions are small and the cocktails are amazing. Unfortunately we weren't fully satisfied as it was difficult choosing the dishes of the menu. First or all there is no English menu, would be helpful to have some ready for foreign guests. Second, the restaurant was very unflexible when you wanted to swap the dishes of the menu. From the menu card it looked like you could freely chose, but that wasn't the case. For the 3 course there is just one option possible, otherwise you take the 5 courses and get all 5 dishes. Very confusing and not what I am used to from a higher class restaurant. Too bad. Still good enough to have a great evening, will consider twice if I should come back.
