28/06/2025: I have ordered from this restaurant previously and was satisfied with the quality of the food, which led me to place another order yesterday. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. I ordered naan, which appeared to be the same as the frozen naan one might purchase from a grocery store. Given the price charged by the restaurant, I expected freshly baked naan prepared in-house. The same issue applied to the samosas; they seemed to be pre-packaged frozen samosas that were simply reheated before serving. As a customer, I expect authentic, freshly prepared samosas from a restaurant. If I wanted frozen samosas, I could have purchased them myself from the grocery store at a much lower cost. The chicken karahi, however, was good and met my expectations. Nevertheless, the rest of the items were unsatisfactory and felt like a waste of money. For the prices charged, the restaurant should ensure the provision of fresh, high-quality food across the entire menu.
