Cozy Fredericia

21/09/2024: We got brunch and lunch plates. Associated coffee specialties and drinks. The food was so delicious and complete, and so was the coffee. The menu card is exciting and inviting and makes you want to try it all! Really cozy place, with a good atmosphere! And friendly, accommodating service. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely come again!

21/09/2024: You have to look for a long time in Denmark for a good restaurant that can deliver an exceptionally good dining experience. But it can happen that you stumble across a beautiful pearl every now and then. And that's the kind of experience our first visit to restaurant Carlos in Fredericia turned out to be. Exquisite good quality with perfect composition to create a unique good taste experience with each and every dish. Really accomplished. And nice, quiet surroundings in true rustic style. We are very much looking forward to trying their evening Tapas and probably already have high expectations. See you again from us.
